Rough and tiring day, tried their pepper jack special, surprisingly it was very good, a staff member noticed I was having some difficulty and offered to help me. I declined and suffered through it but the offer from the young man was greatly appreciated, thank you. Wish I had gotten his name, to the manager that was interviewing a young man on the outside patio, you have some awesome people there, Bravo Zulu !!!

Braums is pretty solid. Good is consistently good, hot and fresh. To date, they haven't gotten my order wrong (knock on wood), and the drive thru is fairly fast. Ofc the ice cream is primo, and the perfect spot to hit up when the sweet tooth kicks in. The dude at the drive thru speaker can be kinda short, which comes off as rude sometimes, but whatever. The burgers make up for it.

We visited and kept it simple, ordering the bag of burgers and a few shakes.The burgers are surprisingly filling for being jrs. Could tell the buns were buttered which was an awesome surprise. The shakes were the perfect consistency.Not a bad price either. Definitely check em out.

Elias and Cameron were absolutely amazing to me last night. The place was already closed and I just had to get some ice for my mom real quick so I explained through the drive-through that I needed to do that and they immediately got me a bag of ice even though they did not have too because the place was already closed. I really appreciate them for taking the effort to do so. Therefore, I hope they get something good out of it from a manager!!!

First introduced to Braum's in Oklahoma. I was super excited it was coming to Lubbock! They definitely did not disappoint!!! I love all of their burgers, desserts, and market! They added a grocery market and it's great for most things you get at the larger grocery stores; better quality!

I've been eating Braum's Ice Cream (in KS) for 40 yrs, and was sooooo disappointed with our ice cream purchase last night. My cherry pecan double dip cone had plenty of pecans, but only 1 tiny piece of cherry in one of the scoops. The other scoop had NO cherries at all; and, it was missing the hint of cherry flavoring to the vanilla ice cream which the cherries provide.The hot fudge sundae had a bit of hot fudge, but not nearly enough (for most people) for the large scoops of ice cream. At least there were 2 cherries on the sundae!The employees were wearing gloves, but not a mask in sight. A real concern for us of the oldies generation - especially with the recent rise in Coronavirus in the Lubbock area.

I visited this location this morning to order a sausage biscuit at the drive thru and I couldn’t find my wallet!!! The cashier immediately insisted on buying my biscuit for me!As much as I tried to decline, the sweet soul pulled two dollars out of her pocket and paid for my breakfast!! I feel terrible for not catching her name, but I will remember you! Thank you sooo much!

The service and the customer care the employees show are nearly zero. When Braums first opened in the Lubbock area including Wolfforth the friendly attentive staff was great as time went on the service went down. The food is served messy the fries are always just barely warm. The breakfast is not satisfactory. The swirl frozen yogurt was our favorite for treat night a large was made in a large cone with a tall peak now it's more like a small with a small smashed peak. I've even noticed the business has really slowed down at Braums everytime we've gone or passed by there not busy.

Love the frozen yogurt cones. Big cone for the price!! Unbelievable choices in groceries and everything is so fresh. Stores are very clean and employees are friendly. Great experience at every store I've been in!

Friendliest staff! I really enjoyed the peppermint ice cream and the price wasn't bad for the rich quality that you get. Cute and happy place. Wish we had this in Illinois.
