The people who work here are awesome. Management is very good too. The store is let down by its parking lot and not having storage when a truck arrives. As shown in the picture, you can't really walk down the aisle on days like this.

There's always carts everywhere blocking the aisle. Today I went in and I stood for about 5 minutes waiting for a cashier and when she finally saw me she just slowly sauntered up in no hurry. Also you should know that if you're trying to get a gift card you can only pay in cash here.

Awful store. There were restock carts lined up on every aisle! Just enough room for a cart to get by, so there was very little access to product. It's definitely not ADA compliant. And restocking was definitely needed. My mom told me the store is like that all the time. I said this is ridiculous. We went to Family Dollar, found what we needed, and out in 15 minutes.

They canceled my online order and when I went in to shop it had messed up my coupons. Also they halve no experienced cashiers or managers and so under staffed they are not open all of their posted hours.

This is the most organized Dollar General I have ever been to. It was noticably organized the moment I walked in, even though it was in the afternoon and they had just gotten a truck. The service was very friendly, and as someone who has worked at a dollar store before, and had just finished shopping at the cluttered Family Dollar down the road, I have to say I was impressed. It can be hard to have a positive attitude to a rush of customers on truck day. They deserve a good rating.

It was all pretty good except that the cashier picked her nose while checking me out then tried handing me the receipt with the same hand that was just knuckle deep in her nose. And when i declined the receipt she said, "Take it in case there's a problem with the money being loaded to your card". As i finally made my way to the door i said my phone just vibrated in my hand telling me it's on there,but Thanku though.she shrugged her shoulders as i turned away and made it outside. Like oh well your loss with no receipt if anything goes wrong. Don't get me wrong i am not saying u can't pick your nose.its a free world but please oh please just don't do it while checking me out and handling my things im purchasing.anyways it's hard to make me feel disgusted but watching that cashier do that and it all just seem to come naturally to her. Well that disgusted me pretty good.

This store is a safety hazard. They are over stocked and understaffed. They do not have enough room for the merchandise already there and have full boxes on floor and/or carts loaded with more full boxes on every isle. There is simply just no where to put it all. The isles are almost too narrow for one shopping cart to get down so having to go around the boxes piled everywhere makes it impossible. Some employees are super friendly while others acted like customers are in their way and a bother or interrupting whatever they are doing. I will not go back until issue is resolved and have heard several others say the same thing for the same reasons.

It could be more organized and easier to find things in the store if containers were not in the way of other items. Parking lot also needs to be repainted cant really see the lines.

The Winnsboro DG is always a mess. I didn’t find one thing I went in for this trip. Pallets of stuff are always blocking the aisles waiting to be stocked. The cashier was friendly this time. I thought under new management it would improve but its been like this for years. I rarely go in here any more, but go to the Family Dollar nearby. This trip was a reminder why.

It takes quite a few customers waiting in line before they will open both registers. The system that they use for payment crashes or doesn't work properly fairly often also, but the prices are decent.

I'm always able to get what I need, however, the lines could move a lot quicker if they would open both lines occasionally. Overall, though, a good shopping experience.

Worst dollar general I have EVER been too. 3 years of poor sevice and long lines it's alway a 30 or more min trip no matter if it's one item or a thousand. Also there are usually unstocked items cloging the aisles I use a wheelchair and it's very hard to get around as well

My opinion Dollar General is a very efficient cheap place to shop. They may be a little understaffed but there are plenty of products on the Shelf. Had a good experience

Typical Dollar Store. Aisles blocked with freight. Almost always a line at the register. Rarely more than one cashier. Just a miniature Wal Mart with a big yellow sign.

Twice I have selected items based on price posted only to find a higher price when the item is rung up at the register. The comment from the manager was that she can't change it. Buyer beware!

Dollar Generals....in any town....are always a welcomed site. No matter what little thing you might need you are likely to find it at Dollar General and it will most likely be at a very reasonable price. ☺️
