Employees at this store are excellent. I bought a great Cub Cadet 54" riding mower and it works perfectly.But, whoever reads this must know that the HUSQVARNA BLOWER for 300 is a rip off. Terrible piece of machinery. The blower I bought off the street with duct tape on it is what I've been having to rely on. FYI...

Kriss was AWESOME!I was having trouble trying to find a certain windshield wiper that they sold and he quickly approached me seeing the frustration on my face and was able to help me find the one specifically for my vehicle and made it an extremely pleasant shopping experience.

They could have called,Very upset, I used my same day delivery reward to order 3 types of chicken and duck food and treats. This was sunday and they had problems with their website, no other websites were having problems. So my order maybe didn't get in before 1400, so when it wasn't delivered Sunday I wasn't worried because the chickens ate Sunday. I had to have this by Monday at the latest, it wasn't delivered monday. Now its Tuesdays my chickens ate rice yesterday, cooked of course. Now I am really upset. Been on phone with customer service for 20 minutes now, I had a Class yesterday, not to mention I used same day delivery because these bags are 50 pounds and I can't unload that if I was to pickup because they are too heavy for me.

Beware that TSC’s inventory controls are still a mess. Once again, this store showed inventory in the app that they then sold us—charged our credit card—only to turn around minutes later and say oopsie we don’t have that. Giant bags of bermudagrass seed are not cheap, so it’s mildly annoying to have the funds tied up for days waiting for the pre-auth to drop off the credit card. Depending on your situation, it could be a real problem. Everyone gets that this can happen once in awhile. The trouble is that it happens way, way too often here. It’s become the norm, so be careful what you purchase through the app. As we can find our items at other places, we’re starting to shop elsewhere altogether.

A few weeks ago I needed to buy a tow behind garden spreader for my 1 ac. garden. Online I found one at my local Tractor Supply that seemed just right.I arrived at my Tractor Supply and looked at 3 spreaders that were for sale. I decided on the one that brought me to this store. I have been to several Tractor Supply stores and this one was like the rest. Understaffed. Luckily there weren’t many shoppers. I asked the cashier if someone could help me with the box and she called for assistance. A tired looking employee arrived shortly and mustered a smile and asked how she could help me. I indicated the box containing the spreader. It was on a display taller than my head. She quickly brought a ladder, retrieved the box, assured me it wasn’t heavy, took it to the cashier and loaded it in my truck! Good service!Back at the garden I gathered the necessary tools and began assembly. I give the instructions a “C” grade. Someone without some knowledge of nuts and bolts and fasteners or how things work might have problems. The time I needed was about 45 minutes. I had to disassemble and reassemble two things I did wrong on the first try.I attached the spreader to my atv to test it. Right away I lost the pin that attached the wheel to the spinner drive. I replaced it with a small nut and bolt. Problem solved. Next the pin that attached the spinner to the rotating drive shaft did a poor job of agitating the material in the hopper. I replaced it with a bit of stiff wire bent to both retain the spinner and keep the material moving.After that no problems. It’s a great spreader. Worked well on uneven ground. The suggested settings were right on the mark. Note: this will not work with finely ground or powdered material. Says so on the instructions. I’ve used it several times since without any problems.

I like this Tractor Supply. It is fairly big and clean. They have a lot of items though only 1 or 2 of some items but they still stock them. I was able to find the items I was looking for after browsing the aisles and pleasantly surprised at how much they had. They really try to offer a lot in the space that they have. Also like that this location has plenty of parking and is easy to get in and out of unlike some of the others. Staff was friendly and helped as much as they could.

Tractor supply in Willis has been good in the past about returning junk items purchased from them. I bought a small garden sprayer a couple of months ago from them and went to use it for the first time a couple of days ago. It would not spray a spray as advertised. Only a straight stream and that is not what I needed. I wanted to trade it for another one that worked properly. When I got back up to the checkout counter I was told that their return policy has changed. Now you have to have your receipt and the junk item must break within 30 days of purchase! Sooo!! I left the junk one on the counter and told them they could have it and went to Walmart and bought another one for $5.00 less and it sprays just like it ought to. So much for giving tractor supply your phone number every time they ask you for it so your items are on file in their computer!! Crooks!!

The girl working the front is rude as hell. She said she could get me on the other side at checkout to which I replied "you can't get me on this side?" There was no one else up front, no one signed into the register yet, u had a 40lb bag of dog food I was carrying and a puppy on a leash. Sorry me asking you to stay on this side was the cause for an eye roll and snarky attitude. I'll just start buying my dog food at petco they're alot more customer friendly

We love our TS in Willis. The staff is so friendly and they make you feel like you're their best friends. We bring our dog sometimes, and they give him love and treats.

I drive from Huntsville just to go to the TS on Willis. It's cleaner, the aisles seem wider, much less crowded and always staffed well. It's the only TS that I don't have to wait in line forever for. They have 2 cashiers every time that I've been in there

So I use my RV to go around the country and I love to eat out and explore new places. I went in here and the people are pretty nice and helpful. Unfortunately they are missing a lot of items at this location and seem to be struggling with stocking the place. Maybe call and check on a specific item before making the drive.

Cleveland store usually got what I am looking for. Porter's store i dont care for, I went there looking for 1 thing and they sent me all over the place looking for it and still didn't find the item. I went to Cleveland store and they walked me straight to it. Willis store is good and helpful also, no problems yet.

Low inventory. Salespersons not very knowledgeable. Prices are in comparison to every other similar store I at times have gone to. I’ve always had a better shopping experience at all other TSC stores I’ve shopped in. Hopefully this only a temporary issue at this store.

I've been buying my feed and farm supplies at the Willis,Texas store for several years. Aways had a good experience and help was great until recently. The last supervisor was great aways willing to help now it's totally different. Won't shop there anymore.
