They are definitely better than the other veterinary clinic in Woodville, but still aren’t great. They don’t seem to be the cleanest and don’t seem to listen very well. I brought my dog in for a rabies shot and told them she already had her other vaccines, but they still gave her, and I had to pay for all of her shots. I’ve started to going to Jasper.They also will not spay dogs over 50 lbs.The addition below is a result of the response to my original posting.I brought my dog in for an ear infection and a rabies shot. I ended up paying for vaccines she didn’t need and I didn’t request. I also brought a puppy in that had an issue with one of its eyes. If I remember correctly, other than offering to remove his eye, nothing was done and I was charged over $120. I also purchased an anti-inflammatory for one of my dogs for several months. Finally, I was in less than a week ago trying to have a dog spayed.While I understand why you don’t have a record of my final visit, I’d have thought you would have kept better records of the other events. I’m unsure what the other information you gave regarding the other gentleman’s dog has to do with anything. Your staff is friendly, but everything I posted was accurate.

This is the BEST place in the entire area to bring your animals and pets! I can’t say enough about the great service and care that I’ve received for my pets here. I could go on. I drive out of my way to go to woodville when there are many vets closer to me. They are hands down the most helpful and professional people in East Texas when it comes to veterinary care. Much love from me and my little gang of rascals to this hospital!!!

These guys kept our fur babies (2 dogs & 2 cats)while we took a 7 day vacation, we were so worried about leaving them. We called a few times to check on them, all was good. When we picked them up they where so happy. Thank you Woodville Veterinary Clinic for taking such good care of our babies😎

These people are fantastic with the animals, they always explain what needs to be done and then ask you what it is you want done. My husband and I got adopted by a little kitten while on a walk so we took him in and they checked him out. So far he is doing great. Thank you very much Woodville Veterinary Clinic. We would definitely recommend them to anyone to have top notch care of your furry friends. Thank You again Dr Costello and your crew.

Let me start this review by saying Felicia, the receptionist is very rude.I've taken 2 of my dogs there for an emergency and every single time we've been greeted by a grumpy, rude woman. I thought she was just having a bad day but to my surprise she was very nice to the other customers.Now, technicians are clueless. One of my dogs was left unattended on the lifted scale after her weight was taken. I had to lower the scale myself and bring my dog down. Most recent experience was a simple nail trim, my dog was left bleeding from both front paws.The vet is just ok but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

As a first time pet owner I have to admit I was a bit nervous taking my puppy in as I did not know what to expect or do. All of the staff that we encountered were super friendly and supportive. We went in to get my puppy his vaccine and dewormer. Super professional and quick. I am so glad my family and I chose Woodville Veterinary Clinic to help keep our puppy healthy and happy.

Both of my dogs needed them....one was beat up from a neighbor dog...the other one as snake bit. They were treated same day and I'm happy to report they both are doing good. I love these folks!

Been going here with my dogs for about eight years now. Some calls were after hours emergencies which they responded to in a timely manner. I definitely trust my dogs lives with this vet. My dogs are my kids and I like them to get the proper care they need. I ended up moving to Fred but continue to use this vet. I like them that much as do my dogs.

I've ALWAYS loved this place....friendly, compassionate....and then yesterday, for the first time ever, we had to make an extremely hard decision about our sweet baby Maggie....they gave us time, and privacy. When the time came, they showed nothing but love and sympathy. We've been taking our babies there for almost 20 years, I'll never go anywhere else.

I rescued a dog and brought himinto check for chip. He didn't have one but Emily was awesome helped and took the dog to the vet to evaluate for me and then brought him back reiterated docs thoughts and away I went. Sweet efficient great experience!
