Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Rude employees, I’m surprised they have any customers at all. Never again! I will drive to Timbuktu to get my Rx from now on.

My family and I went to the CVS Pharmacy in Winnsboro for the latest Covid-19 booster vaccine. The staff were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. If you seek efficiency with vaccines of any kind, I would suggest you give them a try.

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Wish I had never sent my Rx to this pharmacy. I came at 12 to pick it up, was told it would be 1:00 before it would be ready. The medication was sent to them the night before from an ER. Came back at 2:30, in severe pain (due to not having my medication) and was told it still wasnt ready. The female that answered the drive thru window, after waiting 10 minutes for her to do so, was rude and didn't seem to care that their incompetence was the reason I was upset that my medication wasn't ready. I will NOT be depending on these people to ever fill another prescription of mine!

David was of great help getting me what I needed for my hubby who has diabetes. He was very thorough in his questions and did for me what no other pharmacist has done before. He handled a transfer and got an immediate approval fromMy dr. I also know I can rely on David for great kind customer service and processing of my other medications.

Love our little CVS, They are very consistent with prescriptions, In 3 years I have yet to have an error when getting prescriptions filled. And there TEXT notification system is AWESOME. I know exactly when my order is ready.

Waited 10 minutes at the window, another 6 minutes while they prepared the order. Half hour before this they called to say it was ready.

Took 11 days to fill a prescription, but just transfer it to Mineola. Keep send messages that waiting on insurance approval when in fact the insurance had a six month approval already. Then send s a message they are out of medicine when I had two more refills and been using it for over a year. Not dependable at all. I call coorpste office to file a complaint. Got a case number and they said I will receive a call within 24 to 48 hours. Been three weeks now.

Great service and kind workers. I was extremely pleased with my visit and the things I bought worked beautifully with no margin for error. I would recommend this pharmacy over Scott's, as their service is considerably less so.

Always been happy getting my prescriptions here. But this time they shorted me half of my medicine. Its my diabetes medicine too. Dont know what to do because they cost a lot. I'm so disappointed.
