The owner was very helpful. He was out of town for a few days and still managed to fix my sons Nintendo Switch. He kept constant communication while out of town. Fair price, and quality work. Quick turn around on repairs as well.

Worth noting that there is a $40 fee no matter what to have a phone assessed, and in my case the phone was unable to be fixed but you will not receive that money back.The main reason for the average review is that the manager left for a multi day period resulting in the store being closed, this was not relayed ahead of time and result in a delay in me retrieving my sim card from the old phone. I understand that life events can come up for a small business owner, but a courtesy message to customers who currently are awaiting business to inform them of the delay ahead of time would have been much appreciated.

Went to several different repair shops before going here. None of them could/would help fix my series two Apple Watch they all wanted to charge upwards of 300+ dollars just to take a look at it to see why it was no longer turning on. After many calls to Apple to see if there was any troubleshooting that could be completed i almost gave up on trying to fix it . I called Texoma Tech Solutions and was told to bring it by.! This guy looked at it and said, "I'll take a look and see what I can do." Within a week he had it fixed for a fair price.

Sadly to say that Rayce will not replace your phone if they make a mistake. I was patient and very okay waiting and trying different ways for him to fix my phone but he did not want to make it better. As a business owner if you made a mistake you fix it and make sure the customer comes back!
