My dog stayed for 4 nights, came back low energy and lethargic, had diarrhea, and drank a ton of water when he got home. Not sure what they're doing here but my dog has never been like this coming back from boarding.Update: My dog has cuts on the back of his testicles. Just found out this morning after seeing 2 days of complete lethargy from my BELGIAN MALINOIS. It's absolutely not normal for him to behave like this and have cuts on his testicles. I do not know what they're doing here and I do not recommend them at all.

One star do not recommend!! Wendy and who ever else is in grooming do not communicate and make assumptions as to how to your dog should be treated/groomed. After bringing in Theo for his fifth or sixth groom the ball was dropped in a big way. They were given written and verbal directions.. At nearly 5 PM with no updates I just showed up to pick him up. He had been shaved almost completely and “roughed in” and left alone. He looked like a wreck, his paws and and sanitary, areas had not been touched. Worse, We were assured that management would contact us to make arrangements to correct this. That was three weeks ago… upon initiating contact, we were told that Wendy wasn’t working for free. I very specifically told them that I was not asking for anything for free, and did not expect a discount or reduced price. I don’t mind paying for services that I request, but I would like the services to be rendered in a professional manner. The lack of communication alone is cause for dismissal, take into account that this dog is like a child I never had it is inexcusable. Beware, if they can’t follow written directions or communicate, I definitely can’t trust them with my animals.

My girls were well taken care of and looked like beauty queens after their grooming. The staff at bed bath and biscuit are wonderful and I would not trade them for anyone else.

I have never been to this place for pet Boarding. I lived in the neighborhood near the location. One day several years ago My Boston terror snuck out of the fence. One of the employees lived in the area and spotted her. She took her to the Bed bath and biscuit. It was a few years ago so I do not remember exactly how we got word our Maggie was up there but once I arrived they asked me several questions about her for proof of ownership. They opened the door and my Maggie May ran up to me so excited the staff were 100% confident she was our beloved pet. I hope the staff see this and if anyone remembers her I wanted them to know Maggie had a good live she passed away recently at the age of 17. Boston terriers usually go around 10-12, thank you Bed Bath and Biscuit for taking care of my Maggie. I put a picture when she and her sister were pups. Maggie is on the right and her sister Flower on the left. Unfortunately Flower developed a medical issue at the age of 9 and did not recover. They were both very special and we will miss them.

We needed to board our pup for the first time since we adopted him in 2018. I was a little nervous about boarding him because he's so attached to us, but he enjoyed his time with BB&B and was clearly fond of all of the folks he met here. We will definitely board here again, and go back for training as well.

First of all when checking in two pups, the front desk was extremely rude. We have two pups 5 months old from the same breeder separate litters (same shot history) . They wouldn’t accept the shot records for one of the pups but, we decided since they need to be groomed we left the one they would accept for them to groom, needing to find a good groomer for both of the doods. Fast forward to this afternoon to pick up the pup and his hair is completely butchered and he smells like pee. Will not recommend another person to them now and will not be going back. Should’ve looked at the other reviews prior to going seems to be the normal behavior.

Do not take your puppies here from reputable breeders. They want to over vaccinate your new born puppy. The Breeder, my new vet, the state of Texas animal control and the company that make the vaccines all said three doses is all an indoor dog should have. They do not recognize your breeders vaccines, even with the sticker from the bottle as proof. The vaccine company told me that breeders would never buy the vaccine and not give it to a dog. The proof is the sticker from the vile. This is not a vet that cares about puppies. They want to earn as much money as possible and put way to many doses into a puppies body. Also, they didn’t believe the deworming that my Breeder did. Even though the test showed no signs of worms. They then wanted to redo the deworming.

We board with them every year for forth of July vacation- this time I put my Great Dane and my dachshund in the same kennel— welp after three years together never had they had an issue and I’m guessing with the stress of being boarded - my Dane hurt my dachshund. BBB staff was amazing! I’m five hours away and they had to take my dachshund to the animal hospital- where he had surgery and stayed two days there. They kept me updated till the hospital took over the updates and even followed up later to just check in. So grateful for the amazing care they gave my baby boy and treated him like he was their very own! He is going to be fine thanks to their immediate attention!!

We interviewed BBB over the phone a month before our trip to understand what was needed for boarding, services offered etc.. we have a new Golden Doodle that’s 16 weeks purchased from a breeder so really wanted to make sure he was safe. Upon arrival this morning to drop him off, the young lady informed us that some his vaccinations given to him by the breeder was not accepted at their location. Mind you, our flight is at 5 AM on Sunday and it already 11 AM on Saturday. And to add, how would anyone ever know if vaccinations given by a vet were kept at certain temps? Most ridiculous experience I have encountered this week. and the first impression when walking in the door was not good. Needless to say, we won’t be customers of BBB.

I took my dog here for a temperament test to see if she would be a good fit for daycare/boarding. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was not as high quality as I had heard. The receptionist was rude and gave me short and vague answers to my questions. When they took my dog back, they forgot to tell them she was there for a temperament test, so they stuck her in one of their boarding suites, alone, for fifteen minutes. I had to ask them where she was and when they finally fixed the problem, they didn't tell me where she had been. I watched from the cameras they have in the lobby and found out that way. After she was put with the daycare dogs, the attendants left the area and there was no one there to watch the dogs. My poor pup, who is normally full of life and energy, sat in a corner, petrified. I had to ask when her test was over and they forgot, once again, why she was there. There were also times when a couple dogs were loose throughout the facility. My dog and I couldn't wait to leave. To top it all off, the test was $15! I couldn't believe the unprofessional behavior of some of the workers and I will not be bringing my dog back. I now have to work on her not being fearful of places like this, as she wasn't before. Terrible experience!

Our dogs are treated very well here . We groom and board at BBB. I can tell by the way they act when we bring them in . Not nervous or shaking. In fact one of our dog’s Loki obviously has a friend there because he is happy to go .

We have boarded our dogs and cat many times at Bed, Bath & Biscuit and they love going there. Recently we got a new puppy and adopted another dog. We recently signed them up for 10 days of dog training with Joe. We had AMAZING results. Joe does a fabulous job and made it so easy for us. Joe trains the dogs himself at Bed, Bath & Biscuit and then spent time with us showing us the commands and how to continue going forward with our pups. I highly recommend training with Joe!

Haven't been personally to this place but was going to take my pup for the interview process. They told me that the Doggy Daycare was in another building and I could not view it. And they were adamant that I not view it. Husband and I found that very odd and decided to keep our pup at his normal daycare, Dogtopia.

Was here for an interview, and even though I didn't get the job, I fell in love with the atmosphere. The staff were all so sweet, and friendly, all willing to help out with everything, even if it was not their task. Got to see the trainer at work, just greeting a daycare pup, and immediately stepped in to assist the owner with their dog.It was clean, felt very homey, and you could feel how friendly everyone was, and how well they got along with each other.I seeing how all the dogs greeted the employees, shows that they are well taken care of, and I highly recommend checking them out at the very least!

Rude front desk staff. We are new to the area. I called and made an appt, confirmed shot record with staff on phone, then was rudely turned away after arriving for appt for missing 1 vaccination. The girl handling this problem was rude and didn't seem to understand why I was upset. She actually seemed aggravated that I would be upset about the wasted time and trip. While there, I also heard the 2nd front desk woman talk sarcastically about customers calling in. Bottom line: if you expect some customer service from the service business you are potentially becoming a customer of...don't come here. We will not be back.

I drive an hour each way just to board my dogs at this fabulous place. The facility is squeaky clean and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. They definitely go above and beyond to care for my dogs. My dogs love romping and playing at doggy day care during the day! In addition to be an extraordinary boarding and grooming facility, this business also helps many rescued dogs in need. The owners are compassionate folks who do a world of good in the animal community. Five stars doesn't even do them justice. They are worthy of the highest praise.

Nicest Kennel I have ever seen. Excellent place. Full amenities. Decent prices. Very accommodating. Veterinarian attached to building.I was a little disconcerted when I first arrived because before I had even checked in my dog, a man came up without a smile and took my dog to the back for his intake check. And the receptionist was polite but not very friendly. So, I asked if I could take him back there myself, and they allowed me.The kennel was nice but just chain link with a concrete pad and a raised, padless bed (you can rent bedding from them if you did not being your own). We had brought his bed and kong toy, but it seemed pretty bare bones in there. We live in a warmer climate, so I was afraid he'd be cold in the indoor/outdoor option ($32/night). I had also purchased a lamb-stuffed kong per day ($2 each), the nature walks ($7) and "cuddle time" ($7) - not that my dog needs a cuddle, but just for some human interaction and distraction from the boredom and uncertainty of being dripped off in some unknown location in a cage for 2+ days - and a bath for right before we drove home ($50). I came back the next day to check on my dog and they allowed me to go back and see him myself. The staff was much more professional and friendly and seemed like knowledgable dog enthusiasts. I felt MUCH better. Our dog tends to quit eating when stressed, and I feel that a combination of my "you have not been forgotten" visits and their amenities, friendliness, and lamb-stuffed treats made all the difference (because the kennel staff said he hadn't eaten until I visited...he ate a little each day after that...and finally his whole bowl the last night there...night 3 for him). They were paying well attention, documented well each dog's eating and everything, and even offered to wash his bed for me when I came by to pick it up to wash it to prepare for our return trip the day they bathed him. There is even an attached Veterinarian's office, so I am sure if anything had happened he'd be well cared for. Most important of all, they let me in the back without attitude to see where my dog was being kept, unannounced or prepped for, 4 times over 4 days and the place was always immaculate and well tended. It came highly recommended, and I agree. A good place to board your dog when you must. Also, mine is in-tact, and it can be hard to find places to board them. Although the in-tact dogs cannot have the optional play-times and socialization, they can have everything else, and the cuddle time filled that need pretty well. Again, I can't say enough nice things about this place. Of course it is always better when the animal can be with your or well cared for in its own home, but when that is not possible, this is the best place I have seen.

Best boarding/grooming/training facility in the area. Everyone is so friendly and they offer so many things to pick and choose from! My dogs are always so excited when they get out of the car and realize where they are! Highly recommend. :)

Our little dog gets very anxious when she sees us packing bags so much so that we try to hide it from her. We feel very confident in the care she receives from this place. She is happy and healthy every time we pick her up. Everyone we've encountered here has been super friendly.

This is the only place I take my Sadie!! The staff is professional and courteous and I know she is always well taken care of. She's always pooped after a weekend of playtime with other dogs in a well-managed setting which is a good thing because she's an Aussie and needs the playtime option other places, including my vet, don't offer. I trust that Sadie gets the attention and exercise she needs. Great job, B,B,&B!!! Keep up the exceptional work!!

My mom has had some medical issues. She loves her dog like a person, and Bed, Bath and Biscuit is one of the few places she feels comfortable leaving her. The facility is beautiful, and the small suite with a TV and raised bed is perfect for my mom's little Maltese mix. We also love that it is right next door to a vet's office.

Nice, upscale boarding and grooming facility. Very helpful and friendly staff. Take care of dogs, cats, as well as Exotics. They were able to watch my dogs and reptile for six days while I was on vacation and all of them came back happy and healthy.

Wonderful people. We use them several weekends each fall and they always remember our dog's name. Our dog is almost always excited to go. They are always quick to give a report of how his stay was. We've used the grooming services occasionally too and have no complaints.

I was a little disappointed as, I left my puppy of 7 months in their care.My daughter picked her up after 5 days.I when I saw my puppy she was not groomed due to electrical problem, which I understood. But! Her blanket and the tshirt I left in her kennel reeked ok urine.I have boarded my other dog elsewhere and never was she a mess and or did her blanket reek of urine when I picked her up.I hope my puppy did not sleep in her little kennel with urine in it and on her blanket and t shirt.
