Very rude management. Said they could sell damaged goods but hall the stuff in the store was damaged. With not be returning. Not to mention hard good are WAY over priced .

Items are not priced with a tag but by permanent marker dotted based off of value.. completely different from the goodwills I’ve shopped in other states.. clean store, friendly staff and good finds! Shop sustainably yall!!!!

They use a marker to write the price of the item directly on it. Then there's 2 prices written on it, like $2.99 on the back and .99 cents on the front. Then they flip the item around and charge you the higher price because they think you're not paying attention. Not cool man.

They've really good staff working here. They are kind and genial. Yet, the prices are a bit higher comparing to the other Goodwills in town -especially the furnitures!

I have been here multiple times and I always found a fair deal until recently. Someone working there is upping the prices BIG TIME. USED Stuffed animals for kids were around 15 dollars. There was a piece of workout equipment that had a price tag from Ross on it at 14.99. well the goodwill pricer put it at 15.99 WOW. These places are for people to be able to save a little money and help a good cause. Nobody is going to buy things from here when the prices are more than they are at department stores etc.

I was greeted when I entered the store. All employees were friendly and polite. Store was well arranged and clean. At check out, cashier was engaging, friendly and very personable while keeping the line moving quickly.

This place used to be great but whoever is doing their pricing has lost their mind or is trying to push inflation faster then Biden. They are charging $50 for a used dirty gaming chair I can get new for $40. A 20 year old computer monitor that I found online for $20 they are asking $100. God forbid a women who just got out of an abusive relationship is trying to start over. I thought that was what Goodwill's are for, not to price gouge.

Nice customer service lady up front was very helpful. We got good deals on some work shirts for the hubby and a few shirts for my 4 year old. I forgot a bag there and went back to get it and the lady had set the shirts a side to see if we went back and we did.

I always find treasure at this store. There is a little bit of everything. The selection of clothes seems better at this store. The line was long but I looked around a little longer and waited for the line to reduce and checkout was easy.

EVERYTHING in Goodwill is DONATED. I took my mother here as she's heard nothing but great things about the items donated at this location. We arrived, the store was dirty, the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in two weeks. Very visible trash on the floor. The aisles were narrow for passing, the clerk's attitudes were terrible. When you work in the service industry one must smile and be courteous to all and this was not the case. A lady in front of us was asking questions and one of the clerk's (an older thin woman) kept being rude to the lady for asking questions about items. When we got to the register the prices on the signs said one thing but upon checkout they raised each one of my mom's items. They said since the items were "brand new" with tags the price is increased and it didn't matter what the signs say. EACH item my mom checked out with was increased, $4 jeans were paid out as $20 New With Tags (NWT) Jacket NWT from $4 to $8 and then she said it was $20 because of a dot on the neck of the jacket 😲, Capri's (NWT) $4 to $20... This organization is currently under investigation for fraud. No wonder! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I paid for my mother's items, SHE IS MY MOM; my thing is-why have signs of prices at all if they change when you check out? Location: Wolfforth Goodwill just now. 5/2/21 2:55pm

The have great deals and I like getting clothes here for my kids since they outgrow them so fast. Some things are a little overpriced at times and there prices don't make sense. For example I was there today and found two pairs of identical pants, one pair was $6 and the other was $4.50. I asked the cashier why and all she said was that's the way they had marked them.

No price tags on anything. Floor worker was directly rude. Prices were different depending on which worker I asked. Most stressful goodwill experience ever. Please mark all items as per corporate policy or change your name

The prices are getting ridiculous. I don't understand why the prices written on things in marker don't match the prices posted on the walls. It can be really frustrating to see something I'd like to have but its marked 25 percent of the original price. That is what i pay during clearances. I had bought two king size pillows they were 3$ on the wall but when i got to the front the woman said 4$. I don't think that's right and then i checked store process and i paid the same price as new. Upset? Yep.

One item can make a persons day and this location provided me with gifts that I gave to several expectant mothers and my friend whose son is my own sons age. Like the lyric in Thrift Shop, "..one man's trash is another man's come up..." Its the truth. The shirt I bought in this visit was the one I wore to my god sisters wedding and for one day I didn't feel like a frumpy single mom...I felt like a beautiful single mom. Donate when you can, it may make someone else's day.
