Never booking here again. My dog is traumatized even days after his appointment. He was a perfectly happy playful boy and ever since getting him back he is scared of every noise, shakes uncontrollably, and won’t leave my side. I’m not sure what happened by poor boy is so scared now.

I booked at petco because Petsmart was booked til July. When I got there, the girls said our groomer was “out of town on an emergency” and that they meant to call to reschedule. Being that i was going out of town I asked if there was anyway to fit her in and they agreed. I was grateful. Well, they did an awful job. It was like they gave her a bad haircut just for spite. The cut was choppy and spots weren’t cut at all. I would have done better at home with kitchen scissors. I will never go here again. They girls acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. 76 dollars for this???? 48$ at PetSmart.

Grooming salon used to be great, but the staff now is rude.I used to take both my pets to the grooming salon, but the groomers started to leave, and the people who came after were never the same.My last interaction today was the straw that broke the camel's back.The other places would be kind and call the vets office to confirm the rabies vaccine. According to the lady, I need to carry a copy of the vaccine.I forgot why I never went back there. It was their service. (In case my 30£ pup mauls the groomer).When we arrived there, my husband reminded me that we stopped to bring our pets there. I remember the reason at that moment: The bad service.Not coming back there.

We’ve taken our dog here a few times now and each time we’ve had Sam L. I couldn’t recommend her enough! We have a large dog and sometimes spots get miss but not with Sam! She did an amazing job with him and was so kind and gentle.She is hands down one of our favorites we’ve had and our dog loved her too!Update:We still absolutely love Sam L for grooming our pup but after booking our grooming appointment 7 weeks in advance, they decided to cancel with less than 18h notice and after confirming 3 times via text days and even a week before because they didn’t plan accordingly and basically told us it was my fault so they booked me a random time that I couldn’t make. I called and called because we needed to reschedule immediately and after two days of calling I wasn’t able to get through. Really frustrating when we planned so far in advance and because they didn’t plan accordingly we suffered when we go to them regularly.

Absolute horrific experience getting our dog groomed there. Completely shaved golden doodle and had to pay extra on top of being forced to pay before seeing our dog.Our dog has been completely different since the experience. Acting erratic going to the bathroom inside our home ( which has never happened)We didn’t even think it was the right dog when they brought him out. Since our money is gone and our family pet doesn’t even have the same personality I home karma comes in harsh.

My girls are well taken care of when I go to my local Petco groomers. They are made to feel safe and secure. They are never nervous when I pick them up, and they are always clean an fresh nose to tail. My pups love the attention, I like the price.

I have a short haired dog so we don't do hair trimmings but I do like to come here to get my dog nails trimmed. She hates getting her nails trimmed but they always do a great job and get them smooth. I like that they require up to date records for vaccinations.

I have been taking my dogs here for a couple years. The employees are always really friendly and my dogs don't seem to have any issues (no signs of anxiety when I pick them up). They are usually done sooner than the estimated time and my dogs smell good for days afterwards (which can't be said for their home baths).Note - both of my dogs have short fur, so I have just gotten the full bath service. I don't know how they do with fur cuts/trims.

My dog had an appt, but when I got there, the girl working said, oh no, I forgot to call you. A groomer called in sick and the girl there was supposed to call me to reschedule. But, she said she got busy with grooming her dogs there and forgot. I guess she couldn't stop doing her own dogs to groom mine that had an appt scheduled for over 2 weeks. I was rescheduled for a couple days later, but it was still an inconvenience. I have terminal lung, heart, and neuromuscular diseases, so I can't drive. And I was having surgery the next day. I had this all planned so my dog could be groomed before that. And I had to have my Dad leave work 15 miles away to come get me and drive me to the grooming appt. And we only have one car right now. So, it was just inconvenient and inconsiderate. I love these guys and have been going to them for a year now. And they do a good job. I was just really disappointed in this instance.

The groom was perfect! ...Candace the manager was her groomer I have gone to petsmart in the past 5 years with my Pippi ,we have moved several times out of state with my husbands job ..and good groomers are sometimes hard to find.. My dog is. A very shy ,nervous ,tiny yorki-poo and sometimes when we were taking her to a new groomer after a move ..my pip would seem like it was almost traumatic ..and acting different for some time after..and that would be the last time with that person and we would be back at square one .This was the first time with Petco and at this location..and I could see that it was a COMPLETELY great experience for pip. Camille will be my groomer for as long as possible ..Not only was the groom the best she has ever had, she came home calm and like she had been in great hands while there..I appreciate that so much .

When I took major to petco a few months ago he would come back shiny and smooth well the last time I ignored that he didn't come back that way. The appointment on June 20 he again came back not shiny or smooth but was covered in white dog hair along with his lease. I had to was that when I got home. By the way my dog is black. Not so sure I will be returning

Candice is the greatest groomer! She takes great care of our dog everytime we take him to her. We have a very energetic golden retriever but she manages to get him squeaky clean everytime!

This was my first time to have this groomer and she listened to my requests and filled every one of them. Excellent cut, good job on the nails, ears taken up short to the leathers. I was SO impressed!

Groomers got down on the dogs level and talked and petted him before picking him up to take him back to be groomed. They were very aware and caring about our dog being scared.
