I have taken my dogs there twice. The first time they said my Shih Tzu got excited when he saw his brother in the bath and fell out of the groomer's arms. It knocked one of his front teeth out. The vet looked at him and the groom was free but I didn't believe the story. The next time, they wouldn't groom the Shih Tzu because he had a scab on his back. Ok. But they didn't clip my other dogs nails and his dew claw grew into the pad, resulting in a $170 vet bill for us. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Every time we go to their grooming they are the least helpful and the most condescending girls. We have taken our dog so many times and they claim they can’t look at the records to see vaccines because the system is always down. We have confirmation emails to say we have an appointment and they still say they can’t find appointments. Literally the worst place for grooming. The groomers are so terrible and rude. Never going back even though we have taken previous dogs before.

*read all*petsmart the store itself i love!! 5 stars for the store.--This review is for their grooming services.I have a 7 month old puppy who needed his nails trimmed. Thats all. They refused him because he is too "squirmy and scared".!! They didnt even touch him. Just looked at him and said that. they rejected my dog. How unprofessional. They said i had to go to the vet and they can sedate him. Really?! I literally bought a nail trimming harness off amazon and did it myself no problems. Wasnt squirmy at all.So if you have a "squirmy" dog then i wouldnt take them here. They will reject your pup too. So riduculous. just buy the harness. Saves you time and embarrassment. Top it off The whole team like 5 of them in there were laughing at me as i was walking out. Very unprofessional service.

I am driving to the appointment and 10 minutes before they call saying that they cancel the appointment, it is not the first time. Worst place to take your pets ever. They play with your time
