Reasonable Prices. The new bathroom/laundry facility is one of the nicest we have ever seen at an RV Park.Great location. Perfect for day trips to Monument Valley, Natural Bridges National Monument, and Valley of the Gods. You can hike from the RV Park to the river. Great views all around. We were at the end of the main row (site 14). Picture attached.

Awesome RV park with good views. New bathroom and showers... the best bathrooms I have ever seen on the road. Super friendly people, nice level gravel sites. Great place to park in Bluff and explore the local history and scenery. No fuels available in Bluff at all. You must check out the Bluff Fort just across the street... and the Twin Rocks & Cafe about 1/2 mile away.Nearby activities: Bluff Fort historic site is just across the street. River and mountains nearby to viewWalkability: Cool historic fort just across the street. Nice cheap gift shop there. Nice cafe and expensive trading post only 1/2 mile away.

The new bathrooms are basically master bedroom ensuites. They are spacious, have numerous clothing hooks, and a chair for changing. One has dual shower heads for people who cannot stand and shower. I find these things rarely in RV camp bathrooms. As a nomad traveler I appreciate them along with the cleanliness. Four washer/dryer combos mean fast laundry days. I stayed here last year and they had just begun to do these improvements so it was nice to get two days this year to use them. I'll be back. Boondockers can dump tanks for a fee as well.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting the local sights (Monument Valley, Valley of the Gods, Gooseneck State Park, and Natural Bridges National Monument). The campground is on the east end of the town of Bluff, right off of US-191. The small office building is located on the left just after you enter the campground; we were given a campground map and a map of the region when we checked in.With the exception of 8 small tent and camper van boondocking sites, all of the RV sites are pull-through sites with gravel pads, gravel yards, picnic tables, fire rings, and full hookups. The FHU sites are divided into 3 sections, with the first section being level with the office and the other two sections being about ten feet lower. The first two sections point east and southeast, providing passenger-side views of the stone bluffs on the south side of the San Juan River. RVs in the third FHU section point northeast, giving you a view of the river bluffs out the back windows and a view of some bluffs on the north side of town through the front windows. A pond with overgrown reeds sits next to the third FHU section and below the first section: the small dirt-surface boondocking sites, which have picnic tables, are located around this pond. Most of the trees in the campground border the pond; only one or two FHU sites have an adjacent tree, and all FHU sites have a clear view of the sky.We stayed in site 18 in the third FHU section, the "premium jumbo" pull-through section which was more than long enough to fit our 21-foot truck and 37-foot fifth wheel. The sites in this section are decently spaced apart and separated by a thin strip of mulch with some small plants and a single baby tree (which they planted while we were there). The campground sells bundles of firewood and bags of ice, both of which are stored in buildings near the office. The original bathhouse is located across from the office. It contains a small open room connecting four individual 1950's residential-style bathrooms with showers, and on the side of the building is a covered dishwashing station. The newer bathhouse is located between the second and third FHU sections. It contains a laundry room and three individual bathrooms decorated in a modern style with marbled tiles in the shower stalls. There is a dump station located on the right side of site 29 in the second FHU section, which is an odd placement since you have to drive past it to get to the third FHU section. There is also a small communal fire pit overlooking the pond area. They finished their dog park during our stay, which is a bead-sized gravel and dirt surface enclosed with a wooden post fence covered with wire mesh. The airlock-style gates they installed were a nice touch, as were the sitting benches, but they need to close some gaps around the gates that would allow smaller dogs to squeeze through. You can also walk your dog around the pond when the boondocking sites are empty, on the short dirt walking trail above the pond along the east edge of the park, or on the dirt and sand hiking trail that starts on the south end of the park and leads to the banks of the river. In terms of cell service, I got little to no service on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna: even using our WeBoost antenna, I only got 0.4 Mbps down and 0.44 up. I had the opposite experience with AT&T: the best speed I saw on my smartphone with 5G was 71 down and 26 up. But I spent most of our stay using the campground WiFi: with one of the campground WiFi boosters installed right next to our site, I saw speeds of 36 down and 14 up, and I had no problem working or streaming video off of the WiFi.There is no overhead lighting in the campground (or in most of the town for that matter), so the stargazing in the campground is incredible. That and the views of the surrounding bluffs, particularly just after dawn, make this a surprisingly scenic place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our one night stay on our way through Utah. Staff was very friendly with booking and making sure we were settled in once we arrived. We enjoyed having a private restroom with showers since we travel in a camper van. The restrooms were also well maintained and very clean!! Would recommend and would return to stay again if needed!

Loved this RV park! Owners were so nice and attentive. Area was so well maintained and clean. The bathroom/showers were spotless and private. RV spaces were flat and spacious. Walking path to the river, right across from the Bluff Fort museum. We've stayed at many RV parks and this one just felt so friendly - all the other campers were pleasant and nice! We were there during the eclipse - they were prepared with glasses, stickers, and other swag! Catered lunch was great! Highly recommend staying here!

BEAUTIFUL INDIVIDUAL BATHROOMS!!!The new owners have put a ton of work into this so far. And let me tell you it’s already a great little stop. All good things take time and we can’t wait to see the progression of this amazing little gem. Cadillac Ranch will forever be one of our stops. It’s so nice to see an old rundown nothing of a park turned into something wonderful. Last but not least the owners are the nicest and most welcoming couple.Look forward to your next phases of progress and GREAT JOB!!!

We stayed here for a few days last week and were very pleased at the kindness of the park hosts. They made a point to quickly greet us and ensure we were able to hook up with ease. The park is undergoing a huge facelift and the new owners are doing a lot to enlarge the number of sites and make this a classy place. The sites are very long and spacious and well kept. The laundry room and bathhouse has been renovated. The bathhouse is gorgeous and spacious!! It was very nice to see someone go to such great length to make something beautiful! It’s about a 30 minute drive to the Four Corners Monument. Another must see is Fort Bluff which is in the middle of the town down the road from the RV park. My husband was heading out to go find some ice cream and stop and spoke with the host on his way out. He never made it to the store because the host insisted that he take home some homemade ice cream his wife had just made. It was the best homemade ice cream he ever tasted! We just wish he would have asked for the recipe!!🤣 They were so kind!! We will definitely stay here again if we are anywhere near this part of the country again!

We loved our stay here. It was $39 a night for full hookups. Tent sites are $29. The bathrooms were 4 separate rooms, each with a toilet, sink, and shower. The views are beautiful. There was a walking path down to the river. The fort across the street is free, and a great place to take the kids, or just visit on your own. The owners of the RV park were phenomenal! Our cat got put while we were staying there, and we had to leave before she came back. 3 weeks later, I get a text from the owner letting me know our cat was found! I happened to be only 25 miles away, and was able to go get her. The customer service can't be beat! I highly recommend a stay here.

Good place to stop for the night, very clean sites with water, electric, and sewer. All sites are pull through so very easy to park. Most of the campground is gravel and can be quite hot in the middle of a summer day so plan to be inside or out somewhere. Not super friendly for dogs since there’s very little grass or dirt rather than the very hot gravel. Had great views of the bluffs and the night sky was amazing since there’s not much light around otherwise.

This place is really great. Check in was very quick and efficient. We got one of the newer sites - I understand they are a bit larger than the older sites. They are pull-thru sites. The surface is gravel, well packed but really no dirt. I liked it better than an asphalt surface or dirt. The views of the bluffs in town and along the river are amazing. They have a trail which allows you to get to the San Juan River - either via a federal trail (USFS or BLM perhaps) or if you don't go through the gate to the federal trail you can follow a trail on a man made berm which connects with the trail from the city park. Either way you can get to the river.I did not use the bathrooms so I can't comment on that.

Excellent location! The bathrooms here are IMMACULATE!! The owners have done a lot of work making this place in the dessert feel more like an oasis. They also gave us a lighter for our stove when ours broke. Super peaceful too. Great place!

Small RV campground which is convenient for a overnight stop. We had a pull thru site that accommodated our 34' travel trailer and truck (roughly 54' total length). It was very quiet. Host was very friendly and the check in process was easy. There is some construction going on next door (not while we were there) which does not add to the aesthetics at the moment. But if you look up to the horizon the view is great.

We loved the Cadillac ranch we stayed here for a week and a half coming back home after wintering in Parker Arizona due to the cold at home! We loved it so much we decided to take a job as camp hosts! The owner Kerri is an amazing lady doing great things with the park and she truly cares about the campers experience! We feel so blessed to have found this and to be a part of the owners vision! We hope to see all you campers and RVERS soon! 🌸Nearby activities: So manyWalkability: So many beautiful places to see here! Bluff fort, Mexican hat, valley of the God's, bear's ears and so much more!

Stayed here in our rented RV on our way to Utah from Phoenix.Very accommodating staff waited in the office for us to arrive and directed us to our campsite. We were here during the off season (winter) so we didn't bother to hook up to the water or the sewer but both were available as well as power.Thank you for the hospitality!5/5👍Noteworthy details: Easy to navigate through the campsites in a 30' RV.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The RV Park had easy access spots to pull our 5th Wheel into and the owner was very helpful. We thought we would fill our propane tanks when we arrived but were told that no propane refill locations were available in the whole town. The owner gave us a tank of his own to use so we didn't have to drive to the next town to purchase it. We gladly paid him for the fuel and spent a great evening at the Balloon Festival. Everything was clean and the park had great places to take our new puppy for a walk. There are public showers but we did not use them. Full hook ups and level sites.

Excellent central location for sightseeing in the Bears Ears/Monument Valley/San Juan River area. The check in was super easy, campground host very friendly and informative. Sites are level. The hookups are well spaced for convenience. At night, no annoying lights in the park so you can enjoy the stars (they are stunning). There’s not much in Bluff as far as services but Blanding is an easy 24 mile drive if you need groceries or something like auto parts. We were here 6 days and would definitely stay here again!
