I placed an order in their app for pickup. Fewer than 30 minutes from my scheduled pickup, I received an email that they were still working on it, but my order was delayed. According to this email, they were picking my order at that time. Over an hour later, after no update, I called to check on my order and it rang countless times until I finally received a buy tone. Now, I've received an email that they've cancelled my order, with no reason listed. Horrible customer service, to say that it's delayed but they're processing it and then not even having the decency to answer the phone to update me so I'm not waiting around for them. I will be choosing another store should I shop Dollar General again.

Fine prices, okay products.It is a cash only store, so make sure you have cash.Some employees are nice, but others can be incredibly rude.Boxes are often stacked high and blocking the shelves, usually in the seasonal area.

Typical DG, always busy, never enough time for staff to unbox products. Sometimes the item you need is behind a cart loaded with a new shipment. These crowd the aisle making it difficult to get by them too. Staff is nice and helpful. Although you can tell there is hardly down time for them. Willis keeps this store busy.

I don't know what happened, but oh my goodness it's sooo bad you can't get down the isles to shop, let alone find anything on the shelves, it looks like a wild 3 year old has caused havoc every where you look. I have never seen this store look so very bad!!! I'm not even exaggerating. The clothing, oh my God no words to describe it. I went in for small boxes. Haha. Couldn't get down the isle on either end. Just unbelievable.

I gave this Dollar General 5 stars because of a lady named Sam that works there. I had a very good experience with her and was quite pleased with her customer service. I always see the workers and managers trying hard to get the store stocked. For a Dollar General they keep it pretty organized throughout. Sometimes the lines get long but they try their best to get you checked out quickly.

I have been trying for two days to get ahold of someone at this location (calling) because at 9:40pm Friday night I was double charged for a toy I bought my daughter. I also purchased a unicorn portable charger that was 12.99 and is useless it hardly even charges my phone and the portable charger does very quickly even after a full charge. My cashier was nice I would just like to get my money back for the item I was double charged on.

The place is a hit or miss sometimes did place will have items for sale that are not organized or set up and arranged and an easy to find fashion but instead can be found all over the place but other than that it's nice staff that brings me back each time. So because it is in the center of the city they do tend to run out of a lot of the stuff you see on the weekly advertisements fairly quick

I was in a hurry and had to listen to a detailed account of the cashier's life while waiting for her to cash the previous customer out. Its my turn and I had to wait while she told me about the survey, pointed out what portion the survey was on the receipt. She then circled it and explained the rules.....I'm all for customer service but gosh enough is enough.

Don’t ever come here!!! My friend and I shopped here right before closing and we accidentally left a bag on mistake. Less than 2 minutes we realize and go back. The bag was in plain eyesight and a foot away and they wouldn’t give it to us since the doors were locked but they could’ve open the door they just choose not too. It was my friend’s bag and she couldn’t get it tomorrow morning. We then called for assistance on the phone and they give it to us right as they leave. They could’ve given it to us but they didn’t and they were very rude and made us wait half an hour. Not professional but only petty and inconsiderate

Always the kindest staff. The store gets super busy, but they never slow down. They know what an were products are, an help anyway possible. Love this location.

Got in and out pretty fast and found things I was looking for, staff was polite and helpful, not like the one on 150 w. They will bar you over nothing if they don't like you. I haven't been barred yet but I know those that have.

Friendly employees. Store looked typical considering the holiday season and Covid.The parking lot is a disaster. No clear lines and people parking kind of wherever. Couldn't access the tiny handicap area in my vehicle.

They have some good sales going on rt now. Not what I needed though. They had more stuff for girls. It was pretty clean(besides the huge dead cockroach that was on the floor) l liked the fact that the isles were cluttered free.

Was asked to put back a gallon of water because it's 2 per customers. And right after that as I'm walking out a Hispanic male was able to take out 5 cases packs of water! Like what the heck!!! Why was he special and able to purchase that much water and I was asked to put some back!

Not the prettiest or cleanest DG I've been in, but they have just about everything else that the other DG's have in stock. Much quicker than running to Wally-World for just one or two items.

Not sure if I came in during the time they were rearranging things but the store was a mess. I asked two clerks for help finding an item and one told me she was new and I should ask the front clerk. When I asked the front clerk, she responded with-I don't think we have that. Didn't even bother to look or point me in the right direction.

Used to live in Willis long ago and always shopped at family dollar. Well nowdays when I'm in town I always stop in for this or that. No matter how busy they are they are always fast and friendly. Always ready to help someone in need.

The store is almost always clean and the staff are very nice ,but sometimes don't have what I am looking for but overall great store
