The staff is friendly and always take such great care of my dogs. They’re always my first call when I need to board my pups. Prices are great and I love the complimentary bath before they come home.

Beware!! I took my dogs here and was told to bring my dogs bed, food, toys, or anything else they needed. I got there at the date and time I informed them I would be there. When I got there the staff was completely unprepared. I gave them instructions for one of my dogs who was on antibiotics and gave them feeding instructions for all of them. The staff took my instructions down and assured me they would follow it. After five nights I came to pick them up. I called them about two hours before I got into town that I was coming for them. The lady on the phone said that they were running behind on getting my dogs washed. I assumed they did dog baths as a way to say thanks for choosing us for your dog boarding. But when I got there the lady at the desk was speaking to me very fast that I couldn’t understand her. I got two of my dogs and placed them in my car. They smelled to high heaven of urine and filth. I was given their dog beds which smelled like a urinal that hadn’t been cleaned for several weeks. My next two dogs they gave me back were relieved to see me and could not wait to get in the car. They too, smelled horrible. As I was getting their dog food, the lady at the desk said to me in a rush that they missed at least two doses of antibiotics for one of my dogs. I asked why they were missed and again, in a rush, she said they were really busy. When I got home I checked on the antibiotics and saw they had missed all doses. To say “Beware” is an understatement. I will say that this was traumatic for me as much as my dogs. I will definitely not go back. It is not the customers fault you got busy. It is not the customers fault that unexpected things happen. We pay for a service that your company said would fulfill. Thanks to the urine saturation of all dogs’ beds, I could not get the smell out and ultimately threw them away.

We left our fur babies here over Thanksgiving and I’m am overwhelmed at the wonderful care they gave our boys over the last several days. The staff went above and beyond what we could have dreamed. Our boys are well loved family members and for this being our first time ever boarding them it couldn’t have been easier and they gave peace of mind. Thank you from the Franks family but most of all Max and Rex!

Very professional and friendly staff, they love animals and take very good care of our pets. The groomers on staff do a great job of trimming and bathing before we pick them up! Would recommend them to any one.

I have used this facility since the year they opened. The owner is really great with my dog. She has added some great staff members to expand services. I would highly recommend this rather than boarding at a vet's office. The price is about the same but your dog gets more room and gets special treatment. They also have an outstanding groomer

I've used Hollywood Pet Resort twice to board my dog (pitbull mastiff). The second time I dropped him off he went to lay down behind the desk and was ready to be taken to his kennel. They remembered him, by name, from the first time he stayed there! The first time he stayed I brought his medical record for proof of vaccination and the owner read his entire medical history just to learn more about him. The people here truly care for their guests and do the best for them!

Gave 5 stars because they were the only place that would see our dog as a walk in. He had a good bath and dried and nails clipped for 35 bucks. They were fast too!

Nice, friendly staff and our dog likes it there. Worth the drive out of town to know our dog is safe and happy with some room to roam. Highly recommend!
