Waiting for chicken strips seemed like an eternity thru the drive. Then the girl asked me what I ordered and sent me around to curbside along with the car in front of me. Employees didn't know where to go with orders. I understand what happens when a shift change occurs but this was very unprofessional. Employees need to be retrained at this location

the food was just thrown together unappetizing and when I I made a comment about my meal I just paid $10 for I was met with hostility rudeness and the manager she came out and escalated the situation I'll never go back there again.... completely different from the Dairy Queen in Refugio you should have the manager from Refugio work at the Dairy Queen in woodsboro

Wonderful stop on our road trip. Clean bathrooms and we also got a burger. The food was hot and fresh. Absolutely delicious. The inside was clean and well kept.The manager, Mrs. Mary , was working the front. She was so kind hearted. She was working so hard and provided excellent customer service. She was very thoughtful packing our bag to go. Made sure we had enough napkins and ketchup. Thank you for your hard work!*please note , this location is short staffed and will take a bit to get your order. These employees are working the best that they can. They do a great job with what they have

Food was filling. The Complaint I have was the kids meal. On the menu, it says you buy a kids meal, you get the fries, drink, and a Dairy Queen treat. Well on the kids bag there is a free treat coupon that you can tear out. I would have thought that meant I could have taken those coupons off the bag and save them for another time, but I was wrong. In order to get your treat you had to tear off the free coupon and give it to the employee..... To me that's false advertisement. 🤷 Buyer beware.

What can be bad about a blizzard? Delicious as always. The clerk was pleasant and polite.Parking: The drive thru is awkward and when it’s busy, the line either hangs off into the highway or snakes around the front, impeding traffic in the lot.

I was on a long trip and stop to use the restroom. The store attached to the Dairy Queen didn't have a restroom so I walked over the woman that took my order was the friendliest lady I think I've ever come in contact with. We are ordered to caramel malts and they were delicious. May just right with just the right amount of malt in them. Everything was very clean and just the way the restaurant was set up was very homely everyone was very friendly including the customers. Nice little spot. I have to drive down next weekend to the same area and I will be stopping again.

After waiting in line for so long I was quite frustrated. I wrote a bad review based off that. Once I got to the window, I read the sign about short staffing and long wait times. They apologized and I totally understand the severity of short staffing during this time, not only with Dairy Queen but with many other food chains. The two women that served me at the window had the best customer service and I completely felt bad and wish I could help. Unfortunately I was driving by the town for a long trip. I hope the long hours they work to makeup for short staffing quickly gets controlled. Wish you all the best of luck. Please be patient.

Okay to the dairy Queen in sinton Texas your store manager Valerie is absolutely wonderful this store is very clean she is very friendly your bathroom is always clean and she always has a smile on her face which makes us keep on going back the employees there look like they are happy to be working together nothing but great experiences every time

This particular Dairy Queen for some reason has better menu and food than others. Staff is always nice and place is clean. I will only eat at this location. I live about 45 min from this location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Customer service was horrible.The wait time was long and we were the only ones in line.The ice cream Sunday quantity serving versus what you pay for was laughable. The top was bigger and deeper than the Sunday.Also, they don't have pre packaged unsalted nut. We asked for nuts and they were giveen In a top and were rather salty.The only positive thing was the large water. That tasted great.

Very polite and friendly staff. Burger was great! Toasted bun and overflowing with lettuce, onion, bacon and jalapenos! Fries were crisp and fresh. Obvious that they care about their customers and want to please them.

Service was great but when I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, the meat was dark grey. I still ate it since I havent eaten in 2 days but it tasted like a battered and fried beef patty. Not what I asked for and left me very confused

What an absolutely amazing staff!! Most of the staff is older women and they ROCK!!They bring your food to the table after you order and make sure you have all the things you need. The food was hot, yummy, and fresh! Best DQ EVER!!

What can I say , walked in about 20 minutes before closing , was greeted with a big smile and happy to take our order , we were served within 15 minutes , food came out great , restraunt was clean , overall I will make it a habit to drop by more often when I'm in the area !!! Great tasting food with a great atmosphere along with personality..

The staff was very kind. Drive through was easy enough to pull my trailer through. It took a little while for them to get my food to me (I had to pull around). Food was great.

Not a day goes by kids don't grab lunch or just an ice cream. Half employees can't hear. Food is like flipping coin. Some days it might be good. Than you have some days you might not be lucky.
