The lack of open lanes to checkout is frustrating. Usually I shop during the week mid morning. I don’t like to hold up the self checkout line when my cart is full. I’m trying to be considerate of others who have less items. Also, the gas rewards are not worth the hassle.

NO cashiers available. NONE. I was forced to hold up one of the small number (4-5) self checkout lanes while I sacked up 2 weeks’ worth of groceries. To add further insult and embarrassment, I had to wait and get approval from an attendant because I had so many items at self-checkout.

Jun 2018: This place is clean and always very helpful. The people are helpful and I love the size of this place. They have 2 lanes (with 5 a side) of self checkout and they have tap-to-pay so I was able to use my phone.This is one of the big Krogers with the groceries and department store. Nice and clean. Very big and friendly staff. Two different people saw me lost (LOL, I think I looked lost) and asked if I needed help then they walked me all the way to the aisle I needed.

This specific store has a terrible habit of not adequately restocking their shelves. Three specific items that I purchase every week have not been restocked in multiple weeks. I can guarantee I am not the only one with this problem. Until they fix this problem I would recommend avoiding this establishment.

Kroger is amazing. I usually use their delivery service and its spot on. If i didnt like an item delivered, it is promptly refunded. This is our go to place for groceries.

Caution: Be mindful of potential overcharges when purchasing from the store without using coupons and checking multiple options in the application to get the shelf price; you might end up paying double. This situation feels a bit like a scam. Moreover, some staff members are not very friendly

If your time says 6:00 a.m. open but when I come up there a few minutes after 6:00 and everybody's just staring at me through the door and it's locked that's not being open. I will gladly take 100% of my business anywhere else but this store. How can you not be on time that's the only thing you have to do is be on time and open the door and nobody can be on time or open the door

On April 10, 2024, there were two roving salespeople bugging people in the store. They had no nametags or other info identifying what company they were with. They started by asking if you needed help finding something, then asked about your internet provider. They were not in a booth - they were literally chasing down people to nag them and sell. So incredibly annoying.

I'm giving this one a 1 star ONLY because the bathrooms are always yucky. No seat covers. One stall has no toilet paper roll hanger. Ridiculous. Other than this, it's a nice store.

KIM the pharmacist delivers awesome CS! She got my Fabb medication in less than 2 hours! She got it transferred from CVS in Wylie (which I have been trying to get since September and was on back order..so gave up) Kim had no problem getting it and was super nice!!! I like that the pharmacist actually talk to you on the phone so you can explain what's wrong (not able to get meds) . She is really caring! Thank you

I loved coming to this location! Unfortunately they have staff like Araceli whom are extreme rude and when explaining something to the guest are in a bad mood. Instead of offering hospitality.

Disappointed by the customer service in this store. Just bought a Carhartt hoodie that had a big sign saying all the items in that section were on sale if purchased with your Kroger card. After I checked out, I noticed I was charged the original full price. I told the Customer Service person that it should have been on sale, and she replied that Carhartt is never on sale. We went to the area and I showed her signs in that area clearly saying various Carhartt items were on sale. When she finally got the person who is over that area to come help out, that person just said she didn't have any signs without the words "On Sale". Watch what you buy, since they are clearly trying to charge full prices on items that are marked for sale. Sad, since this store use to be better.

I have come to this kroger several times for vehicle registration stickers and no one is at the counter always on break or at lunch. This store for it size is really bad.

As someone else mentioned, their advertised sale prices are sometimes wrong when checking out. Self-checkout agents only there to clear error messages, but won't help with pricing issues. They could be more courteous. Produce freshness has gone downhill lately. Things go bad within a day or two after you buy. Customer service has reduced hours.

Had a very pleasant experience at self checkout with Heather. She resolved my 5 for 5 issue quickly & with a smile. Which was the opposite of my episode 2 weeks ago with Celia who was combative & nasty from the start. She could have resolved my issue with 5 for 5 easily. But it was far more important to her to go out of her way to be belligerent & hateful. It was my worst experience at Kroger ever!

We frequently shop at this location. Went there today and AS USUAL an item I paid for didn't make it into my grocery bags and AS USUAL several items I need were not in stock. Now I have to make a special trip to another store. Looks like I need to find another grocery store.

So the food I can’t complain, great selection and good deals however, I’m super saddened at the Bakery… I call every year a day before my daughter birthday for cupcakes. This year, I called a young man answered the phone and told me it was too late to put in an order. I had never had this issue any other time. Not sure what changed.

Came to Kroger‘s today to pick up some things at Ron cell and then when I get to the register, they don’t come up on sale so I have to walk with somebody to go look at the sale price which was right there on the shelf and then when I came back, the African-American older lady cashier at the south checkout was laughing the whole time because I told her I was not at the store today she kept asking if I was at the store already today, and I kept telling her three times no I wasn’t so I asked for the manager and then the manager was no help either an older white lady she just said go ahead and call Corporate OK so I will very unprofessional store. The sale prices were on the shelf it’s not my fault they didn’t come up in the computer.

Love to shop there. But DO NOT purchase this eggnog. Kids said it taste weird like a watermelon candy. They love eggnog but they did not like this.And now both of them have an upset stomach.I am trying to call Kroger's but no one is picking up the phone.

Love the associate named Precious… she made my shopping trip (which is normally riddled with anxiety) extremely enjoyable. Hold on to her, or give her a bonus or something. This woman treats everyone with respect and adds a light and fun energy to your establishment.

Countless times I buy products that are on sale like the buy 4 or more deals, they rang up full priced. Like a bag of chips for $5.49 × 4. They advertised it $1.99 along w/ the sticker displayed on the shelves. I was charged $21.94+ tax at the register, I also put in my krogers card. I never thought I needed to check my receipt. Took a 35-40 min drive to go back to the exact location to find that customer service was closed for lunch, will return at 6:30pm on a Tuesday. This store is not on the way for me. I had to make time to get out for this. Everyone check your receipts!!

Always picked over. Quite often rotting and moldy produce. Garlic is old and dried up. Other items throughout the store are picked over and empty shelves.

This is the worst kroger's location of all locations.Let me start by saying I'm a lifelong Kroger shopper. Let's go krogering!This locations click list is a complete joke. I tried it 4 times and on all occasions I was ask to come back after my pickup time. The last time took 4 hours, 3 phone calls to the manager and a trip inside to talk with the manager. After all that I was told my bill would be comped and the next day the entire bill was charged to my account, so I didnt even get to use the few coupons I had for the order.This store is always out of stock of a large mount of items. Always! If it's a sale item, forget about it, they dont have it. Anything listed in their circular, you have to get a rain check. This is on meats of course, if a steak or seafood item is on sale you will need a rain check. Also on common items like microwavable rice or ice tea or yogurt. I am at the point now, where I expect the shelves to be empty.Kroger upper management, I really hope you read this since you have ignored the emails I've sent you. For christ sake please hire a management team that cares. I have never seen a signature store ran into the ground like this one. You would be better off if a tornado destroyed this location and you start over.Today of course started with no carts at the entrance. I guess managers forgot to tell the staff to collect carts from the parking lot? Then the out of stocks started. So many items just not there. So then my trip to the service counter started to collect all the rain checks.Kroger has become more Walmart than Walmart! If that statement doesn't discourage people from this shopping experience, I dont know what will.Do yourself a favor and skip this store. Walmart of all places does a much better job!

In general, I love this store. Good produce and lots of choices. However, when I have a full basket, I don't want to use self-checkout. I'm not a trained Kroger employee. Having two checkers, when each line is 8 carts deep, is not a solution. I'll think twice before going in here again. Tom Thumb is just down the street.
