Christmas came early this year! I came for a little girl yorkie and ended up taking both her and this handsome teacup boy poodle. The manager Karnee was so knowledgeable and helped me through every step of the way. I highly recommend getting giving Texas Teacups a call when you’re shopping for a puppy.

Communication was fine..but on the website it says one price then I got in person and the price shot up a hundred and something dollars more and the reason for that being was “because of the taxes” which was weird to me because I don’t recall taxes even being that high. And to top it off I asked the lady was she mating the dogs and she lied and told me no but as I go back and look on the website I see that they have been using the dog that they sold to me like crazy he has so many babies for sale on the page they are just liars for no reason and that’s why they won’t answer the phone anymore … But over all it’s a great location it has beautiful little bling for your fur baby get you one!

We bought a maltipoo mix. He is adorable, very gentle and just a bundle of joy! We love him and he's a new addition to our family. The staff was nice, and didn't try to push us into purchasing a dog. They answered all of our questions, and the store is clean. They also seemed to care about their pets, and wants to make sure that they are put in good loving homes.

Everyone especially Jesse were super nice. They were super helpful and they messaged me back quickly scheduled my viewing time and once they realized I was driving in from Houston they were willing to extend my hours so I could make it. We got our baby boy Cocoa Puff and he's already made him self part of our family we already are so in love with him. The one bad thing is the website says he's puppypad trained which he definitely is not. But we can take care of that.

This is such an amazing breeder! I purchased a morkie in 2011 them in Forney, TX. My mocha is exactly what she said and more! So when it came time for a family pup I found her again and we are leaving today with our new pup!!We can’t wait to get her home and spoil her!!

After going through a few bad experiences of adding a fur baby to our family, we finally got it. Both Karnee and Rebecca were really great with us before and during our viewing appointment. I was hesitant about going through this whole process altogether because of past experiences but this has been one of the best. I fell in love with our newest family member as soon as Karnee brought him out. I read reviews both good and some negative but I just had to see for myself and I am sooo glad I did.

Update: Thank you for the response. You did indeed tell me that I could come see the puppy but not at your home that you had an issue with someone taking puppies while they were there so I needed an appointment. Second, you did indeed contact me several times and again I felt like I was a bother as you mentioned that I go to the website over and over and over. I do have compassion for people and their business albeit large or small. Maybe instead of being so defensive you should have taken into consideration "the way I felt like I was treated". It might be a learning experience and help you with your business in the future. My review has not changed, the aforementioned items are my opinion of the situation. Thank you and I wish you nothing but the best in your health and your business.Original Review: Customer Service was all about the website, go there and click on links. Even when she called me it was all about the website. It felt like I was a bother. I asked about a 6 month old puppy, I wanted updated pictures nothing professional just snap a pic with her phone. She did indicate to me that the pics on the website were old, and they should have updated them but she broke her back (ouch) and the puppy was previously going through the puppy uglies (losing hair which is normal). For the low, low price of 50.00 she would call in the photographer to take pics and if I wanted a video it would be 75.00 at my expense. I just wanted a quick pic with the phone. For puppies that cost $$$$ you would think I could get a simple pic.

To EVERYONE that wants a new pet this IS the place. Ive been following Mrs. Becky for some years now. She IS a true Christian woman. Before I lost my 12 year old grandson to a gunshot Wound to the head,he said to me, " Nana you need some thing to love you " and then asked if we could go to Mrs. Becky's and look at some puppies. We'll we didn't make it, and I've tried but the tiny 3 or 4 pound puppies are to expensive for me and I can't work because of a very bad accident I had that has caused me to go on disability. The team here went above and beyond to help my family find the perfect puppy. I was impressed with how well the puppies are taken care of and how attentive they are to all their puppies. I’m proud to say I have a healthy energetic teacup Yorkie. Their recommendations for caring for my Yorkie was easy to follow and worthwhile. My dog is great I love her. Great breed. Great bones and was well trained and very smart. I am updating my previous review. The owner did reach to me. My issue was due to communication and questions over financing. I was was really confused but since then I have worked it out. I recommend better processing and communication on staff customer service. Overall, I am pleased and can say I had good experience. The breeder has great dogs and well bred.

We found Texasteacups from an online search. I was originally unsure of the the business because their puppies seemed to good to be true. And they are at a price point that is exclusive. We were also looking for a very specific size, color, and personality. We did the online application and scheduled an appointment as was recommended. It was love at first site and our puppy was even more awesome than advertised. At 10 weeks he is emotionally healthy, happy, playful, crate trained for sleeping, and potty trained to use a puppy pads. The owners gave us great advice on our puppies care and we decided to trust them. This made the transition from their home to ours smoothly. The business may have a storefront in a mall but the puppies are raised with the owners in their home. Our puppy definitely had the loving start that you hope a puppy has. We also took our puppy to the vet to confirm he was as healthy as he looked. The Vet was impressed with the muscle development in a teacup puppy that isn’t even 2 pounds. We are very pleased with our puppy and the owners of this business.

I have been on the fence about many things!! Especially adding to our family a pup!! That’s an entire commitment that I wanted to be sure we were ready for and speaking with Rebecca eased things! She is patient with me, she answered my questions and also spoke to me about praying about it!! That was definitely something I was happy to hear! We are excited about our new fur-baby and happy that we went this route instead of allowing those scammers to steal money from us! Everyone has choices to make and certainly can do what they feel but I would much rather do business with someone that cares about what we’re needing and what’s best for our family in making decisions such as adding a new member and how to properly take care of that new member! I enjoy doing business with people that have patience and that care about where their puppies go when it’s time for them to find a fur-ever home!! Thank you Rebecca and Phoebe!!
