We've had the best experience here! We bought a Cub Cadet lawyer from Brian. Unfortunately we had problems with the belt coming off right at the start. Brian was very friendly and helpful. He ended up bringing us a new mower and taking the old mower back to the store. He was willing to come do this on a Saturday, HIS DAY OFF! The mower he brought works great, no problems. We will definitely be back for more! Thanks so much, Brian and Tractor Supply!

God Bless the sweet, hard-working folks at the Winnsboro, Texas Tractor Supply!!! They embody the very spirit of Tractor Supply; neighbor helping neighbor, understanding that their store is sometimes the lifeblood of many farms and ranches in this rural area & friendly and kind people willing to do their level best to make sure the needs of their customers are being met. In the aftermath of the June 15, 2023 storms, with most of their own homes without power AND with no power in the store, the wonderful employees of Tractor Supply/Winnsboro STILL made sure to show up for work, knowing that many people would be in need of chainsaws, generators and other essential supplies. Business was conducted by flashlight and receipts were written out by hand, but they were there, in temperatures exceeding 100°, smiling and reminding US to stay cool and don't get overheated! These folks are what makes the United States, Texas and Wood County a great place to live!! From the bottom of my heart, and I know I speak for many...Thank you for reminding us what great customer service and selfless humanity looks like ❤

Love this place. Great customer service. They offer help and always have a smile. Love shopping here. Variety of products. Love the chicks 🐥🐣 💕 They have propane refills at a reasonable price. Wide array of cat and dog food and toys. Wide selection of cattle and poultry products. Great selection of lawn and garden tools.

Very nice staff, always prompt and pleasant - even when there's a long line. Gave me a business card to a great contact when I needed something they don't offer. I go about 3x weekly, convenient and reasonable.

After going to a previous tractor supply and being sold a very problematic zero turn lawnmower, I returned it before I could leave the parking lot. I went to this location and spoke to Brian who had a accurate answer for every question, he taught me a lot about the mower and was just a very professional and polite man. We just moved to the area from a big city and Brian was the quintessential example to southern hospitality. He has a customer for life. I also tried to tip him and he refused and said. “ this is just what we do” what a employee and a amazing example of what I was hoping east Texas would be like.

I frequent TSC in Mt. Pleasant and Winnsboro. I've never been disappointed with supply or availability. The associates are very helpful and courteous. My rat terrier, Shadow, loves TSC and lines up patiently for his treat at checkout. I get the small, home town store feeling I had growing up.

Great location with very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly staff. They all know where things are located as well as what they are used for.Been to this store several times and they always had what we needed.New to country living we are learning that one trip to the store is much better than five...its great to be able to find what you need at a good price without driving all over the country to get it.

Horrible experience. Terrible, rude manager. She was obnoxious and totally rude . Will never go in there again and we have a farm and animals. Will drive 23 miles to avoid this nasty rude arrogant woman. Even other employees said she was wrong but they have to listen to her since she is manager. Bonnie is her nameShe needs another place of employment. I will tell everyone and put my experience on Facebook. I will not be treated like this. I tried to be nice but she became loud and ruder. So just left this store.

Even though we love our local, family I need businesses, sometimes you need the selection, low prices, and extended hours of a national chain like Tractor Supply. The variety of livestock and pet food and supplies alone would make this store very valuable. Adding the fencing, tools, mechanical parts, and other supplies makes it invaluable. They stock organic poultry feed - which is difficult to find elsewhere.

Not well organized, running out of supplies we normally get at Tractor Supply. The prices have increased pretty significantly. It's not good when employees agree on the crazy high prices of products!

Employees hate helping customers here. I brought in a torn lawnmower belt for reference and asked if they have a tape measure which they acted like it was a huge inconvenience and then blew me off. And I was the only one in the store.

Tractor Supply has a wide range of pet supplies and feed for wild birds, along with clothes. I was pleasantly surprised to see the wide range of tools, machinery, yard decor, and live chicks/ducks in the Spring. Never been? Go and enjoy browsing.
