Brought my 10 month old puppy in today for the 1st time. I was a little afraid she might not let them clip her nails, but Jessica was able to trim & file all of them & Cookie was a really good girl!! VERY impressed with Jessica's professionalism, cost & speed. Will DEFINITELY return. Highly recommend!

Took my old border collie Blue to Pucci and Lisa did such a great job!!! Since he is an older dog he started to smell and not in a good way. Lisa was able to make him smell so wonderful. His coat is as soft as a puppy !!! As soon as Blue walked into the shop Lisa greeted him with hugs and kisses and I knew my baby would be in great hands. Everyone was so friendly and you can instantly tell how much they love animals. Thank you so much for making my blue beautiful !

Jessica and her staff have always done a great job, but now that our dog is advanced in age, we appreciate Jessica more than ever! She personally grooms our dog because he is nearly deaf and blind and very nervous to be groomed. I know our dog nips at Jessica and growls, but she still does a great job and treats our pet with great care. She is the ONLY one that he would let groom him anymore. I'm not sure how long Jessica will continue to put up with his little temper tantrums, but none the less, she has been a real treasure to us and to our long time family member. Thank you, Jessica!

I have a very hairy Great Pyrenees who is prone to seizures, has a terrible fear of baths and hates to be groomed. Pucci is the only place I have found that not only does a wonderful job grooming, but leaves my dog calm and happy. Worth every penny, she is a wonderful groomer with a gift for calming the most difficult dog I have ever tried to groom myself.
