Kids enjoyed it, especially the indoor pool. It was not overly crowded. Gracious pool hours. Front desk service was good, unremarkable. The on-site restaurant is good, slightly pricy but you pay for convenience. They were out of a lot of ingredients however. The Navajo men that dined there were on the rude side as it took a while for their food to arrive. I could care less just that my kids had to witness it. It's the other tourists you'll have to watch for. Everyone seems on edge, especially during the free breakfast. When it comes to free food, better watch your kids, and your wife!

My family and I can down to visit Bluff and see the different rock formations. The room we had was in the courtyard building, and was super nice. It was clean and new looking, for a second I thought I walked into an RC Willey showroom. Our room even had a private patio where we could look out and see the mountains. This is also a dark sky area so we were able to also see the stars. There was a pool and a gym that was available for use. A lot of the motels/hotels we saw looked a lot older. Definitely stay at this play if you can!Rooms: The room we had was nice, it looked like an RC Willey showroom. It also had a private patio.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant on site, and there is an ice machine available for guests.

The Desert Rose Resort & Cabins is an oasis in Bluff, Utah. My cabin was perfect! Clean, comfortable, well appointed with everything I needed to clean up and rest after a week of camping. The bed was comfortable and the bedding soft and warm. I loved the view of the mountains out my window. The lobby was beautifully decorated in dark wood, and the personnel at the front desk courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good, especially enjoyed the chia pudding and coffee. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm traveling in beautiful southeast Utah.

We visited at the beginning of December to find that it was one of the only places in Bluff still open. Most are closed for the season. Our cabin was cosy with a comfortable bed, enormous television and shower room.Sadly we could not try Dukes restaurant because it was closed for the season, but we enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi and gym.The staff were friendly and helpful and it is useful to have an on-site laundry.Absolutely worth considering!

chose this resort for the indoor pool and the EV charging. It was a nice stay, and indoor pool was great for the kids when a sand storm kept us indoors for the day.

Although when we booked it, it says providing internet service. But when we arrived, they told us it was broken! and we asked when they can fix it and they told us not going to fixed during our stay!! That is not responsible! We stayed at Executive Cabin. The room is dark (the lights are very dim) and smells moldy! You can see the wood in the bathroom are rotten. Breakfast has no meat. Not worthy the cost.

If you are looking for an upscale resort but laid back enough to wear shorts and a t-shirt to dinner at their 5 star restaurant (expensive but worth every penny). This place is made for relaxation, plush rooms with incredible views, heated huge glass walled pool area, the cabins are superb, all plush, everything is done up right. Every detail has been covered. If you come here make time for the sunrise or sunset

This is the most fantastic place to stay. It is set at the base of amazing bluffs. The amenities are over the top. It is beyond clean. The decor is charming with a touch of luxury. The indoor pool is fantastic with all the special touches. Plenty of poolside seating with cushions and tables, even a shower to rinse away body oils before you dip and the chlorine after your swim. The view out the pool house windows is really something. There are chairs all along the decks outside the rooms to sit and take it all in. The staff is incredibly friendly, too. Truly top notch!

We had a very nice room with everything we needed except hairdryer. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room to put stuff. The bathroom door just BARELY misses the toilet- that's how small the bathroom is, but that doesn't bother us. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is at the end of Bluff- which doesn't have much going on, but not too far from other sites. There is a tiny cafe down the road at a small resort, where we ate lunch. The menu is very limited, but fresh and delicious.

We stayed in an executive cabin which was so adorable and cozy and nicely appointed. And the price was incredibly reasonable. So convenient to park our car right in front of our cabin and a short minute walk to lobby area. Front desk accommodating...we were booked for 3 nights but needed to leave a day early and they will not penalize us for cancelling last night. 2 negatives...no food available for breakfast or lunch. Duke's restaurant offers dinner but was closed tonight due to worker shortage...a note on door notified us. Also, pillows are hard lumpy foam pieces and feather pillows not available. Room was very clean and bath products surpringly nice. Highly rec...

Good little place to stay on a road trip. Super clean and pretty. A few notes: desk closes at 10 pm but they will put your keep in a drop box if you call. No breakfast. Stairs. Not many food choices in town.

Great home base for the 4 corners area. Spent 3 nights while seeing all the sites and parks. Pool is awesome, room and hotel is very clean. Great restaurant attached and across the street. Top notch hotel, would highly recommend. Free coffee in the lobby was tasty and a life saver as there are not many options for coffee in the area.

Made a quick overnight stay at Desert Rose in a "Lodge King" room. I arrived super late but had no issues finding my room and getting settled to my lower-level, back of the building room. The room was spacious and clean. Others have mentioned that the AC unit was a bit loud...I don't fault Desert Rose for that at all...it's a typical "hotel style" AC unit. Other than that, everything was super quiet and I couldn't hear other guests.Comfortable mattress & bedding.I would definitely recommend this spot and stay here again if I were passing through.

The hotel is beautiful, the amenities are breathtakingly beautiful as well! We got a courtyard suite and it's honestly one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in. It included a private balcony ! The restaurant is closed temporarily and the eating in this town ,Cafe wise , is disappointing. That's not the hotels fault though. The outdoor seating is especially beautiful at night when the thousands of stars are visible and there's ample seating to choose from. The pool is gorgeous with lounging chairs and full length floor to ceiling windows that show off the beautiful landscape. The soaps, shampoo and lotions smell phenomenal! and the bathroom is stunning! The only downside is the room only has like a dozen preset channels on the TV despite it saying it has cable. Other than that, this place is a little tucked away paradise that you should really add to your bucket list!

EXCELLENT place to stay. Clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Quiet. Large room, nicely decorated. Large indoor pool with a nice water temperature. Washer and dryer available. Nice hotel atmosphere. No microwave in the room. Normally not a problem, but at this time of year, only 2 restaurants are open in the town, and they both close at 8.We decided to go to the pizza cafe. Unfortunately it was take out only, and by the time we got back to the hotel, the pizza was cool. Also when we arrived at the hotel we were both hungry. We were going to heat up our left overs, but no microwave.Other than the above, this would definitely be a 5.
