This review is about Riley and Derek from the Wylie TX store.I was looking for a riding lawn mower. I know I wanted good quality and a good price. Riley was extremely patient with me, he took the time to explain the different riding lawn mowers they carry, but I cannot tell you how many times he was about to ring the price and I changed my mind as to which tractor I wanted. He was very, very, very patient with me. He helped me with the credit application, he did all the work and not once became impatient with me.My next dilemma was how to get the tractor from point A to point B. I KNOW they could have loaded the tractor to my truck, but the problem was HOW I was going to unload it without destroying the tractor or killing myself. So Riley and Derek put their thoughts together and Derek was so kind that he delivered the tractor on his truck to my house the next day. Derek took the time to show me how the tractor worked, he made me ride the tractor so I could become familiarized with the machine, and he answered all my questions.This purchase could not have happened without Riley and Derek. It just shows you THEIR dedication, teamwork, awesome customer service, and most importantly, DEDICATION and LOYALTY to their employer (Tractor Supply Company), by going out of their way to help a client and make a sale.Winners find a solution to every problem, losers find a problem to every solution.This team is a winner, they find a solution to every problem!!!!!Thank you Riley, thank you Derek.

This place seriously needs to limit how much propane a single person can buy. Just stood in a line for over 30 min to watch a man buy over 100 gals of propane. There was 6 or 7 people waiting. And then for your employee to basically say better luck next time. That's terribly immature

They didn't carry es which is what I was looking for. The cashier by the door did call out to all other associates and saved me 20min walking the store which was very appreciated!

TSC is the place to go for propane. They charge only for what they deliver. Some places charge full price even if your tank is half full.

i bought a club cadet mower and John helped me he was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of great information and was very kind as were all the employees! i think it was bobby? and another guy helped me load my mower ! great place i will go out if my way to go there ! as im in allen.

The 5 stars are for the cashier that helped me, there’s was 2 lines of customers and the person named Tracy, I would assume is a manager, so rude came to the cashier and told her you have 2 lines go to one person of each side of the line, a customer had a question, so the cashier called Tracy for help by the time she came to tend to the question the customer had decided to purchase the item, she proceeded to tell the cashier in a totally rude manner, that she had waisted her time and not to do that again, she said it so loud and rude, made me feel so uncomfortable and feel so sorry for the cashier bc everyone just in the line witness the rude obnoxious attitude of this Tracy woman, I would have walked away and left her there to deal with a store full of customers. Terrible!!!

Love the remodel and shifting around that was done with the departments. Still kinda getting used to it. Absolutely Adore Patricia. Always friendly smile.. outdoor garden center is to me then most obvious add on and things seems to be moving right along like a well oiled machine. Some of the employees are dry and not absolutely polite all the time however, i chalk that up to them being young and still being molded to being a young adult. One take away from here however is the inability for their Hillman rep to maintain the inventory of some of the most common size fasteners . Always out of certain sizes and the order amount never increases to meet the demand that this store has on them on an regular basis.

I go there every week to get Propane. The staff is mostly polite and friendly except the guy with a full face beard, he is neither friendly nor polite. The Temps were dropping on Thursday December 22, 2022 as I'm sure many reading this will recall, and this guy pumped my Propane. I explained I had recently been injured in an accident and had severe sciatica he couldn't have been less empathetic or concerned. So as I carried my 78-80 lb tanks back to my vehicle the very strong winds blew my door shut as I walked away from opening it so that I would be able to pick them up and go directly into my car with them each time I had to set them back down by my door and reopen my door then having to relift each one. Never did he even offer to hold the door open. And his sarcastic "do you got it ma'am" with his back to me and a shrug was as pathetic as his service. He may have been cold out there working and I get that totally as I myself work at a Transmission shop and fully get being cold at work all day long but rudeness and obliviousness while performing a job is very much noticed and felt by your customers who provide the livelihood of your employees. Problems like this should be dealt with and not left to continue. I have been coming to your business for over five years and I refer people there all the time for Propane and other goods. He is the first bad apple in the bunch throughout my experience coming there. He may be a good worker and it may have been an isolated incident but it made me extremely upset that any human would allow another human to struggle like I Very Cleary was struggling not once but twice. And not a single offer even just to hold the door from blowing closed. Anyone would've been upset by such obliviousness and seemingly rudeness. My hope is that this reaches management so that this doesn't continue because what has this world come to when men just watch women lift and carry heavy tanks of gas in 27 degree gusty windy conditions and don't feel compelled to go and open a door for a lady.

A lady with very short spiky hair was extremely rude to us it was 7:59 and she started screaming at us saying they were closed. I honestly was not aware of the time I understand they close at 8:00 but she could had told us nicely I have never been treated like that. They do have some other great employees but this lady made our experience there very terrible.

1st and last time going here. Went to pick up an online order for my parents, literally never been here before, I go inside and see that the cashier has a long line so I'm standing patiently waiting and the cashier seems annoyed by my general presence and ask me what I want and I just say I'm here to pick up an online order and she just says okay well that's outside, so I go outside and there's nobody working there and I don't want to go back inside because of the rude cashier so I'm just standing waiting until an older lady comes out and that tells me I should have pulled around to pick up my online order, again never been here before so I didn't know to do that. Just a terrible interaction all the way around, I'd much rather go to the Home Depot across the street or literally anywhere else.

I come here every few months to buy hay in bulk for my guinea pigs. I live a half hour away, but this is the best deal I can find. The price is fantastic. Unfortunately customer service could use a bit of work. I order online to pick up in store to make sure it's in stock and ready for me before I drive all that way. In the store there's a customer service desk with a big "ORDER ONLINE. PICK UP HERE" sign. On the two occasions I've bought from herehere it's taken around 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge I'm standing there waiting. (I'm the only one in the line.) I'd just get the hay myself if my arms weren't so weak. When an employee does eventually come, they carry it to my car for me, which I appreciate. I'd even tip a few bucks for the service if getting acknowledgement didn't take so long.

I love Tractor Supply. It is one of my favorite stores to visit. If you need jeans and tees, they have them. You need ducks or chicks? They have them. Dog, cat, horse or chicken food ... yep, they have it, along with toys, bowls, shampoos, gear, treats, etc. Oh yeah, you need plants or tractor supplies? They have them! All in a relatively small building.I have never been that the person running the register isn't super friendly and generally my little dog, who always goes with me, is offered a biscuit. The people stocking are usually helpful and friendly too.It is a fun store to visit.

Easy to locate off of Highway 78. Would give 5 stars but it seemed as if only one young woman was running the entire store. Bless her. She gets all 5 stars for courtesy & speediness, the store gets 4 stars because other than competitive pricing, and the great look to the store, they only seemed to have 1 or 2 employees on hand. That store with the foot traffic I saw easily needed 5-7 people on hand. Recommended but you might wait longer than normal

Great selection. Prices are good. Place is organized, clean, and well lit. Every time I have been there, I get friendly and prompt help. Cashiers always smile, showing that there is good training and management. Items have prices marked and are in place. Check it out. It's more than a feed store.

I purposely drive out of my way to shop at this location. The employees have always been really friendly and helpful when I've requested assistance. Overall, a group of good people who speak on a personal level and show open support for military folk. The selection of Carhartt and Liberty fluctuates accordingly with the seasons and handling fees are waived with store delivery if an item isn't in stock. Tractor Supply is a good outfit with quality products. Maintain the quality service of service and I'll be a customer for life.

Great place to go! Everyone we came in contact with was incredibly nice and very helpful as well. This was our 1st time after tractor store and we just went there to pick up flea collars but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves walking around looking at everything. We even found some unexpected treasures. 😃

Chloe and the store manager have No idea how to do their job!!! They charged my credit card $3,500 when they had in fact said my card did not went through!!!! I left without anything but still charged my card. The store manager and an Chloe looked like little kids with a computer who had no idea how to work it!! I spent 2 hours in the store just to be lied to and ruined my day
