I took my dog to get groomed yesterday and the groomer (younger girl with dark hair and tattoos) was very sweet and fell in love with my old girl. They got her through EXTREMELY quick and let me pick out which cologne I wanted them to use. She was also very meticulous about making sure any notes I requested be put down and making sure there would be no issues with any of their products since I have allergies to certain scents/products. I am a little confused as to why I was charged for long hair when my dog has more of a medium length fur but other than that I am very pleased with the care and quality given to my little fur baby!

My dog had a leash on from Petco when I was picking him up he stopped breathing in the parking lot due to the leash was so tight I couldn’t unleash him.. you can check the camera I was in the middle of street trying to get him up. He started foaming and I took pictures. I picked him up rushed him I sped do the store and Serena cashier helped me to cut his leash.. his grooming services was great but the leash part is I will blame as this should not have been this tight. I was in tears and thought I was going to loose my dog.

My dogs were still wet when I picked them up. This has never happened before. They were trying to charge me for long hair groom when both of my dogs have short hair. The manager was not very friendly. Overall just a horrible experience. I will find another groomer now. 8 years of great service, and now it’s all gone.

Best experience! Cherelle was absolutely amazing! I have a 7 month old black lab named Sylvi. From the moment we arrived Cherelle was so KIND, informative, and made me feel valued and comfortable being a new customer. I couldn't believe how relaxed and happy Sylvi was because she can be a little anxious in new situations with new people. Dogs just sense good energy and Cherelle exuded nothing but kindness and love. I slipped right out of the side door while Sylvi was kissing on Cherelle and began shopping for a new harness and leash in the store lol. I received a professional phone call 2 hours later letting me know my little babe was ready! When I returned to pick up Sylvi she looked like a million bucks from head to toe and smelled lovely, but the greatest thing..my little girl was still as happy as when I dropped her off🐕 wagging her tail with joy! Best grooming service we have ever experienced..bathed with natural shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, blow dry, ear cleaning, scented spritz, claws trimmed, buffed, and painted, teeth brushed, customized cut and style for breed specific standards, etc and we left with a beautifully wrapped bag of dog cookies! We paid for the larger package wich was well worth it in value bc Sylvi swims in the lakes and ponds often...they did everything folks for $57 💯🙌 Price varies depending on size, fur, and breed but petco allows you an in person consultation before they begin the service if you need that so you are aware of what you'll be paying!! You can't beat this service! If you are truly searching for a great groomer for your beloved pet please know that this was the best experience I have ever had and will be taking Sylvi here from now on. Thanks so much Cherelle and petco for valuing us and treating Sylvi with great love and care. We appreciate you!

My boy came out smelling so clean and his nails looked amazing. Definitely getting them buffed every time. Loved the friendly, helpful staff. Great price for what's included in the basic bathing package.

The groomers were GREAT and very nice and friendly. I was very comfortable with leaving my fur-baby with them. My only issue was when I checked out, I was supposed to be given a 20% discount since it was our first visit and I did not receive that discount. It is a little expensive but other than that. They were great!

Chris has been a god send for my dogs. They are excited when they get there and are well treated while there. Chris even helped me take the dogs to my car when I wasn't able to arrange for one of my grandsons to be there. All around great service!

My mother passed away and so her Yorkie whom she loved as a son was left behind for me to care for. It was time for Benji (yorkie) to be groomed. I searched the internet until I found what I thought was the best. I’m so hurt and disappointed that when I dropped off Benji to be groomed at Petco, within minutes of leaving I receive a call stating that Benji had been cut and I needed to get there. I immediately went up there to find a gash under his are and his fur was cut into patches and very flaky. It seem as if poor little Benji was in a terrible fight. My emotions were all over the place 1. This was my late Mothers baby and 2. No pet deserves this type of treatment. Benji is in so much pain. Needless to say that never will I bring another pet to Petco to be groomed. I’m currently trying to bring this to a lawyers attention. This is unacceptable. If I could give ZERO stars I would because Petco doesn’t deserve any stars, in my opinion.

Lady in Fish was very helpful in telling me how to better set up my aquarium again. Groomer did at good job on my dog's nails.

The people are really nice and they are very gentle with my shih tzu, she is happy when she comes out of her appointment, she looks great and smells good. I had asked for a couple of specifics regarding her tail and her feet and they aced it.

They did a good job on his nails but his haircut was terrible. They did not take the time they needed to cut everything even so there are places and areas that are not right. Petco is not cheap on their grooming and charge a premium over what the local groomers charge. I won't be using Petco again.

Not happy with service, had my dog bathe and nails trimmed, they didn’t even trim the dew claws on my dog!!

This is the only place that I can buy hills brand small dog adult dog food for my chihuahua she has to have the chicken with barley then she's happy no other food will do it is a little costly I paid $20 for a small bag but that will last her quite a long time we looked for pesticides for the cat but they're way expensive there I'm not sure why but they are my daughter enjoyed the pets and I enjoyed the birds they have a great grooming area they're very friendly my chihuahua loves it there and it's time for her to go again it's about $30 which is reasonable but I like the place

I took my little shepoo to have her haircut well the haircut was messed up in the back of her head she had a gap where they got her with the clippers I also had my chiwawas nails trimmed after they got done I found out they were the highest in town to have a dog's nails cut. I don't recommend anyone to go here. There is a reason why that place has little to no customers.
