FYI, it’s kinda long but good. Purchased a Lawn Mower online, had it delivered to the store. Monday the 18th went to the store, this woman named Coleen greeted me, I told her I was their to pick up a mower she said she remembered talking to me, she went to the back and came back with it, her and my grandson placed it in the truck. On the 20th was cutting grass and all of a sudden the front wheel flew off hit the shed and smacked me in the forehead 😂. Went straight to the store and lo and behold it was the same woman Coleen. ( had no clue she was the manager), We laughed and joked about it, all the while she is looking for another tire. She keep apologizing cause she didn’t have a replacement but she went above and beyond, contacted the manufacturer and on Friday the 22nd got my new tire. Coleen thank you so very much for the professionalism and great customer service.

The staff is friendly and usually more knowledgeable than workers at big box stores, but Tractor Supply’s prices are not as competitive as Walmart for the same items.

This Tractor Supply has the BEST Associates that knows most of their regular customers by their first name or nick names.Outstanding customer support and the Regional Director is very knowledgable and politely speaks to their customers.Award points add up to great cash values !!Love the signs I've collected for the ranch and they are outstanding supporters of the Local VFW Post 2033, Woodville, TX.

All of the people there are very helpful and friendly. But there is one lady there that is just so amazing. I think of her a wise mother type. I am not sure if her name but I do know she is a manager. And I think she may live there because I've never been there when she is not there.

Majority of staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is organized and orderly despite ALL of this broad range of goods packed into such a small building. Each time I do business there, they are fast, efficient, and friendly.

Had a hard time finding a staff member but when I did they where very helpful. They found the part I was looking for, (made no comment even though it was right in front of me) and helped with which one I should get. No it was not the most expensive one they suggested either. Good job!

Love going into this store, they always make you feel like home. Very helpful people. If they don't by chance have it they will make every attempt to get you that particular item. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I tell you there is a lady there named Kimberly who goes above and beyond for her customers!!! She greets you with a smile and will help you find anything you need !!! She needs to be the main Manager because this lady is cares and it shows! She said she works 2 jobs! You can tell she works there because she loves her job and it seems like it's not about the money and you just don't see that these days! I've been in there 3 times just because of her helping and being so nice and the last couple of times me and my daughter have been in there we have not seen her and its definitely different because you don't get the help or the warm welcome!!! So if you ever go in there and you meet her she will leave a great Impression and if they don't have what you need she will go look it up and get it ordered if its Available! So thank you Young lady for your hard work and for going above and beyond for your Customers!!!

Looking for rubber hunting boots for wife. Did not find them. But the store is clean And organized. The folks at the counter were nice and cheerful. Will stop in again. Plenty of room for a long trailer to pull in and park.

We went dashing in the door at 8:58 to buy dog food. I know the employees had to be annoyed, but they were extremely gracious and helpful.

Horrified at the way my son was treated, when designated as my pickup contact! He showed his government issued ID, and still told that she (Sherry) was not going to release the merchandise until she spoke to me?? I am at work sent my son for a reason, had all the proper ID and denied. Guess they don't need my business anymore. I might understand if it was equipment or something, but it was feed and dog food.

The people are great, always friendly and helpful. The problem is they never have what you need. Not sure who handles the inventory but not doing a great job. You can find bottoms to feeders/waters for chicks or you can find tops. But rarely do you find both. Anytime I go in to purchase anything there is a 50/50 chance they will be out of it.

Best store around! They have everything you need for your horses and pets. I get all my ranch supplies here, they have it all. The manager and staff are the best, very friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the deals and the cash rewards for your tractor supply card make it well worth shopping there.

Tractor supply is a really cool place I love looking around in this store. I can spend a couple hours or more just looking up and down every isle. they are a little pricey but they do have a lot of neat stuff for farm and ranch and home. There is something for everyone here me and my wife both totally love this place.

I've only had to go to this tractor supply a few times and I dont like going just to shop around. The middle of the store is where the stuff I like is like bird feeders, wind chimes, whatever other cute nick nacks are but you literally can't fit a buggy in there. It's a disaster. And I have kids so the buggy has to go with me. Other than that the place is great. They always have what I want/need and the staff is always nice and helpful.

The Woodville tractor supply has the friendliest people working there! They have always helped us find what we need and offered suggestions. We have had a return here as well, and had zero issues with them taking it back due to a product defect. They take very good care of us!

I love this store and the Mgr Colleen is very nice and super helpful. I was there today looking at tomato plants, and had an accident there, causing me to fall. Luckily there was a man there close by who caught me and broke my fall. I still fell, and scratched up my left arm on display, but it wasn't as bad as it could have been, if I had fell hard on the cement. He literally saved me. It's scared me so bad, and I was shaking, so I sat down and this same man got me a bottle of water. I sat there for a few mins and then went in to pay for my tomatoes. I was weak, and really not ok. There was a red headed lady at the register with no customers, so I put my tomatoes down and was waiting to pay. This man went with me cause he was concerned. She told me to wait, while she took customers from the other line. I could barely stand up, and decided I would just leave without the tomatoes. And I did. The clerk really should pay more attention to what's going on. All customers are not the same, and I am 67 years old. I was nice and I knew my face was red because I had cried after falling. I thought she was rude, and uncaring. I, too work in customer service, and if I had a customer, an older person who was crying, I would at least have asked,.... was there a problem, or are you ok It won't stop me from going back, but her attitude and her customer service could use some improvement.

Inventory rarely matches what the say they have available online. I've made numerous dry runs or ordered online and had order cancel. They need better inventory control.. apologies seem hard for them.

My very first time going to tractor supply was Saturday and the experience was horrible! I was not treated like the rest of the customers. The white customers were greeted at the door while I was treated with an attitude. I was buying a feeder for my dog and other items . When I asked for help the response was rude like as if I was nagging her . I asked about dog houses and she said they didn’t have any only to walk outside and see dog houses . I understand with age comes respect however I am a paying customer . What you believe in and practice at home should never take a toll on your behavior in a work place . I didn’t want to make this a race thing but I shouldn’t have been treated in that manner after spending my hard earned money !

Very seldom in my dissatisfied when I go to Tractor Supply other than some of the prices being a little too high I usually get what I went for today was get a propane tank filled and dog food!
