Nice store. I love the dog bath card that they do. They have a lot of treats and items too that come in super handy. Their shampoos at the dog wash areas are always solid too. I love how this location has those little signs that says this wash area has been sanitized so you know which ones have been cleaned and which ones haven’t.My one pointer of improvement would just be that I’d like to see the dog wash area be kept a little cleaner, is all!

Join their shopping club and get great savings on item's you can't get anywhere else. Everyone that works at the store are friendly, caring, and helpful towards our pets. They carry a lot of products you can't get elsewhere, including raw healthy products to choose from. Mile's just loves his food and toys I get for him there! 🐶😃❤ Thank you!

Staff was very helpful, but we specifically made a trip here to buy a betta fish. Their selection was slim and sad looking. We did end up buying one because my son was heartbroken when I told him we were going to leave. I should not have as the fish died later that day but never looked good. We never even made it to placing him in his new tank. We then went to another pet store where we purchased another fish for almost half the price, who is still alive several days later.

This place wasn’t as we had hoped. It was my first time coming to bathe my dog and had question if to pay before or after. The young girl up front just look absolutely inconvenienced by me politely interrupting her conversation with her male coworker. Fine, it’s early on a Saturday I’ll let it side. When we came to bathe our Pomeranian the girl(different from the initial one) in the back was at least kind and showed us the shampoos and such. I do not like however that the small dog blower is significantly less powerful than the big dog blower. I understand but there should have been a sign before I spent a hot minute attempting with a low power blower. As for pricing it’s $15 for a bath. I’ve been to different self serve washes and you definitely get more bang for your buck. This place would be good for short haired or wirey coat pups.

We go here often the pet friendly environment and the dog spa is perfect for my pups and I. We were just there today and thought maybe the bulk dog snacks would have came back but they are forever gone unless we can somehow get them back. Our pups love the bulk snacks more then the chew snacks. Can we please get them back 🤣?

The story is very clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Is definitely pet friendly and is definitely kid friendly. Pricing is very reasonable considering they are big enough to have everything but they don't charge big box prices. I

I come here often to get my dogs and cats food, toys, treats, beds etc. the store is always clean! Staff is very friendly and they greet you apron walking in, ask if need any help while walking around the store and will help take items you purchased to your car. Also curbside pickup and the dog wash station is a plus in case you need it! Highly recommend!

Have tried to buy fish for the kids’ aquarium. Three times the fish have died within a week. Bought two glo fish, they died. Bought new water conditioner and tank heater, bought guppies at employee’s recommendation, they died. Decided on a betta next because they “were hardy”, it died within a week. Have done all appropriate water, environment and diet recommendations. Maybe fish stock is old and/or sick? In the past our fishes have lived very long lives.

I love washing my dog here, it’s got 6 self dog wash spots and there’s almost never a wait. The staff is always friendly and if I need help, they’re easily able to point me in the right direction. Its my favorite pet store in the area!

It was my first time in this establishment. I was greeted when I walked in. I went to the isle I needed and was asked immediately by a worker if they could help me. The store was very clean and everything was in its place, it seemed. The people are friendly and attentive, and I would recommend this place to anyone needing items for their furry pets.

It has been a horrible weekend. Friday my grandkids and I bought the biscuits in the front case at Pet Supplies Plus on 544 for my dogs. Well, they were so hard that my terrier Lucy choked and died. I did not get to her quick enough because I was busy cutting up another biscuit for my other dog. Please do not buy those for your fur babies, because nothing is worse than rushing to the vet and watching your baby die in front of you. I called the store, and the manager did not even sound like he cared. When I asked him to remove those treats, all he said was he would have to report it too corporate. The way he sounded; I doubt he even did that. My heart is so broken, and I wanted to let y'all know so this does not happen to you.

Great place with all different kinds of food for qll different pets. You can wash your dog there for 10$-use their soap, towels, dryers and they do the cleanup. It's the best

Pet supplies plus does not want customer in the store. This happens several time to me. I walked in and the cashier greeted me with a hello. GREAT! I told her i need fish. I wait 20 mins. No one came to ask me for help. There died fish in several tanks so i decided its not worth to bring disease to my tank. As I walked out, I see 3 people chitchatting. Thinking why do I punish myself everything I come to the store.

I’ve never been here before and I always got my dog supplies from Petsmart before. I definitely loved this store as soon as I walked in! Staff were super friendly greeting you with smile! SO MANY varieties,options,colors and products to choose from. Store is very clean, organized, and shelves are full with their products. They also have dog wash that you can wash your dog with a few bucks. I would highly recommend this store.

First time here to bathe my 🐕Was super easy to pay for the wash which was $14 and all supplies provided ☺️ will definitely come back!I feel that alot of people go and wash their dog for free and don't know to pay. I have a card and I make sure before going to bathe him I have the ladies punch the card. But I keep seeing people go back then and then leaving without paying. Y'all need to have another way to make sure people pay and not just getbit for free

Wonderful self-washing stations! They provide the soap, towels, treats, water repellent aprons, the powerful sprayer for washing and a strong, warm dryer with a long hose. It is very inexpensive and worth every penny to me, especially having a big dog. It is difficult and messy to wash at home because she is so large. Doing the bathing here is so much more convenient and doesn’t leave my bathroom a mess. It is so much easier to clean up there and they also do a great job at keeping the place near considering how messy it can be to have dogs coming in and out getting bathed. I am grateful they have this service and will continue to use it for the life of our dog.

Love going here with our dog. Staff is great! Love it when they have the big bag of pig ears, they are his favorite. He is a power chewer and the have a good selection for him.

I haven't been to Pet Supplies Plus in quite a while, but when I have been i love the items they have in their store. Plus, the employees are absolutely a pleasure to deal with when I need something in particular. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs things that other stores don't carry.

Bestest pet store. Love taking my dog in there. I saw an African drawf frog with a fish twice its size in it's mouth. Fish was still swimming too. You could rob a bank with this full metal amphibian energy if you got lucky enough to purchase this Terminator frog.
