Good value for money. The continental breakfast was not as poor as others may say. Toast, boiled eggs , bananas etc. For me thats good enough for starting the day The room and sheets were very clean so absolutely no complaints. If there would have been a coffeemaker in the room then it would have been five stars!

I've stayed at the four Corners the past 4 years and until this year had been very happy with the rooms and the service. This year however they where concerned I was taking up 2 parking spots and wouldn't alough me to park my truck and ATV trailer in front of the hotel under the security lights even though there where only a few other rooms being used. If the hotel had been close to full I would have understood.Bottom line. Good rooms, poor management.Rooms: Clean rooms.

Front desk staff were nice. Room was clean with the exception of the table which had a sticky surface that I had to clean. Mattress was so-so. The shower head has way too much water flow given that Utah and most of the West is in a long-term drought. I hope management will be more responsible and install heads that conserve. I have them at home and get still get sufficient flow. And the hotel would save money on their water bill if they did this, helping them to increase their profits and/or keep room rates in check. Also, the toilet had an excessive amount of water in the bowl. Again, I hope they make changes to conserve water.

I stayed in the sweet room 200 bathroom shower door was broken, was not clean properly and it gave us the option of a foldout couch and had now bedding and pee stains on it when we asked about sheets they said if this doesn't fit sorry nothing else I can do for you. They compensate us with another room at canyon inn but service was just as rude.

Budget lodging, dated but fully functional facilities. Cleanliness left a little to be desired but no bugs found and check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful. There were somewhat noisy guests partying upstairs but I was able to rest well enough. Laid back town with good people and lots of nearby trails to ride, hope to be back soon.

Service & location are great at this little no-frills motel. It's very dated & that old kind of dirty (not necessarily unclean, just not kept up & deep cleaned). We stayed in a 3 queen room & if you're curious what that means (I was!), you walk into a room with 2 queens, and when you pass through the first bathroom door (where you'll find a sink & space for luggage) there is a door to the second bathroom area (*tiny* shower, toilet, & another sink), and also a door to second bedroom with a single queen bed.Like I said, it seems that the place is cleaned but not CLEANED, just years of dirty hands, spills, etc. We also found a pair of socks under a bed, so maybe they don't vacuum/look under them when they clean? The gentleman who checked us in was nice & provided great service. The lady who checked us out in the morning wasn't as friendly as him, but she was nice.Breakfast is okay, nothing special. But if you like good coffee I suggest you plan on finding that elsewhere.

I mean... I hate to be harsh, but I have to be honest. The room really wasn't very clean. The shower and bathroom had hairs everywhere. My travelling companion's shower backed up, in fact. The carpet had mystery stains, and the amenities were.... Existent. The one good thing I could say about this place is that the internet speeds weren't very bad. In fact, for hotels of this quality, I was frankly impressed by the internet service.... But yeah, it doesn't really make up for the fact that they charge as much as they do for these rooms and don't really clean them. It's the kind of thing where I wonder what they actually do and don't clean. Kind of unsettling.

Stayed here in 2020 as passing through, needed to recharge batteries used in my overlanding setup after days out camping. The room was clean, I always have a look under the mattress cover- in the seam folds of mattress, as well as a few other key places; I found/saw nothing of concern in relation to my experience. Price was good. We stayed one night. The shower worked and was clean, as did the tv. Mission accomplished.

You have to stay at this place. Place is nothing fancy but super clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious. The room contained a table and two chairs; fridge bigger than a mini fridge; microwave; good size dresser; desk and chair. The 32 inch TV had great color and signal, and tons of cable channels. Hot water, great pressure. Would write more, but have to go.

Room was not clean. There were at least a dozen hairs in the sink, one in the bathtub, and the mirror had splatters on it.Worst of all there was someone's takeaway food in the fridge that housekeeping never got rid of.Only pros are the new mattresses and the staff is VERY friendly, the hotel is only an option if in desperate need of a place to sleep.

Stayed for one night. The actual sleeping area was spacious with 2 beds, but the bathroom was a bit small. Service was good, I checked in pretty late and had few problems. Beds were very comfortable after my long drive. Breakfast was good, donuts always hit the spot 😊 and when the cleaners came by my room they were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Beds are really small. Office doors to breakfast area were locked. Nobody was in the office in the morning which means no breakfast. $100 a night is WAY too much for this place.

Decent budget hotel with reasonable pricing. We booked a double room and the staff gave us a free upgrade to a suite. Really nice! The continental breakfast was good although there was not much choice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

It's a small privately owned motel at the crossroads of many great state and national parks. I work in the area quite a bit so I stay often. The rooms are always clean and they always have hot water. Although it recently changed hands the new ownership are as kind and accommodating as the previous. It really is a good place to stay to start an outdoor adventure.

For the $50 I paid to stay here, it was worth a 5 star rating. Very nice for a comfortable room, comfy bed, clean bathrooms, etc. Best variety of TV channels for a small town private hotel I have seen anywhere. I saw a comment or two concerning desk clerk attitude. No problem for me. I understand small town country folk. In the words of John Wayne, "speak low, speak slow, and don't say too much." City folk heed this advice and you'll do fine.

Nice place to stay at between hikes if you want to sleep on a comfortable bed and take a shower. The breakfast was better than expected especially after reading other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with their selection especially for how small the office is. I slept through the night but was woken up early in the morning because of loud pipes when the guest above was taking a shower. Other than that I had a present time.

I have this place 2 stars because of the nice service otherwise i would describe it as a dump where you should just crash for the night if another place isn't open which is the situation we were in and I would give it just one star. The cons: There was garbage stacked in boxes and junk refrigerators, microwaves and discarded satellite equipment under the steps in two places which gives you an idea of the level of care they take of the hotel. This just gave it a bad vibe overall and I wasn't even in a room yet. The carpets were stained and dirty in the walkways, with cheap plastic chairs on the balconies and in front of each room. If there wasn't a plastic chair there was a really old cushion chair instead. Some where kicked over. The doors felt cheap and not very secure with minimum lock in the handle and a really old and loose deadbolt. Once the door was shut we had a hard time getting the heater to work, it kept kicking the circuit breaker on and off. A call to the desk suggested unplugging it for ten minutes and plugging it back in which did finally get it to work. The shower head was a really cheap model that wasn't meant for water conservation, and was very clogged with rust and some mineral build up. It was very loud at night which isn't the hotels fault however the rooms low price allows rowdier guests to check in. We finally turned on the bathroom fan to drown out the noise. The mattress sucked and the water pressure varied. The bathroom fan was super loud which turned out to also be a positive. The continental breakfast was just cereal although they had a nice selection. The Pros: Low price. AAA discount. The bedsheets were clean however (the mattress was super soft and felt like 1980's foam bed without much support. It was not a comfortable sleep) but I felt like it was clean at least. Once the air conditioning/ heater worked the room temperature was comfortable. Their was a flat screen tv which was tiny but watchable, and there were some cool Native American jewelry and souvenir items in the lobby. The night help was extremely friendly, personable and gave us some good tips for traveling to four corners and to visit some other sites on our journey to Grand Canyon.Recommendations for the owner: do some basic maintenance; rent a dumpster get rid of all the junk under the stairs, replace the garbage bags more regularly in the public spaces, clean or replace the carpet, and update the shower heads. Do a run through daily and at least keep the plastic chairs upright. Get rid of the ones with cigarette burns and all of cushion ones. I would even consider updating all the chairs to the same matching style. The rooms were a bit dirty especially the bathroom fan and get the squirrel cages balanced or replaced in the noisy units. Also do some maintenance on your locks and add a bolt inside or a hook bolt just for a little added security.Your staff were very friendly and helpful so keep them happy.

Decent budget hotel. Clean room, quiet, nice hot shower after a days hard ride on the bike.Heater/AC unit worked great, no bugs, etc so it's a winner if you're not looking for the Hilton.

The hotel may look old but the rooms are REALLY nice, comfy, and roomy!! My husband and I loved our stay here! The room was clean and the front desk clerk was really friendly! We would definitely stay here again. It was a good pay for the room.

For a small town motel, this place was very good! The room was spacious and clean, the service was friendly and efficient and there are restaurants close by so you can eat a meal (or 2 or 3). There's also a convenience store so we could stock up on water and other supplies we needed before we continued on our adventures. The motel is dog friendly and their pet fee is $3.00 (vs the 20 other places charged on our trip). I'd stay here again if I ever need to stay in Blanding again.

It was an older place but it was very clean, it was cleaner than most hotels\motels I stay in and that was very nice. The beds were fine and the bathroom but the TV was pretty small but it was fine. Breakfast was ok pretty much cereal coffee and hot chocolate. My favorite part that it was only an hour away from Arches and Natural bridges. I would recomend it.

Stayed here to run the Huff to Bluff marathon. Great location; marathon start was a couple blocks away. Owner was friendly. Hotel is a little older, but it was clean, spacious. Has good TV, fridge, microwave. Continental breakfast was okay (baked goods were iffy). Would definitely stay here again if I run the marathon again. Patio Drive in a block away is yummy. No bed bugs.
