We have been to Utah for 5 days and this hotel was our worst experience. The staff was very nice but the rooms…No need to close the curtains, they don’t blind the light. We spent the night with the parking light in our face. The walls are so thin that we heard the next room’s TV the WHOLE NIGHT. No need to go to the room to join the conversation.I am not even talking about the heater… So loud that we had to turn it off. Mattress was VERY VERY softPrice are low but we had much much better for same price.Rooms: Les rideaux ne cachent pas du tout la lumière et les murs sont en papier.

One of the best stays while we were in US. We drove here from the Antalope Canyon. We arrived pretty late and when it’s dark it’s quiet difficult to find the entrance road but we managed. Check in was super easy and the lady who welcomed us was super friendly (I think her name was Andrea ) The room was spacious and well designed. The bathroom was super cleaned and honestly the best shower ever. In the morning we had some complimentary coffee. We took some photos outside and one gentleman recommended to drive down a bit to take some nice photos. He came after us and explained the area a bit. It was very sweet of him. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

The front desk was pleasant to talk to and the check-in process was smooth even though we checked in late. The walls of the room are paper thin though. We could hear a baby crying in the adjacent room loud enough to wake us up from the sleep twice. The rooms were clean but wouldn’t recommend due to the thin walls since it can get really quiet at night.Rooms: The walls of the room are really thin. But the room is clean overall

If you want to be in the middle of town, then this is not the place for you, but if you want a nice, quiet, and clean room with exceptional customer service, far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a little bit of the natural surrounding, in this place is perfect. I spent a few days here waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, and I will definitely be back. It's one of the better places that I've stayed at across North America because of the hospitality.

A nice, cheap place to stay if you need a break on the road. The bed was comfortable, it had free parking right outside the rooms, the TV was nice and there was a fridge. The area is a little out, closest town with food is a 20 minutes drive to Page, AZ (which crosses a time zone and goes back 1 hour, just to warn everyone). The remoteness can be annoying but we actually quite enjoyed it as we got a great view of the stars.There were a few issues such as the coffee machine being down, the ice machine being down for cleaning and the dryer in the laundry room took AGES to dry our clothes, we had to put so many quarters in. The water pressure in the shower is a little too hard and my partner ran out of hot water when showering after me. The lock on the bathroom door was not working. The hotel had a slightly odd smell, I think it’s something they burn to mask another smell, not sure what though.It wasn’t an amazing stay but it is a great place to rest a while if you’re looking to not spend too much money.

Very nice front desk gal, clean room and helpful hike binder in the lobby, but loses points for getting locked out in the morning when fickle lock key didn’t work and had to wait some time for clerk to arrive. Door was missing deadbolt, no microwave in room, bed was extremely uncomfortable and loud. Also, temperature of room when we arrived was super hot and took some time to cool down.

My family and I stayed here for just a few hours to rest. When we woke up and took the blankets off my two small sons, we saw bed bugs crawling all over them. The bed bugs were so full of blood that when my sons had moved during their sleep they had popped some of the bugs and the sheets and my sons were covered in blood.When we tried to get the hostess to help us, at first she refused. I called the police which told me she gave me a fake name. She refuses to give me the owners contact information and she is saying she won’t give me a refund. We had to throw away our clothes and my baby’s most favorite blanket that he’s had since birth.Not only that, both of my sons are covered in bed bug bites from head to toe.When I try to call the hotel to request the owners information or a status on my refund I’m hung up on. This was absolutely disgusting and my babies don’t understand why they’re covered in bites and itch.Safety: Poor

Charming little hotel, rooms are very small and a little overcrowded and it's kind of like you're in a mobile home by the inside, but you can't complain because it's a great value at $50. Very clean staff is very nice. It was in the area. Would most likely stay here again.I will say the walls are very thin and if somebody is getting busy in the room next to you you will definitely hear them and you will hear the headboard banging on your wall....

This hotel was a RELIEF after having stayed in a bug-infested hotel in Phoenix and three nights in the Grand Canyon in 30 degree weather. Even without the comparison, this hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only rating it a 4-star because it was a little far out of town, about a 20 minute drive. I would still recommend a stay here 1000x over, especially for its price.Rooms: Bed comfortable, but headboard bangs a little with slight movements. Included a desk, fridge, dresser, and closet. Bathrooms very clean.

This hotel may seem, at first, not a good place to stay, but it surprises you. Nice and quaint hotel, with friendly staff, and super clean rooms. I got it with Choice points. It may be far away from Page (19 minutes) but there is a Pilot just 7min away. When I was checking hotel rooms in Page they were twice the price for only one room ( I needed two) got the two rooms at Roadway Inn for the price of one in Page. We were only passing through for one night, so it was very conveniant and less expensive. We still went to Page and had a great dinner at a Mexican restaurant and looked around before heading back to hotel. It was well worth it.

The place is nice, although a bit basic. My main problem was, that there is no food available in short vicinity around - for anything eatable you have to drive 20 mins to nearest town ( might be generally ok, but was too much for me after the whole day trip...)

Ok, we are not saying this is the Rirz, but as Rodeways go, this is special! Huge rooms, well equipped. Super quiet location with great views and caring staff. Breakfast would be nice, but there is coffee. 20 minutes to Page and all it has to offer - at 2/3 the price (or less).Rooms: We had a suite - which was a complete kitchen/living room and completely separate bedroom!Nearby activities: Visitor center for Grand Escalante National Monument one mile westSafety: Quiet, safe, secureWalkability: NothingFood & drinks: Coffee in office. Otherwise need to bring it with.

My friend was hesitant about staying somewhere so affordable. I’m frugal so after I read the reviews I booked it. Comfy, cozy, clean, charming, I’d recommend this hotel to all my friends. And if I’m ever in the area again I’ll be sure to stay here.

I'm surprised this place has such a low overall rating. Best deal around! Clean comfortable rooms. Everything was just as I would need for a comfortable night. They aren't doing breakfast it seemed even though the sign out front still advertises the offering. Oh well. Can't be picky at that rate. I would stay again

If you blink while driving buy you would miss this place. While the rooms are small, they are comfortable. Our room was themed with cowgirl items, and the color scheme was nice. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The price was great. Would stay here again if I need a place passing through the area or enjoying time at the lake.
