I love this local pet supply shop. Smaller. Employees are very nice and helpful. High quality food, treats, bones, medicines, bathing supplies and much more. The selection of chew toys is a little small but what they do have is highly desirable

We have been going for a little while now. We love the atmosphere it's always organized and they are knowledgeable about their products and they have a surprising variety of each. We haven't delved into the bones they have on hand but they look most promising.Our dogs have sensitive stomachs so being able to find a place that has top of the line food for active large breeds with sensitive systems is great! Yea a 30 lbs bag costs 30$ but that's a 1.00 a pound. Not to shabby. Sometimes it's less depending on supply.We are using the Victor brand for both our Dogs and Cat. And they are holding great weight, their coats are shiny again and they dont look bloated and arent having cases of the runs anymore. A must check out kinda place.

Very friendly staff and great prices. Also, accumulating rewards points for each purchase is a great, achievable incentive. Stays open until 9PM, perfect for those days you get off work and the children mention there is no more dog food.

Primer place to get the best animal food and accessories for most domestic family pets.My sister's and I went in on Sunday night (forgetting about the time change) looking for a small dog harness and lead for our Mothers little dog...the gentleman was very helpful even though it was past closing time...he allowed us to try on different sizes until we found the perfect fit for Bella...while we were cashing out another gentleman came in needing a sweater for his Cane Corso...the owner was happy to help him too!!I would highly recommend stopping in and checking this place out!!!!

Best feed store iv been to here friendly staff that remembers who you are and talks to all the furbabies mine just wiggle. They have some of the best brands of food for the best price wish they could get discounts so they could do more absolutely love this place cheaper prices then most other places 50lb Victor Brand dog food 40$ with tax I believe and you pay 20$ for a 20lbs bag elsewhere or god forbid 50$ a bag on something that claims to be good but isn’t. long as I live here and they are open they have my business and I’ll send everyone I know their way good job girls loyal customer for life :)

Extremely helpful staff! I came in about a client's chihuahua who has been having some problems (serious allergies, itching, possible food allergies, and is overweight). The woman who helped me went over and above to help me with a strategy to help the dog get some relief and solve the mystery allergies. She was knowledgeable about the products she carries, the differences in foods, and was clearly sincere in her desire to help. Also, the spray she suggested actually did the trick and the sweet pup has had relief since. We are having success with the weight management food too!

Our favorite go-to place for our pets! Prices are perfect and the selection is great. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They'll shoulder the 40lb bag of dogfood to your vehicle for you. My dogs love my visits to Wichita Falls Pet Supply! They love the special treats I bring home. Duck/chicken feet, beef tracheas, beef knuckles, bull peenies, etc..

A few weeks ago they were out of our brand of dog food in the 40 pound bags. The girl explained to my wife that if she bought 4 of the smaller bags. It would give us enough points for a free 40 pound bag for our next purchase. My wife agreed since it would offset the extra money it costs buying the 4 smaller bags. So when she went in to get dog food again. They told her that there wasn't enough points. Explaining that the price of the dog food had gone up. My wife explained to them what was told to her and it was considerably more expensive to buy the 4 smaller bags to the one 40 pound bag. The situation was not resolved. Since then we have found other places to buy Victor dog food in town.

If you're concerned about what you feed your pets, and you just hate that almost all big brand pet food has mainly cheap fillers in it,you'll HAVE to come here. High quality food mostly reasonably priced. You won't buy your pet food anywhere else, trust me.

Staff is helpful and actually know their stuff. When in there for flea treatment for my dog and they pointed towards the best stuff for my dog, AND they have an awesome treat selection for dogs of every size and shape.

Good place to get dog food with good rewards program. Some toys and other stuff can be cheaper here than at the chain stores. But some things like crates are more expensive here. Overall I like it, I get victor dog food from here.
