Awesome experience at Cottonwood Campground. Quiet, very organized, super clean. The WiFi worked great. Full hookups. The owner came by to check on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Very friendly and customer focused. Setting was in Bluff, a rustic, small Utah town. Great views from the campground. Check-in and out easy too. Very level campground.

Just want to start off by saying thank you Nancy for your hospitality. Cottonwood RV Park is one that I will defiantly return too. I was passing through and needed a place to stay right away, even though I drive a small SUV Nancy went out of her way to make sure I had a plesent stay. She even put me in a spot reserverved for RV's. and made sure I had power during the cold weather. The Restrooms are spotless, with (hot) showers, Plenty of RV lots even a place for tents. This small town has a laundromat just outside the park and a small grocery store to restock your supplies. I highly recomend Cottonwood RV Park.

Great RV park in Bluff. Owner/operator Nancy is just awesome. Very sweet & accommodating lady. We just dry camped over the very busy annular solar eclipse weekend on Oct. 14, ‘23. There are full hook ups, area for tents and dry camping space for $35 nite in 2023. She has 12 acres! We were able to camp next to our friend, which made the stay even better. Dog friendly park. Clean rest rooms. 2 stalls, 3 showers, 1 urinal. Very close to visitor’s center. Gorgeous views. We’ll be back.

With our tight travel itinerary, we needed to find a place to stay with RV in Bluff on a busy eclipse weekend. The owner, Nancy, was really accommodating and was able to find a spot for us and helped us get our electric connected even with our late night arrival. Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the area but did see some AMAZING STARS! Thanks, Nancy!

Just spent 4 days at Cottonwood RV Park. The park is quiet and has fragrant trees all around. Nancy the owner is very friendly and helpful. She is constantly working around the park to ensure everything is just perfect for her guests. The location is ideal to see Four Corners, Monument Valley, Fort Bluff, Valley of the Gods and so much more. I would highly recommend this park

Clean bathrooms, quiet location, owner very friendly and caring about our camping experience. We've rarely had an owner ask us if our campsite was going to be okay with us. This owner did just that.Nearby activities: Hiking, historic forts, visit Bears Ears National Monument, sightseeing, picnicking.

Pamela and her husband gave us a great welcome and amazing service! The RV park was clean, quiet and well maintained. We had ample room for our 26-foot travel trailer. Staying in Bluff for four nights we visited the tribal museum at Monument Valley and enjoyed the back country. I’d definitely come back to stay at this friendly RV park.

Very cozy and quiet. We are really glad we have passed by Monument Valley camps and landed here. Clean showers with hot water. 30$ for tent site under the tree.

Cottonwood RV Park has undergone updates and is a great place to stay. Greatly improved since we were there a few years ago. Clean, full service RV park. Nancy is very attentive to her customers. The only improvement I would suggest is to improve internet connectivity, however it looks like fiber optic cable is being installed to Bluff so that should be a big help. The sites are open, easy to access and large. You don't have another RV slammed up against your side. Definitely a good place to drop anchor.

We booked this campground after having to cut our stay short at another campground do to poor internet connection and an infestation of flies in the campground. My wife and I work remotely so it was important we had a stable internet connection. The owner was super friendly and very hospitable. She placed us at the best site with plenty of tree shade. We had zero issues with internet speeds allowing us to work without issues. Super quiet campground, well maintained, and plenty of space for our 40ft 5th wheel. Campground is all gravel. No laundry room and pet area/park. There are restrooms/showers available. You have a nice view of the canyon by the San Juan river which makes for a beautiful sunset. Campground is close to all of the site seeing. Fueling station/market and laundrymat is at walking distance. If you need to refill your propane, there is another campground (Coral Sands Rv Park) which provides propane refill nearby since there are no propane refills at this campground and next closest propane refill is about 25 miles away in Blanding. Very little lighting of the campground/campsites which makes it ideal for stargazing. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Close to everything in the Four Corners area. The owner Nancy is very attentive. Clean bathrooms. Just far enough off of the road that it's quiet at night with an amazing night sky. Only complaint is that the wifi is horrible and Verizon coverage is non-existent.We would definitely stay there again.

Nancy, the owner, runs a great RV park. Beautiful surroundings and so much to see in the area. Cottonwood RV Park is level and slips are larger than many other RV parks—you don’t feel like a sardine. The park is just far enough from the road that it’s very quiet. Bluff is quaint and folks are friendly. Will stay here again.

Our first time staying in Bluff, Utah was a wonderful experience. We stayed at the Cottonwood RV Park, a very clean, well maintained park with large pull-through sites and full hook-ups. It can easily accommodate 40'+ coaches. Nice, friendly staff and easy access to the highway. Be sure to make reservations. It has a small number of sites so it can fill up quickly. Cottonwood RV Park is in the town of Bluff, a small community surrounded by beautiful desert and stunning mountain cliffs. A really nice place for a relaxing stopover.

A very quiet park Google maps is a little off it can confuse FedEx since the entrance is not on main street it's down the side street about 1/8 a mile. If you need something delivered while staying here I would probably avoid FedEx they can't find the place. A very important medication was shipped overnight via FedEx here, they didn't try very hard to find us and left I now have to drive 105 miles into New Mexico to pick up my medication so I don't wind up in the hospital 😔 This is no fault of Cottonwood RV park, just a heads up if you may be in the same situation as us being full time RVrs Traveling the country. There's a Sinclair close by it's a bit pricey , the Diesel pump broke The day we arrived it's been a week and it's still broken, the next place is about 20 miles North for Diesel. There's a Free Fort in Town you can visit, and a few Native Shops with unique items like the Obsidian Knife I purchased. A few restaurants the one right next to the park has great food and Mexican CocaCola (Real Sugar) I would probably stock up on essentials if you are going to stay here more than a few days because of the local stores prices.

Very nice campground with clean showers and restrooms. Very large grassy plots for tent camping (I have an 8-man tent, and could have set up another with plenty of room to spare). Lots of cute little cottontail rabbits were running around the area at dusk.Good free wifi signal which is definitely a bonus in this area due to spotty cell reception in southern Utah. The owner was extremely friendly, and took the time to recommend areas of interest around Bluff, including where many iconic movie scenes were filmed.Recommended!

Great park. It's very peaceful here with no traffic noise. Slept great. Very bad cell service if at all. Nice trees around sites. 50 amps. We would have stayed longer but As a full time rv’er we have to have good cell service to do banking and taking online classes. We really love this area and we saw some great things here. We hope to come back. The lady running the park was very nice.

Nice spaces for RV’s, not all cramped together with room to spread out. Away from the main road so really quiet. Well maintained grounds, clean with lots of green space, trees and views of the canyons. Friendly staff! The only improvement would be an upgraded WIFI system. We were close to the office and could barely hold a signal. Definitely not enough for streaming. This is the best RV campground in Bluff.

Nancy was an attentive and welcoming manager, made sure we had whatever we needed. Park is clean, restrooms are spotless, not TOO far from the Moab area and a LOT cheaper than Moab prices!Only disadvantage is that the sewer connections are not threaded as is typical to create a positive attachment to the hose. I had to lay a heavy board and rocks on top but was still nervous about it moving out of place. It wouldn't be much to glue the threaded nipple on with a screw cap.Not much in 'town" but then it's not really a tourist trap either. Be sure to visit the Twin Rocks Cafe for a wonderful and hearty breakfast, and take a few extra minutes to visit with Steve at the Trading Post next door to look at all his beautiful hand crafted Native American Jewelry and other art. It's mid-October 2021 and you must wear a mask to enter either the restaurant or the Trading Post. It's a beautiful area and if you can stay a few days you can see all the parks in SE Utah from here.

We had the last site in the row and out our window was the bluff. It was a small park but great for big and small rigs. We were not on top of one another, there was a tree on each site. The staff was friendly and during our visit we went to the steakhouse at the corner. It was the best. 😀

Clean Park with spacious sites. 1 of the 2 showers in the women's room wasn't working. No sign saying it was out of service. They charge $3 extra a person after 2 people, kids as well unless under the age of 3. I found that to be somewhat ridiculous. Other then that, the owner is friendly. and the scenery is beautiful.

A nice campground. However, in todays world a wifi network that can support smart tv's and phones streaming netflix, prime, paramount, etc is essential. With no cell service, Cable, nor OTA channels available... make sure tou have a good book to read at night.

Very nice RV park to stay. Although it is a little bit dated, owner keep the place very clean everyday. Be aware Internet is weak in this entire area, you can have a very pleasant staying here to relax and recharge!

Great campground with FHU and leveled gravel sites. There is no laundry on site but a laundry mat is just a few minutes down the road. Nancy was very pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our stay.
