Many thanks to Rudy, and the crew from Winters auto tech & tire Services, on the 7th of April we experienced the catastrophic failure of our passenger rear tire and wheel, as they separated themselves from our vehicle while towing our 37’ travel trailer. With the help of state trooper Wallace, we were directed to a tow/shop, the response was nothing short of a miracle. We were picked up within an hour by a crew of 3 of the guys, Rudy included. And promptly picked up by a rollback tow truck, and the mechanics own truck, to tow both our truck and trailer to their shop, a distance of 10 miles. Although there was some difficulty getting all the required parts, the repair was fully completed the next business day, Monday 8th of April. I can’t express enough gratitude for the way we were treated, both by the state trooper, and by the entire crew at Winters auto tech.

No stars...Rudy was rude ...overcharged me by thousands. Put in deadly and dangerous parts burned in a fire from my wreck, because he was too cheap to put in the parts the insurance company had sourced already.7 weeks to do a 2-day job. Completely incompetent. I am dual service Marine Corps. and U.S. Army as well as an award-winning defense contractor. NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE OR GUY.

Yes, we called after hours to help with a flat. $225.00 later we just got air that didn’t hold. Don’t call after hours! We ended up having to buy a new tire. Will never use them again!

0 stars, this place is a joke, I was at the truck stop 1.5 miles from their shop with a blown tire and they charged me a $200 roadside fee, i wanted a new tire but he called me back and said they only had good used tires at the moment, the guy shows up in a piece of junk service truck and i inspect the "good" used tire. It only had 3/32 tread and it was all chewed up and it was a cheap chinese tire, I have no doubt in my mind that they charged someone else a disposal fee on the tire, anyway I didn't want to accept the tire but the service guy said he hand picked that tire and it was their best one.... I had a very heavy oversized load and I was on a permit route with no other options than to let this place extort me for $325, when they started to crank the air compressor it wouldn't crank so they had to work on that, then it wouldn't build up enough pressure to get the lug nuts tightened properly when putting the junk used tire back on so the whole thing took 2 hours for 1 tire. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My son was driving through the area and the car died. Transmission was totaled. We knew the car had some issues, and something may happen so it wasn't too much of a surprise when he called with the bad news. The one reason I'm writing this review for Winter Auto Tech is that when my son arrived it @ 5:00 PM and was stranded. One of the employees volunteered to drive him to a motel for the night. Customer service above and beyond.
