Placed an order on January 23. Called numerous times and finally was able to speak to someone four weeks later. Male said he would check on order and call back. Never called back. Called several times again and finally was able to speak to someone. Said order would be shipped. Money was taken from account several days later. That was two weeks ago. Still haven’t received order. Numerous calls not being answered.

What a rip-off !!!!! This place is a joke! I ordered something on Julyl 13, 2021. The order said 7.95 plus tax .66 and shipping TBA. I tried calling and emailing them with no response. I received the package ( which would have easily fit in the small USPS box that costs a little over 8.00 ) on Aug. 2, 2021 and got a charge on my card for 47.99 !!!!! Shame on y'all !!!! Beware of this place when ordering online !!!!!!

Really good feed store great selection of game bird accessories and Richard the owner is very knowledgeable and can sharpen a knife like nobodies business. And a good selection of custom blended feeds.

Is trying to buy some medicine from this place ..since October 2020 makey order on November 10th 2020 they took my money from my account. But never shipping my stuff's .I been calling the old guy from this place but always he. Write my name and number ..and said he want check my order and call me back few hours later soon he check..but he's been doing this for twoobths and took my name and phone number like 20 times because other times don't answer my calls..I'm tired of those places take the money for free

The worst at absolutely everything!!!It's almost been 2 months since i ordered and it hasn't arrived. Sent e-mails with no response from them. Been calling all 3 different phone numbers they provide on their website for 3 days and nobody answered the phone. And their site says they were open. I'm to the point where i will have to notify the authorities or drive up there myself and deal with this problem. My advice stay away from hilltop. Turns out I'm not the only one that's been cheated by these guys.

Good feed and reasonable price. it's not an air-conditioned store, but what I would think of an old Texas small town feed store. My chickens love the feed and scratch. Much higher quality feed then what you find at big box stores.

They overcharged me 17 bucks on my order, they did return my call after several attempts by me to contact them over a few days: no explanation and no refund. Y'all got me, won't happen again.

Placed an order on line vaccines and paid for my order which was 73 and some change well they charged my card 148.99 finally got some one the phone and said the products and prices have changed so ne aware the web site is not up to date at least in some of the vaccines its been over a week and still have not received my products
