I just have to say we absolutely LOVE this place and the people that work here. I was very nervous bringing my first golden to the groomer because of the horror stories I’ve heard. But they have done nothing less but a fantastic job of grooming him. The hair cut is beautiful- He smells amazing- and he even seeems happy to be there! We also take my short hair dog there to get his nails cut (he never lets me cut them) and they were so kind and gentle with him- they were even able to cut his nails. Overall you can tell these people LOVE animals and take very good care of your pets while they are there. I would highly recommend them for any kind of grooming services!!!

Take your pet here. I started bringing my brother's five year old dog here a few months ago. His overall behavior has improved. Before Zen Pup, he hated being snuggled, didn't allow strangers next to him, and would get very anxious on car rides. It's super cute to see him come prancing out after his monthly bath and see how much he loves the staff. I don't know what magic is going on there but I'm happy with my choice to bring him there and you will be too.Below is a picture of him with a toy they gave him. He was so happy he showed it to everyone and slept with it.

The entire experience here was fantastic! The customer service is great, very knowledgeable and accommodating. They were gentle and friendly with the dogs, who are relatively new to grooming. Nina (husky) and Jada (Catahoula mix) both look and smell great! Nina's coat is unbelievably soft and looks SO much better! We will definitely be back!

We love Zen Pup Grooming in Willis!!!!I have an 11 year old Mini Schnauzer. We have searched repeatedly for a GREAT groomer only to be let down over and over. Sometimes they are ok for two or maybe three visits, then the quality begins to dwindle, and I begin searching again. I have never found a groomer that offers consistent quality. I think, "Am I the only person that deals with this issue?? Am I too picky?? I don't think so. He is my fur baby. I even considered learning to groom him myself and that would have been a mistake. Luckily I came across a groomer in Willis that I found on the internet. It was called Zen Pup Grooming. So, once again, we were off to see if this could possibly be our GREAT groomer. Upon entering it is a very calm and soothing area, it is very "Zen." Jagger and Breann both welcomed me and my pup. My pup did not try to pull away or get out as fast as possible. That was nice for a change. He willingly went with Jagger. I spoke with both Jagger and Breann about our terrible past experiences. They were very empathetic. We talked at length about how I wanted him groomed. We then began getting grooming done there in December 2022. It was wonderful! His time at the groomer was maybe three hours, and he had no trimmer burns anywhere when I picked him up. He was happy and looked fabulous. Every visit is consistent. He looks wonderful now, and we are both so happy for their 5 Star excellent customer service. I can not say enough good or GREAT things about Zen Pup Grooming. I am so thankful for your services and attention to detail. Thank you Breann and Jagger for your kindness and taking such great care of Jack. Please try them out for yourself and I'm sure you will have the same experience we have had here. It's Great!!!!!

The couple that runs Zen Pup are fantastic! They are attentive and truly love each animal that comes in. My Daisy is a yellow lab, she doesn’t like being blown out. With the technique they used she actually enjoyed the hair blower:) I highly recommend this place.

Me and my husband moved from out of state and I was very hesitant about a new groomer but I can not even explain how amazing they are here !! My shih-tzu, Tessa gets anxious in new places and they really worked with her to help her feel calm and safe as well as enjoy her groom ! 🏻 Even watching them with the other dogs there and having conversations these are amazing people and I would recommend everyone to come here if you want your babies treated like family Not to mention the amazing groom job they do , I mean look at her !

This was my first time taking my dogs to Zen Pup Grooming. I can honestly say they did a great job with grooming but most importantly how they handle the dogs was as if the dogs were getting VIP treatment. 😄 As a combat veteran with a service dog, I have no problem returning for the outstanding service and very professional team.

Had my pup groomed today at this salon; they were able to accommodate us despite being extremely booked. The gesture was much appreciated as we were visiting the area as out of town guests—thanks!! The facility itself was friendly, well-appointed, with an overall calm environment to optimize any anxious client experience. My guy (Justin) came through looking and smelling great! Look at that smile! I felt like he was treated well by caring individuals while he was beautified at Zen Pet (he is NOT accustomed to regular grooming) and would definitely recommend that pet owners give them a try! One final note: the business owners demonstrate environmentally conscious practices with their choices of products and how they recycle cast off fur at the end of the day. Fur is collected in order to be packed & shipped for use in clean up efforts for petrochemical & other toxic pollution to regional coastal waterways and environmentally sensitive areas! This was news to me and I was very pleased to hear about it! I grew up in Galveston, Tx and sadly witnessed some of the impact to coast and wildlife from offshore spillage. This place is awesome! We have 2 huskies and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get them taken care of! They even opened up on their day off to get them in!Everytime we talked to them, you can just tell that they are very passionate about what they do and make the entire process very convient! Not to mention that they prices are very fair and our pups looked AMAZING and so happy when they were all done!!Zen pup has definitely earned our continued business and support!!

We absolutely love how they groomed our elderly Keeshond fur baby. The cut was perfect..she smells wonderful. The staff is really awesome and very catering to her needs. They truly care and that is exactly what we were looking for. She was not wore out and stressed upon picking her up. The best place for us.

I can’t say enough about Zen Pup Grooming! My pup Roscoe needed a nail trim badly, we were visiting out of town and was able to get him in same day! Jagger and Brianna took exceptional care of Roscoe, nail trimming is traumatic for little guy. Brianna held him in a football hold and started with back paws, reassuring Roscoe was was ok, working to the front paws. He did great, no whining, no pulling away! I wish we lived closer… this place would get my business hands down for my schnauzer’s grooming and trims too!! Thanks guys for the wonderful service!!!

Yesterday was our first appointment and everything from start to finish was AMAZING! They did a wonderful job and even took care of one of our other dogs nails on the spot. They truly say if someone loves what they do you will see it in their work. I have a 80lb Goldendoodle. This is hands down one of the best groomers I have taken him too. We just recently moved to the state and are quite particular on our babies care. Zen pup not only took Ollie in and treated him like family, they also took notes on how we prefer him cut and executed with such precision. 10/10 if you are going to pay for a haircut go here.

Bre is an Amazing groomer. She does excellent work and is so loving to the animals she cares for. OurDog Beau has been coming to see for over a year and he loves her so much and we are always very happy with her grooming. If you haven't been to her yet you should do so. You will always be very happy with her and so will your fur baby. I highly recommend her. I guarantee you will love her like we do.

If you are looking for a place to get your pup groomed and treated like royalty, Zen Pup is the place to go! Every experience I have had with the owners is top notch. Winston’s groom is exactly what I ask for every time and Winston is even excited to see them for his appointments. I also received a Christmas card for Winston in the mail from Zen Pup. This is by far the best groomer I have taken my dog to in the area. Try them out and you won’t want to go anywhere else!

I took my two dogs to Zen Pup this morning. Both dogs; a fluffy mess of a husky, and a pit bull, we’re finished in a timely manner, both looking (and smelling) great! Staff was incredibly nice and professional, and my dogs were happy. Pricing was fair and cheaper than most. No complaints at all.

This place is wonderful. Our little Annie (Miniature Schnauzer) is beautiful. I am so glad we found these people. My son has used them and he has a 200 lb Anatolian and Pyrenees and he is so handsome so we took Annie and we're amazed on how beautiful she is. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Breanne is by far the best groomer that we have found in the area. She took her time explaining things to me and gave me helpful tips. My yorkie pup had a great experience for her first grooming back in February and looked so good afterwards. We have since taken our older yorkie here as well in April and he looks so handsome. We went through a few groomers with our adult yorkie before we found Zen Pup. Front office staff is very friendly and respond to inquiries quickly. Highly recommend Zen Pup! 💙🐾

The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us! We rescued a dog that was covered in fleas and they were so helpful on getting us in as quickly as possible. Our pup came out looking handsome, so clean, so fluffy, and flea free! They even added a cute bow to top it off! We came back the next day for nail clipping for another one of our dogs and was so happy with the results. We will definitely be going back with all 4 dogs. We were nothing but satisfied!

Me and my boyfriend recently moved to the area from Louisiana with our three very spoiled dogs! My biggest issue I found was keeping up with their grooming because I could not find a single groomer around Willis that I liked or trusted. At our previous home I had an amazing groomer and all the ones over here were a let down compared…that is until I found Zen Pup. I met the wonderful owners at a Chili Cookoff in my neighborhood while they were doing some advertising. Awesome people and an awesome grooming salon for the pups. I decided to give it a chance and I could not be happier. My boys first appointment was a full grooming and when I picked them up I was in love. They looked so handsome and the grooming was perfect. I had high expectations and I was not disappointed. The owners are caring to the dogs and it shows. My schedule is a mess and they always find time to work with me and fit my dogs in when I really need it. My miniature aussie is a handful especially when it comes to people. He is very skeptical around new surroundings and especially men, but it’s crazy how excited he gets to go the groomer now. He is not nervous and he does very well with them. That is the biggest thing that sets Zen pup apart to me. If my aussie approves, then I can’t help but approve. If you’re like me and have constantly been disappointed in grooming places around the Willis area,,,take a chance on zen pup. They are awesome!

Zenpup Grooming is simply spectacular when is comes to animals and of course, grooming! The staff is gentle and caring, with an excellent capacity to remember names and details, especially pertaining to my three fur babies. I have Shih Tzu's who come in every 3 months, and this is only possible because of this particular store and staff. I absolutely trust them with my dogs and their work is utterly remarkable. My sweet lap dogs and I both genuially appreciate Zenpup's efficiency as well as their care.

5 stars just isn’t enough! They are so sweet and kind hearted and did a WONDERFUL job on our sweet boy!! We had found a clearly neglected dog, they helped us help him and even gave us advice on how to further assist his flea issues.Upon picking him up he came out look so handsome and happy with a bow to show off! Cannot recommend them enough and will be going back more in the future!
