Loved the location of this clean campground right near Bears Ears national monument. In fact there was a great hike into one of the valleys across the street. The host Pamela was super friendly and informative. Plenty of areas to walk your pet. We used it as a base to go to Goosenecks State Park. There was a great smoke house barbecue a few minutes down the road. Used full RV hookups so did not use restrooms. Used the laundry which was fine, though just a few machines. Only complaint was our site was across from the laundry and some campers chose to use our site as a pass thru just a few feet from our open door. Perhaps sign posting would help. Unfortunately just about rude campers and not the campground. We would happily return and just wouldn’t take that site again.

Great RV park overall. Spaces are ample and provide a great amount of shade and ambiance. Owners are around and pretty easy to find. They’re very attentive and take care of just about any problem. Bathrooms were good, one is a storage container that’s split into two bathrooms. They get a bit cold, but the water is nice and hot, gets the job done and all the bathrooms are cleaned every day. Far enough from the main highway so you get little road noise. Also very pet friendly!

We stayed at the RV park. The sites are huge! The customer service is the best. This place is a great jumping point to four corners, Mesa Verde, Moab, and Bears Ears.I would highly recommend.

We arrived late, unfortunately, and the signage isn't great. It took us quite a while to find our spot - it was pitch black. In the morning the view of the mountains we had was lovely. However it was very windy so we asked if we could move and the owners kindly agreed. We had a more sheltered pitch in the middle of the campground. The pitches are all large, gravelled and mostly level. There are trees but very little privacy between most pitches. The facilities are all based in Portakabins with a shower / toilet in a little shed (better than it sounds). There is a laundry and washing up sink. There is a nice restaurant about 5 minutes walk away open Thursday to Sunday 5-9pm. Burgers, fish & chips beer, cider etc. A little further down the road is the only shop. Don't rely on it for anything other than emergency supplies - they sell beer, that was our emergency 😉The park is close to a road but it's not too noisy. Handy for all the Parks.

The owners of Coral Sands are friendly, accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We stayed here for a week as a base to Bears Ears, Monument Valley, and Canyon de Chelly. If you’re interested in cave dwellings there are many close by if you don’t mind off roading. The rv sites are spacious, mostly shaded by cottonwood trees with beautiful views of the bluffs. The park is clean, pretty quiet and the night sky is great for star gazing. The office has a few camping supplies if needed and the propane is reasonably priced.Next door there’s a nice restaurant, less than a mile away there’s a small convenience store at the gas station as well as a historical fort. Internet here was fast and great which was a saving grace as I need service for work and there was hardly any cell service for us in the area.On site they also have a old western Wagon cabin for rent with modern conveniences. It’s great for a couple or family as it has a bunk bed. There’s an outdoor gas fire pit with chairs. It’s an awesome option if you want to get away from the rv for a night or two- which we did for one night. When and if we come to Bluff, we would definitely stay here again.

Pamela at reception cheerfully checked us into one of the many oversized sites shaded with trees. The bathroom/shower was mostly ok but could use some updating. The surrounding bluffs can be seen from various sites & getting a propane refill on the way out completed a wonderful overnight stay.

We called for reservations on the 13th before the eclipse. Mike said they where full but spent the time giving me options of where I might try. Half hour later Pam called us back and said they had a cancellation so we took it. I can't comment on the bathrooms or showers since we didn't use them but it's a very nice park with huge pull through and shade trees on both sides. FHU and very quiet. The biggest plus is Pam and Mike. Super nice and and cheerful. We had a issue with our RV and offered to do what he could. I would come back in a heartbeat.

We came here because the Sand Island CG just west of town was full. We don’t often stay in private RV parks but we needed to tonight as we were tired of driving. Pluses - location right along the highway but far enough off so traffic noise is not annoying; spacious sets, especially the shaded ones in the back, all sites pull-thru and long and level, the Wi-Fi is pretty good until the park gets crowded in the evening at least where we stayed in the front row, the place is well kept and people nice as pie. Restrooms and shower very clean. Warts - the laundromat and restrooms are in separate little buildings which is a little odd and theyre unheated and cold water but they are clean. Typical close RV park spacing although the back spaces are bigger.

Great RV park with full services. Showers are clean. Lots of trees, which is nice on those hot days. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this park to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a great base camp to explore Monument Valley and Bear’s Ears! Kim and her husband Mike went out of their way to welcome us. Their RV park is clean & well maintained. The roomy pull through spaces and shady trees were most appreciated. With days in the ‘90’s, having a/c and a shower was a great way to end the day. We enjoyed starry skies and even a lunar eclipse during our four night stay. We will happily return!

Beautiful and clean. Great little private spaces with lots of trees. Only trouble is there are no campground lights at night and at 4 in the morning a truck drove by trying to steal what they could. Luckily I'm a light sleeper and scared them off, otherwise they would have grabbed coolers and our extra gas cans that they were going for. Beware not to leave anything out you want to keep.

Great Park. Our site was large and shady, the park is very quiet. Bathrooms/Showers very clean. Owner gave us some tips on things to do while were here-Valley of the Gods and Butler Wash rd (need 4X4) were awesome. Much more to do but not enough time. The hummingbirds at the feeders at the office were so wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

Spent a week here. Excellent customer service! Did not have a single bit of trouble the whole time. Would highly recommend. Wifi does go in and out as does the cell signal for Verizon. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Although we didn't stay there, we had a flat tire on our trailer, and they helped my husband change the tire because we didn't have the right tools. We are so very thankful for their kindness, and the RV spaces looked wide with pull through sites. This is a place I'd love to stay with kind people like that!

Mountains on two sides, quiet and well maintained. The new owners are super friendly and helpful and working hard to upgrade the park. They added a nice bathroom with a full size shower for those that need it. But my favorite thing was the sites were so roomy and shaded. Good location for checking out the area. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay!

A quiet medium sized RV park with average sized sites. The bathhouse is clean and modern. Trees provide some shade. Excellent Wifi but the cell phone service is weak. There are several hummingbird feeders by the office and just before sunset the birds swarm there. Valley of the Gods is only a few miles away and worth a visit. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely WONDERFUL. Stunning views, especially for our first stay in Utah (on our way home to Arizona from Colorado). Wished we could've stayed longer. This place was clean, staff were so nice and helpful. They have a bathroom/shower area that looks like a small little room from the outside but so cozy and warm and beautiful on the inside. Can't wait to return to Utah - this will definitely be a return spot for sure. Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay here. Nicely shaded lots. EXCELLENT showers and restrooms. Very professionally run—owners are great to work with. (Thank you!) Just far enough from the road to be quiet but easy access. So much to do in the area! Would stay here again.

A well kept secret that should be promoted. Lovely shaded sites. Unbelievably large pull through sites. Mike and Pam are very helpful and gracious owners. Both are local and have vast knowledge of places to explore through the area especially little known ruins of the ancients. By far the nicest RV park in the area. Can handle the largest RVs. Easy water, sewage, and electric hookups. You will have missed a very enjoyable experience if you don't make Coral Sands a stop on your trip. Walking distance to fine dining if you want. Easy access off of route 191 at the South edge of bluff. We truly loved our 5 night stay and extended 2 more nights.

Very roomy sites and level. Owner couple are very nice. The views are great. Only stayed one night but learned there are things to do and see nearby and wish we would have booked a few nights. The hummingbirds by the office are pretty fun to watch. Warning: we came from the south and I think it was 191. Seriously the worst road I've ever been on. It's not terribly long but be prepared. Also heading towards CO when we left, also not the greatest roads. Take your time. The good thing is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of traffic. WiFi was good and plenty of OTA tv stations. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We stayed here for a week as a base camp for Mexican Hat, Valley of the Gods, Goosenecks State Park, Bears Ears National Monument, Four Corners Monument, Bluff Fort, Bluff Great House, Twin Rock Trading Post, Sand Island Petroglyphs Panel, and just a day relaxing for a kiddo's birthday. The campground is very neat and clean, well organized. The spots are very spacious, flat gravel pads. Looks like almost all of the sites are pull through with full hookup and pretty much shaded with plenty of nature trees. Some are set up as buddy sites if you are traveling with multiple rigs.Wifi was decent most of the time, but it did drop a couple of times during the weekend when everyone in the park was back at their rigs.Owners were both present and available every day and were very nice. Mike was out everyday taking the gravel every time a spot was vacated and the grounds look very well cared for.Would recommend for a stop over (very easy in and out, easy check-in process) or as a base camp for all the area provides, which is a lot more that we expected when we got there.Tip: Definitely so the Bluff Fort. I have not seen a better museum depicting what it was like for early settlers in the West. The personal journal readings by their descendants really bring home that real people did this. The hand carts in the yard gave the kids a good perspective on how terrible it would have been to have to haul their own clothes and stuffies. Yay!
