This is a little gem 2 miles off the highway. Expect peace and quiet as well as camp mule deer looking for treats. I will definitely look to stay again when in the area. 30.00 a night for pull through with full hookups!Nearby activities: Bryce Canyon 30 minutes away

Great rv park! The 2 mile gravel road was no big deal in our 42 ft fifth wheel, we just took our time. Friendly staff, very clean, lots of wildlife. Bring some apples for the deer!

Wow... Out of literally nowhere, this camp appears on the map, and saves us from a week of 105° temps. Grassy and secluded, this place is what the Dr. ordered. Clear view of the north sky, in case starlink is a consideration. Really friendly and helpful host. Really REALLY affordable rates. 8 miles up the road from another campground you might be reading this this review from, on slow and unreliable camp wifi, after discovering you can't get online using any of your four methods - including starlink. Full hookups and really nice looking cabins. Give this one a shot - it's a hidden beauty.Noteworthy details: Laundry on-site

Absolutley beautiful location. Grassy sites, amazing hosts, fun group dinners on occasion (small cost), and completely restful. The deer visit nightly and even some cows. But save some energy to visit Cedar Breaks or Bryce National Parks. It's worth the drive down the 2 miles of dirt roads.

Down a long dirt road. Road was maintained pretty well.Camp is in a very quiet valley, no TV or wifi. Town is not near, so bring your supplies.Nearby activities: No nearby activities. Not walkable to town or restaurants.

More gravel and dust, with wider than normal sites and a few trees along with some scrubby grass.Nice people, but not much else to recommend the place.I cannot imagine a reason I'd go back. The "Camp" is located two miles down a washboard gravel road. Going in and out required you to traverse this unpleasant road when there were many more appealing (at least from the road) campgrounds nearby that were on the highway.

Loved this place. Clean rest rooms, friendly campers. It is located 2.1 miles on a dirt road off route 89 and 14. A great respite from highway driving. Could spend several days here. Nothing fancy but it had everything with full hookups. Lots of wildlife too. 4.5

This is a beautiful place on top of a mountain with-in easy driving distance to Bryce and every direction you look in is gorgeous .The sites are laid out down a slight slope allowing you to view in all directions. The park is relatively small with maybe about 40 sites. They have a laundry, access to a large kitchen available for anyone to use as well as a chapel and rec room. Nice showers, pet friendly and an awesome staff!

This place is a gem!It was a bit hard to find the first time I went, but that makes it even better. You are totally removed from all the city lights and so on.The hosts are so welcoming.Deer all over the morning and evening.❤️

2 very rough miles driving on gravel road to get to camp. Very dusty but secluded and dark campground with Mountain views. Cool because of high elevation. Deer visited our site daily. Host provided helpful info. Regarding area. Close to Cedar Monument. Located centrally between Bryce and Zian. Satellite service worked well.

It's remote, quiet, and not many sites. The hosts (and other campers) are super friendly. Very clean. Lots of room. But don't expect good cell reception - it's spotty and weak - and WiFi really only works at the office. But that's part of the peace!

Great place to stop and rest for the night! Stuff for kids, beautiful scenery. Great prices. The owners really took care of us. Rustic cabins with beds, fans, a fridge. Community bathrooms and showers were clean. You bring your own blankets.

You enter off of Hwy 89 at the intersection with Hwy 14. There is a Chevron station on one corner and a road maintenance yard across the street. You may think you have turned onto the wrong road - we did - but you haven't. Drive past the maintenance yard and continue down a long gravel road for about 2 miles. Go slow as there were many pot holes the day we drove it. There are signs along the way to guide you. As you can probably imagine it is very quiet here. The campground is a part of the Lutheran Camping Association of the Southwest. It is a mix of full hook up RV sites to primitive tent sites and cabins. Check in was fast and they have lots of local info to share. The sites are very large, both long and wide. We were in site 12, gravel with grass and a picnic table. We had full hookups and no issues with any of them. WiFi is very weak unless you are by the office. Our Verizon signal was okay and our hotspot worked fine. There is a baseball field, playground, community room with a kitchen and a fridge if you need it. Bathrooms and laundry were clean - the laundry only had one of each machine. Mule deer visit the park every morning and evening. There is plenty of places to walk a dog. We stayed August 7-14, 2017 and paid $17.10 a night with a combination of a Passport America discount and weekly rate. You are about half way between Arches National Park and Zion National Park - we suggest you check out the Red Canyon as well.

Wasn't sure what to expect headed down the 2 mile gravel road on the side of a highway after a full day of driving but I was blown away when I got to Camp Lutherwood. Showers, rec room, kitchen, electricity+ water at campsites and a great host. Probably more catered to RV's but still the best campsite I've ever been to.

Large sites. Cabins too! Game room is great....ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard.....clean bathrooms....showers are a little tight, but free. You can use their kitchen! Close to Zion & Bryce (almost equidistant between the two). Good last stop before the North Rim of Grand Canyon. This place is a hidden gem....and the mule deer like it too!

Other than the long dusty 2 mile gravel road, it is a nice, quiet, friendly place. Surrounded by beautiful hills that you can hike. Deer, large long-ear'd rabbits, sqirrels, chipmunks, lizards and Lord knows what else roam the property. A great location for visiting Bryce, Zion and other parks .

Highly recommended. Nothing fancy, but we got a heated cottage for 25$ per night. Nice surrounding with lots of deers. Kind managers. Cleaniness of bathrooms could still be bit improved.

So much more than I was expecting. There were showers (with hot water), a rec room, volleyball net, basketball court, playground, and a fully stocked kitchen. We stayed one night in our tent for only $15! It was such a deal.

We have been coming here for years. Brought my girl scouts here, brought my youth group here (excellent group site by the way with pit toilets or walk up hill to the flush toilets, large fire pit and shaded picnic area.) Now it's just my husband and I coming up to enjoy peace and Gods creation and creatures!

Great base for exploration of southern Utah. We stayed a week and had a great time. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Has a kitchen and game room so our kids enjoyed it too. Would stay here again.

Beautiful camp ground! You just have to survive the 2 1/2 mile trek on a washboard dirt and gravel road to get there, but it's worth it. Hang on to the dishes kids, we're going in!

Great area with full hookups and space for tents. Clean restrooms with showers available. The road in from route 89 is about 2 miles long on gravel. Expect nightly visits from deer.

We spent a week here and it was beyond fantastic. The location is incredibly relaxing. Easy access to everything without being in the middle of the commercialization. The people including hosts are beyond words.

Our family property is located near Lutherwood. We recommend this little paradise on earth for those looking to camp in a quiet spot. 🤫

This is a paradise. I was stunned! Just behind our ten black angus cows, deer families, one deer even came to our site to "ask" for something to eat, squirrel families jumping around, hummingbirds and finches flying around...Together with great hosts and nice facilities, I totally recommend this place!!!
