Great store. I usually don’t shop at these stores for daily shopping. It was late , they were close, and still open.I was surprised at how many things they had on our list. The clerk was very helpful and also handled my sarcasm well.I may have paid a little more but it was the convenience I figured I was I was paying for. I would recommend you stop if you need.

It’s nice to have something in this small town that’s open Sunday mornings and later at night but the staff needs to make more of an effort. At this point almost none of the pricing on the shelves is accurate and when you call them out for false advertisement they refuse to do anything about it. They also seem close a lot during business hours so they aren’t reliable. Overall their staff just sucks and rarely seem to care how they treat customers. The store is also extremely dirty.

staff (other than manager) is clueless. i like this store but when I clip a digital coupon that's worth five dollars if you spend $25 or more and don't get the discount and ask when the manager will be in but yet the crew has no clue as per her schedule? needless to say I won't be spending more than 10 bucks anymore at this place, if that.

Glad to have them here when you need something right now. But the random closings at odd hours are frustrating to say the least. They often close earlier than the posted hours, and I have even been run out of the store at 2 in the afternoon because they decided to close!4 times in the past 2 weeks a family member or I have gone there and found it closed during posted business hours. Today (8.3.23) a sign on the door simply says "temporarily closed". Hours? Days? Weeks? GET REAL!!!

Dec 2023 Inside aisles are cluttered most the time, and not many good employees ,, could be a better taken care of place, needs outside garbage can, the parking lot has been patched only & not good at all, and it's going on January - February - March, - April - May 2024, getter done kids ! !

4.0 Clerks are courteous and personable. Very helpful and knowledgable about their inventory. They seem happy to be there and are usually stocking shelves if not assisting customers. The store is organized and pretty clean.

A punk named Tristan, who I believe is an assistant manager, told my girlfriend "if you get out of my way, I'll show you" when she asked where slippers were. She found another employee and complained, she was told "oh yeah, he's having a bad day"?!? His bad day might have included a broken jaw if I had been there. This store is a complete disaster!

Very disappointed with the staff at this store. Specifically Timmy the “Assistant Manager” as soon as I walked in at 7:50pm I was promptly told with rude mannerisms that I can only be there for 9 more minutes. And when I tried to get what I needed he denied my service because he “already completed inventory”. Which I though was rude because it wasn’t quite 8 yet. Won’t be coming back (:

If you are in a quick pinch this place is OK however the cashier Tamara and her god awful attitude turned me away for good. I am here just for a baseball tournament. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by shopping there. So much for being welcomed.

As of today this Family Dollar has come a long way from what it was a few months ago. It is no longer filthy, the shelves are stocked and there are enough employees to take care of the customers. I hope it lasts!

The people that work here are usually pretty friendly and the selection is decent, given the small size of this store. If you need to buy a last minute birthday gift or even a cute summer dress or something family Dollar just might have it, and at a reasonable price.

This passed weekend our experience at Beaver Family Dollar was very disappointing. The isles were full of boxes which needed to be opened and contents placed on shelves, the shelves were empty. We had to open the box on the pallet to get items we wanted. The woman o staff was too busy eating to help, we asked her and her response was quite negative. Very dissatisfied.

This store is DISGUSTING!! It looks as bad on the outside as it does on the inside. The floors are gross and the isle...well you can't push a cart down them because there is so much over stock and boxes everywhere not put away that its literally falling over. Couldn't find anything I was looking for. Then I get to the counter to pay and the gentlemen checking out was sitting on a stool and SAT on the stool the entire time checking me out?? You never see that st any ok there establishment. Its embarrassing to see!! This store has been like this for 2 years now and it's a problem and they should be embarrassed of themselves.

The WORST customer service ever. Only come here because it’s the only store in town. Wouldn’t go in there unless you want to be humiliated and accused of shoplifting for no reason. Extremely unprofessional managers. If I could rate this a zero I would.

If im being honest, I live in beaver County and go to milford and beaver family dollar stores often . I have to give the Milford store more credit. Beaver is unorganized and ALWAY out of everything. Milford for a smaller town has WAY more options.

Store is a mess. The management of the company and general district manager are not in my mind are not worth a s#%%.Sometimes I wish the fire Dept.(here in Beaver Utah) need to close the store do merchandise on carts everwhere........

Rude employees ripped items out of my mothers arms and refused service and wouldn’t provide the reason as to why. Had to go back in side to find out. Come to find out she “looked” similar to a shoplifter they have there. They handled the entire situation very unprofessionally and humiliating way.
