Staff was really great about helping me to find the pieces of PVC that I needed for a project. If you have ever stared at a wall of pvc pieces/fittings/couplings you can appreciate how much easier it is when a knowledgeable salesperson can direct you to the correct bin.

The reason I give one star is because the employees in this store disrespect me and I felt discriminated.My name is Xochitl van slooten. I went to this store today to buy a can of paint. I had a can of paint in one hand and my purse on my shoulders. One of the cashiers ask me if I needed help I told her yes I need paint so the other cashier told me I need to leave my pack in the front I ask her which pack she said you pack I told her I do not have any pack just my purse and the can of paint. She said you back pack I told her that is not a back pack is my purse and I am not leaving my purse with you all, I have my wallet and my money in my purse. I ask them if I can talk to the owner since is not the first time I have been in this store so the manager came in and she said that the owner was not there and that is a store policy to leave back pack in the front. I told her that I won’t leave my purse with them. I ask them do you think I will steal something from you all? Just because the way I am dress or because I am Hispanic because that is how I felt. I was wearing an old dress of course I won’t be wearing something nice to a hardware store. I told them I am a nurse I have money to pay do you want me to show my credentials is when they change their attitude and be let me shop. I felt disrespected and discriminated in this store. The sad part is that both employees seems Hispanic or from other countries. Things like this need to stop and people should not jus die others for the way they look or dress.

Really well stocked for Yoakum. I get lots of help compared to the Do It center who’s employees sit on the chairs since the owner died.

We were greeted by every single associate we encountered. They all asked us if they could help us find what we were looking for and then one of them took us to the item and gave us a run down of each option. Very friendly customer service. Store was clean, well organized and I could see myself spending hours window shopping there. Just wish it was closer to my house so I could go more often.

To everyone who reads this the store owner is a genuine good guy I overheard him say something that surprised me but was amazing to hear from the owner he told a sales rep life's more than just about the money. shop here people it's a great place full of great hearts waiting to help you

Always friendly helpful staff. About as much stuff as you can reasonable expect in a local hardware store. Owner is great and friendly. The staff actually tries hard even if neither of us know the name of what I'm looking for. Easy parking.

This is one of the best ACE Hardware stores we've been to. Very clean, nicely stocked and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Joey even loaded a heavy 66 pound package into our truck for us.

This site is fairly new and is a nice clean facility. I was given some bad information/ advice from one of the employees and it caused quite a bit of chaos when I followed the instructions, but the store kindly reminded all of my money and graciously apologized. I was pleased in the end.

I just bout an 8oz bottle of hand sanitizer for 9.99. Three times the amount you would regularly pay. And it's only 62% alcohol. Masks were 2 for $10. Unbelievable ...price gauging as far as I can tell. I will never walk into that store again.

I just left after I spent 10 minutes waiting at the paint counter for assistance , while 2 employees sat at the front talking and laughing! One was the manager! I just left my stuff on the counter and walked out!.
