I am so heartbroken for as the good folks and their furry, feathered and hard shelled friends. I pray that you all get thru this tragedy. My thoughts and prayers to all. And a special prayer for Doc. He was a crazy, funny little Fellow and will be missed. I still have pictures of him wielding a box cutter. I will treasure them.❤️🙏❤️

King Feed Grooming did an excellent job grooming my two large dogs at an affordable price. Picked them up smelling fresh and not even slightly traumatized 😂 Even my 13yo Akita was smiling. Thank you!

Loved seeing the baby chicks! and they also have ducklings & Goslings! I've been getting ready to have "yard" chickens....King Feed has every thing needed for my project and many more. I didn't have time to go out in the garden area which I love, but I did get to have a great "conversation" with the sweet Grey parrot. Love King Feed!💕

I never thought I would use the word love to describe how I feel about a feed store, but here we are. We buy our chicken feed and dog food here regularly. They have a really great selection of high quality dog and cat food to choose from, if your pet isn't tolerating a regular store brand like my dog was. I also come here regularly for their plants. They have an impressive plant selection: herbs, vegetables, annuals and native perennials and good prices as well. They also carry an impressive selection of soils, soil amendments, fertilizers (conventional and organic), natural pesticides, etc.

What an amazing store! Each year that we buy tomato plants from there they out perform everything else we try. It is truly a hardware store so if you need it, they probably have it. Further, they can help you figure out how to solve your repair issues and they enjoy doing it! The variety and selection is quite surprising and there is nothing better than supporting a locally owned store that has supported the town for over 30?40? years!!!

I have been going to Kingfeed every week for two years. The woman at the check out counter is rude. Never says welcome, never says a word. I approach the counter with a good day greeting, never a response. In this day and age when every buck counts I would rather drive an extra mile or so to the Kingfeed in Canyon Lake. They are eager to help and they SMILE

Omg this place is awesome! Call me a kid in a candy store - this place has just about any n every thing you'd need for ur pets n in some cases has the pet too ( birds n fish). I was looking for specific items n was recommended to King Feed, found so much more. Im a repeat customer now and it took me over an hour to chk the place out n still didnt get to see it all, and the nices , informative staff, the whole experience leaves you in aw like a kid in a candy store!👍👍

Found exactly what I needed when I came into King Feed, so my review has nothing to do with their selection or available products. My review is about the employee who checked out my mother and I.When we approached the checkout counter, he was watching something on his cellphone, not wearing a mask. Didn't greet us or make sure our shopping experience was successful. In fact, I don't believe he said a single word to us. Instead of pushing our purchased product closer to us to pickup, he left it where it was on the counter and leaned back onto the counter to continue watching whatever was on his phone, hovering over our items.This type of service makes me want to shop elsewhere, especially when COVID is rampant in Hays County. I really hope King Feed will consider addressing this issue and reevaluate their COVID protocols as well as employee/customer interaction.For reference, this was at 3:30pm Sunday 11/15/2020.

Fantastic selection! The "plant people" are exceptional and don't avoid helping you. (Don't you hate chasing employees at the big box stores? You know they see you! :-) )They are not the cheapest (neither am I!) but I value their level of service and will give my local peeps extra cash everytime. They are a crucial part of what makes Wimberley a SLICE OF HEAVEN.
