The older woman who works there is so rude and disrespectful. I go there because it's faster than driving into Lubbock but she makes it very unpleasant. I've seen and heard many complaints on her but she's still there and nothing has changed.

This store is never stocked nothing but carts in the isles and empty shelves all over the store. Just pitiful and sloppy all around this store.

I go to this place because of my client when it comes to cat food and tide. The older lady today was rude and disrespectful. It's like she didn't want to be at work. This is the third time I have witness and have received bad customer service. I believe she is an alcoholic I have smelled liquor on her and how her attitude changes. Oneminute she smiling and speaking to some and the next minute she grabbingyour stuff and throwing in the bag like she gets a bad attitude.

Customer service sucks! Love how they show their racism towards us Hispanic the white older lady, talks to everyone else but certain ppl she don't, don't think it's noticable but it is ! lucky it's close to my house because then I wouldn't even go!

Way too crowded especially the aisles. Employees are fantastic and courteous. Believe me, they didn't used to be. I wish they would enlarge the bldg. Love this store!

No employees are ever to be found on the sales floor they are to busy talking in the office the store setup is horrible can't ever find what I'm looking for without going down every row almost. The building is to small for all the stuff the store has and so it's a cluster and hard to get around.

Wow dollar general has come a long way as a company since the 90's and earlier 2000'sI like how they are everywhere and have a wide variation of products and you can get in and a hurry. DOLLAR GENERAL IS WAY BETTER THEN WALMART, they don't sell car batteries and tires, but who cares they have almost everything else

I live in Wolfforth Texas. The store here has gotten a lot better. You can get down the isles. The workers are very pleasant. I enjoy going there again.

Store# 08801 in Wolfforth, Tx is very dirty. Floors look like they haven’t been mopped in months, isles are overflowing with items in the floor, and a spill of some type of fluid on the floor was marked with a caution sign but wasn’t mopped up.

This is the only small store near wolfforth for your shopping convenience and because of this, it is always packed with people and the lines are long all the time. It would help if something else was built similar to this.

Awful! No carts for customers...can't get down aisles and the assistant manager on phone throwing the F bomb every other word because she wants to *blast* someone???? Children were in that store! She needs to be fired!

This place was definitely one of the worst dollar generals iv been to it was full of stuff that was just placed everywhere so it was very difficult to navigate through and the customer service is horrible and its in a bad spor to i definitely dont suggest this one
