This is the best store around this area. There is no competition, soIn general has everything you need. Prices are high like everything else. Love the variety and customer service. Deli and sushi are doing a great job. Love the flowers and fresh meat department.

High Prices is out of control! They jack their prices up on their sale items to make you think your getting a discount!! The online ordering and curbside pickup is wonderful

This 5 stars is for the curbside team. I’m constantly ordering this way & they’re always great. A lot of times they get my order done way before it’s time to come pickup which is very helpful! Thank you Laurana, Jen & all the others I appreciate y’all!

Brookshire's has lots of brands to choose from, but their prices are not very competitive. Their staff is more friendly when there are less customers: "where did all these people come from" was the only thing the staff said to me during my visit.

Actually checking out with your groceries takes 30 minutes now? I've basically stopped coming here for that reason. There are 18 sidetracked ppl waiting to check out now. Why cause the bottle neck at the place where you actually get the money from us. Why don't you send more cashiers up when it gets backed up? Very disappointed that worth all the new stuff you guys added... it's the customer service and efficiency that fell off... GREATLY

Went in for some Los Pinos and I got some ribs also. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Extremely professional and friendly staff. 5 stars!!

Prices are TOO high ! And when they mark down day old products it used to be by at least 40%. Now it 25% or less. The store raises the prices and then discounts 25% which goes back to what the original price was. And you are going to throw it in the dumpster anyway! I go to Super 1 now , 35 miles away. It's a Brookshires company, but the prices are way lower, for the SAME products!

My daughter has bought 2 birthday cakes from there both times they messed up on the cake and wasn't what she ordered when she told the lady all she could say was I'm sorry I didn't make it and left my daughter with no choice but to pay 30$ for a small ugly cake for her sons birthday no discount or nothing WILL NOT be purchasing another cake from them better off going to Walmart bigger cakes and less money!!

Warm, friendly, and courteous. If they don't have what you need, just ask the manager, and they will get it in for you. My favorite grocery store.

Deborahle made my experience less than pleasant. I am a regular and I never had a crasher be rude like this. Even though I was patient about the line being held up due to yall have missing barcode. It's when it was my turn. I wanted $10 cash back in one's. Wich I have done dozens times. She told me she couldn't do because it will hold up the line. This never has happened before. I feel like she was being rude about it. One star because this policy needs to be addressed or changed. At least a sign. Some of don't live off food stamps and actually work for a living. To waste our time because You can't probably mark your produce or keep change in the store. Cashier's wonder why they are going to be replaced by machine. If I can't get change form person mean one less thing reason to use them.

As a small town grocer, they don't take advantage of being the only one in town.Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive.They recently remodeled the store and improved selection.Points program is a plus, great savings if used for purchasing gasoline at their gas station.

Winnsboro is a small town 20 years ago Brookshire's you went in got your groceries and left times have changed they built a new Brookshire's and it's got everything you want just like big city I never thought I would see something like this in Winnsboro Texas

After living in a number of big cities over the last 65 years? I love coming back to Winnsboro and Brookshire's is one of the reasons why. While its a modern grocery store..good inventory..competitively priced..clean..well lit with all the things you'd expect to find in a grocery store...theatmosphere is..well just different. The staff is always smiling and willing to help. The customers actually say hello to each other..it represents a better way of life. Not crowded to the point of everyone resenting everyone else. Its...well its peaceful. And its a great place to shop.

So.... they've remodeled which is nice. But as a person that shops in Dallas and here... I really find it us way over priced. As I walk down the aisles I hear others say the same as they put things back on the shelves. The selection is just okay. People are really nice though.

The store is very clean and stocked! Employees are friendly and courteous. I visited close to closing time. As is normal they had minimal staff that late do only 2 registers open. A typical last minute rush of customers came up to check out. A young lady stopped her closing prep work to assist get the customers checked out in a timely fashion. Good job. Be patient please the outside of the store is in the process of a makeover!

Asked a young man who was stocking shelves, Trevor, where the brookshire's salsa was. He walked me to it. I thanked him. WentTo to the checkout andTrevor brought a couple of other brookshire's Sasa to choose from abd took the other ones back.Trevor is an outstanding employee and should be recognized for his excellent customer service.
