Recently started our journey with poultry and wanted to butcher one of our roosters. The guys and gals that work here did a great job. It’s clean and quick! I even took my two kiddos (while I’m 20 weeks pregnant). It of course smells like dead animals and has many chickens running around but that’s all normal. Great experience. Will def be going back for other meats as well.

I have always appreciated the quality of their products and the convenience of their location. However, I must express my disappointment regarding the disrespectful behavior I encountered during my last visit.Upon arrival at the farm on last I was met with hostility and rudeness from the owner. Despite my genuine interest in buying purchase more about the farm’s practices and products, I was met with dismissiveness and disdain. The owner’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful.As a consumer who values transparency and respectful communication, I was appalled by the lack of regard for my inquiries and concerns. It is disappointing to see such behavior from someone representing the farm. As a business owner, they have a responsibility to uphold a certain level of professionalism and courtesy towards customers.Overall, my experience at this farm was marred by the disrespectful behavior of the owner. While the quality of their products may be commendable, I cannot overlook the negative interaction I had with the owner. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer service in the future.

Rudest customer service of the decade award goes to this farm. They don’t measure weight it seems. Idk how they are still running a business without measuring the weight of goats. Not to mention the dirty, smelly and disgusting maintenance. Must add to avoid list. Waste of your time traveling up and down. The owner gently warned me that he will throw me out if I ask about weight one more time. 🤣🤣🤣

Good farm with good prices. Employees are great. Clean facilities. Alex and Rose do a great job under a lot of pressure. Come prepared to spend 1 to 2 hours. I recommend this place.

Today, 4/5/24. I went to the farm for some Chicken .if I could give zero Stars I would. I asked for 8 of the brown hens and 4 of the white one's. I asked the brown to be burned and not the white one's. The workers acted confused and made a mistake and burned both. When I complained to the Owner with Wife sitting outside . The Guy Owner is Horrible, He got mad at me ,told me to leave. His wife tried to diffuse the situation and he still insisted I leave ,Either I take the burned chicken like that or his wife refund me and leave. Never to return. I've never been treated soo Horribly in my life. Such bad Customer service. The Humiliation this Man gave me as a Customer. And told me I'm lying abouts telling his workers I didn't want the white chicken burned. I also observed when you buy the chicken on numerous Visits, They dont give you, your liver or Gizzard. Even though you pay for the whole chicken .After I asked, He the owner stated, people don't want it. But that's not true.I see people asking for it and the Workers are reluctant in giving it when asked. They turn around and sell the eggs and liver, gizzards back to other customers. Or I'm assuming the workers take it home. Horrible Business. Before he comes and Answer me about wanting something for free, b'cos I just checked his reviews and that seems to be his defense mechanism, all customers are lying and want reduction why they give him honest reviewfor his Behavior towards them . Horrible business owner. wish I could give him -0 stars if there's such a thing. Something needs to be done about him, if this is how he treats his customers. So in the end this Horrible excuse of an Owner refunded me my money, and told me to leave. And all I needed was Cleaned Chicken not burned. He couldn't Satisfy a customer but told me to leave and not to return. I'm Appalled.

I regret to inform you that my experience at the animal farm and slaughterhouse was utterly appalling. The premises were disgustingly dirty, with filth and grime covering every surface. The stench alone was nauseating, hinting at the complete disregard for hygiene standards. As if the unsanitary conditions weren't enough, the staff, particularly a man named Alex, were shockingly disrespectful and rude. Alex's demeanor was utterly contemptuous, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. His behavior tarnished the entire establishment's reputation and made the already unpleasant experience even more unbearable. I strongly advise against supporting such a disgraceful operation.

Busy and gets a little hectic. But Alex did a great job keeping order and getting everything and everyone done as quickly and as orderly as possible. He can be a little curt, but it is needed for people who have trouble following directions - after he has told them several times what is expected of them.

Sister rose attended to us on time and gave us the best price. Most people complaining about the customer service are just so rude and wanted a princess treatment. It’s a farm and a very busy one so get off your high horse. If you aren’t comfortable that they’re Christian’s you can as well ask them to cut your ram yourself. Thank you

Not a clean place. Most animals are sick. You will see Dead animal lying around in the area making the air polluted. Bad smell all arround that will make you sick. Price much higher from the market.Workers don't have customer care experience at all.These guys know the special event days and they will make the price much higher on those days. I really wanna ask my friend not to go there at all.Those who are reading my review plz keep eyes on your animal you buy, coz these guys mostly change it. Specially the Muslims who do hand slaughter must be very attentive. The owner ALEX is very rude and have no ethics

This guy made a significant improvement from the last time I visited their facilities. Chicken, goat, lamb, beef, and ducks are available at a decent price. They need to work on the garbage ♻️ cleaning management to keep it smell free area. Overall a good place to have your halal meat needs and they let you slaughter animals by yourself.

It was busy, people were buying all types of meat. We bought one goat and the guys were very time conscious. Before you knew it, we'd been attended to. The environment was clean, but you'd equally perceive the smell of animals killed.

I have waited for almost 1 hour and Alex is nowhere to be seen. The workers are also waiting for Alex to be here and they tried calling him and he is not picking up his phone. He always comes to work late. And when we ask for the price of the animals they have to call Alex to get the prices but Alex is not picking up. So everyone has to wait for Alex to start there business. This is the reason why people choose not to buy stuff from here as because of the customer survice and the time we have to wait to buy something we want.

Listen to the 1 star reviews, they aren't exaggerating!Customer service is very rude, kept asking "How much money do you have?", instead of telling me the prices.I had a friend visit this place earlier for a goat and they told him they're bringing more in. He waits six hours, really needing one, and sensing that, hike up the price from $120 to $300.I understand wanting to make a profit but they clearly don't understand the significance of new costumers nor do they care about screwing you over if they get paid.

Had 10 ducks processed here. I had originally had an appointment somewheres else that got cancelled and they were willing to accomodate me coming in the same day - for ⅓ of the price as other farms! The were extremely quick and I am satisfied with the product.

I took my goat there on Tuesday to be processed and although driving in I was quite skeptical, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very nice, explained the process, and took humane care of my goat. I appreciate having this affordable option for my grass fed livestock. I took a cooler and plenty of plastic bags, which I'd highly recommend. The processing room was clean and I liked being able to see, watch, and even be involved if wanted. The staff is highly skilled at their job, and clearly runs the operation in an efficient manner. My rating of 4 stars is only because of the initial impression.
