Not happy!! Hauled but to get here 15 minutes before they close (I called and there is a sign on the door) the night before Thanksgiving and they've got the doors locked up! Will not go back to this location. You may have updated the store but the employees are still worthless.

They need to turn on the A/C. Sales would probably increase if it was even close to being comfortable. Also always seem to be operating with a skeleton crew with 1 cashier. Plenty of necessary inventory with very good selection. Usually relatively clean

The manager is mean to everybody. I cannot believe they allow her to remain Here. She double parks her white suburban in front of the doors taking up 2 spaces. I have seen elderly people having to park across the parking lot and walk cause all the front row is taken. I was so excited to see big sandy getting a dollar tree until I found out she is now there. I will not go in this store. I guess the dollar General will continue to get my business. Dollar tree made a big mistake by putting her in charge

I hate to shop here because of the pricing. You think something is a certain price and then it rings up different and the employees tell you they can not change it. I sent complaint to corporate sad they do this to poor country folks. And yes it might be 10 cents but I worked for that 10 cents I have every right to want to watch every penny.

It is the cleanest most organized of all the family dollars I have been to. But the restroom always has a sign that can hardly be seen that it is out of order. However if you ask the right person in the store they will let you use it. I understand not letting non shopping customers use it but to repeatedly lye to a customer? A regular at that!

This Family Dollar is very nice. The aisles are wide and neatly arranged and the store is pretty new. The employees and managment are all very friendly and helpful and the checkout line is quick. It's a great place of you need a quick stop for last minute items.

The store in general is ok, but the clerk i alway has a problem with her. All the time, I would rather drive to Big Sandy, Tx. Help me Lord. Than to deal with her. The next time I'm calling Corporate. because if she not happy with Customers Services she needs to be in the back stocking somewhere. I through it was just me. But different people and Customers has said the same things. And no one complaining. "We dont want her to lose her Job. Oh well. I dont either, but she needs to know customer service.

We are a very small town. You have to drive 10 15 miles to find many item that Family Dollar carries. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
