This morning, I attended the garden center's first time succulent event, where we had a flight of mimosas, stuffed french toast, and got to arrange our succulents. It was a blast and I hope they get the opportunity to do that again! If they do, my boyfriend and I will definitely be there!

I ordered a brownie tray through curbside pickup and, this is how they gave them to my husband who, picked them up for me. They are cut strangely, look at the white iced side. One side is big and the other is a tiny piece. One brownie is completely missing nuts, and, some are missing the white icing all together. They all look super sloppy as if, a 5 yr old rushed and made them. I put a picture of what I received vs what HEB shows they should look like. I paid over $14.00 for this..are you serious??? This isn't the first time this has happened but, it sure is the last. I'll start buying my brownies from somewhere else.

I love the new Willis HEB. It's literally 3 minutes from my front door. I love the fresh Salads and prepared meals. The shrimp cocktail and other seafood options are fantastic. We shop from the seafood area 3 or 4 times a month for a fresh and light supper.

I love coming to this store! The prices and quality are always great, and the employees are so friendly! Madison (the girl with pink hair) bagged my groceries with such care and made great conversation. She truly made us feel like family! Will continue to come here for all of our necessities! Thank you Willis H-E-B! Here everything truly is better.

HEB has always had good prices and good food. The coupons are great when you can get them and save a lot. The digital coupons are good if you want yet another app on your phone, though you have to clip everything individually and/or scan the coupons. The shelves always seem stocked with what we need and they even carry some unique items at times.

Hi. The store is so clean. Many items to choose from they've got a large selection of ethnic foods. Latino, and Asian . They've got some unusual fruits and produce section is fabulous. The only thing that never seems to come down in price are the avocados. For some reason they are usually very expensive. And of course there is the sushi and seafood bar that has a huge selection of premade meals. Good food - you put them in your oven in a few minutes they're ready. Huge garden section lots and lots of beautiful plants not really cheap but they are gorgeous. The staff are always friendly and the bathrooms are really clean. The guys running the cooking demo are always really nice they make the best samples you've had anywhere probably. If you're a drinker there are lots of wine and beer selections unusual ones that you don't see all around. They regularly give out small samples of wine . I like that because I tend not to buy any wine I haven't tried for fear I'll spend $15 on a bottle of wine that's horrible. The deli is great , the bakery. What can I say ? I gave them 5 stars.

Happy to have this HEB close to home. They carry a lot of the good brands that I like, including my favorite Tillamook ice cream from my home state of Oregon. I do the majority of my shopping here.

NICHOLAS in customer service made my crummy day better. My purse with keys and phone were auto locked in car when I was putting basket in rack. He helped with phone calls and brought me a chair and water while I waited on locksmith. I also had a horrible back ache. The chair was awesome. Thanks for your kindness Nicholas

I get my prescriptions filled at HEB Pharmacy and I thought the price was high for my medication. I came home and researched the price of my medication on Good RX and found that the price was lower. The next day I went to HEB and told them I found my medication for a lesser price on Good RX and if they used Good RX and they stated they did only if the customer requested. So in other words HEB is the price gouging business of its customers to make a higher profit versus being customer oriented. I guess I'll switch back to Kroger who automatically uses Good RX to give its customers a lower price. My mistake for assuming HEB was customer oriented and switching to HEB from Kroger.

HEB is awesome. I have ALWAYS had super interaction with the employees. Even those pulling orders have taken their time to help me find what I am looking for.The atmosphere at most of these stores is always upbeat.

This HEB is way more diverse then others near Conroe as they have a wider range in Asian food and other groceries I haven't seen at others. With that being said look at this seasoning with the guys face its so silly. I let out a laugh when I saw it. Overall great store and the customer service was great. Also this interesting sight of eaten food...was a bit of surprise but overall good store

Terrible store with terrible service. No matter what the baggers will smash your groceries , even managers like Yolanda ! Bought 2.5 lbs of grapes and came home with cotton candy grape juice ! Snapped all my spaghetti & ripped open my flour bag ! Don’t waste your time trying to talk to a manager cause Nick couldn’t be bothered listening to a complaint, says he’ll fix it but I doubt it. Surely my call to corporate won’t fix this issue either. Thankfully there’s other, competent H‑E‑Bs in the area.

My first time here today. Great experience! I went in wanting to buy supportive walking shoes but had so many choices. Alex helped me narrow the choices down to two. So happy with what I decided to get. So many things I want to buy in this store.

I would rate the store higher, because the store is always clean and well stocked, but the employees are very hit and miss. God forbid you ever have to deal with shift lead (manager?)NICOLAS. Arrogant, pompous and lazy, are describing him nicely. The cashier needed an override (he wasn’t busy just standing around chatting with coworkers) and acted so put out by having to do his job! Must be the Napoleon complex. Hopefully the bad apples will leave soon enough and they will be replaced by kind associates.

While shopping today, I was looking for an item that’s normally found in the Fish department. I stopped at the fish counter and there were two uniformed employees at the counter. One was in front and one was behind the counter. I stopped and waited for them to finish their conversation so I could ask my question. I waited and waited and they didn’t even give me any eye contact. I was ignored completely. I couldn’t wait any longer so I left. Whether the subject of the conversation was business or personal is irrelevant. Is that the way the fish department treats their customers? People do.In the attached photo, you can barely see the man standing behind the counter. The photo was taken about five minutes after I left the fish counter.

Gregg & Jerry in the cooking connection are great! My family is so happy for them getting us out of our rut when it comes to dinner time. OH! The Meal Simple dishes are irreplaceable! They are like get out of jail free cards when I'm hungry and want nutritious meal options.

I've always found the items I need from the store layout on the app. Everyone there, whether it's the stocking personnel or the check-out staff, have Always treated me with the most respect. My being confined to a wheelchair I find the isles easy to maneuver through. The employees even ask if they can get me an item from the upper parts of the shelf.

HEB does it right. HUGE store jealous as I live in Huntsville and ours is not as big but just as good. This store has everything you need and some that you didn't know you needed. Great parking clean clean clean. Highly reccomend to anyone. They know what Texans want and need. Great job! I forgot to mention how great the staff is and actual Real people running the checkout lines. I don't want to checkout myself and HEB they understand. Staff is always friendly and courteous you could not ask for better. HEB should give other stores something to think about when it comes to the overall experience you get with them. 5 stars of awesomeness.

I just had to leave a review about my past experience with this HEB. VERY DISSATISFIED, DISGUSTED , & DISAPPOINTED!I am biracial(black/white) with a dark complexion. I asked a lady for assistance with a sample (she was passing out cake) I told her I would like one please she looked at me rolled her eyes and looked over to the next person who arrived about 10 seconds after me . And gave it to her . I told her “excuse me I was here first and I just asked you for a sample” she again looks at me and IGNORES ME ! At this point I’m very annoyed. She continues to cut pieces and I ask again if I’m able to have one. My grandmother(white) walks up and says hello to the lady and she hands her one. At this point I explain to my grandmother what just happened and in DISGUST we LEAVE ALL of our food and leave. Our home base HEB is very customer service oriented but this here makes me sick. Racist women very sick, I shall pray for you! #dobetterheb

Never been to a H-E-B before and this was my first experience and wow! So that's what Texans mean when they say H-E-B is the best?The workers here are kind, informative and welcoming. There is sushi, fresh juiced beverages, local jams, local foods, lots of eco-friendly packaging, locally sourced meat product, pastries and so much more. Plus, there is a H-E-B brand for everything. I really enjoy the selection for organics, and healthy alternatives. Woo-hoo!!!

Love, love, love HEB. They have an awesome selection of fruits and vegetables. They also have a huge selection of prepared foods and a superb bakery. Everything is fresh and there are so many choices it's hard to leave without extras.

Nice store that is clean but stuck in the ages when it comes to payments. Why no google or apple pay? Why all the red carts blocking isles?Fill you orders at night and free up isles.
