It is quite expensive nowadays. Especially having to pay for a bag. And the plan is $10 a month that's a little much too. Did get a free bag though woohoo. I bought two rounds of fish first round died before I even got home and it was less than 10 minutes the other rounds let them sit in the water like they said put them in 2 minutes later they were dead. My two bettas survived. My frogs are not active come to find out when they get comfortable they sleep for 15 hours lol, weather comfortable found that out online

4/13/24 Pet grooming. Extremely poor results.My complaints:1. Pet arrived on time, picked up on time yet the job was not done.2. Pet is damaged, visible cut on the back.3. Pet grooming is incomplete. Overall inconsistent cut, Nails skipped, Legs skipped, Head skipped, Tail skipped.4. Pet wet on pickup.5. Charged near regular price for the result. Nails were discounted.6. Pet no longer permitted on weekends and evenings.Seeking job to be finished at no further cost to me.

Employees at Petco are always pleasant and helpful. More stores could take lessons from them on courtesy. You guys rock!Hope you're getting paid for taking pride in your jobs and always making the customer feel better for choosing Petco.

They did a ok job but little pricey and didn’t cut him like I wanted it. His ears were no cut right. They supposed to be shaved. His eye lashes weren’t cut even. Was my first time to go there and my last time too.

one employee acted afraid of my German Shephard. when I asked about other appropriate non real bone chewing options for my dog. he lead me directly to.. the bones!! I swear that He was ignoring me as a woman, or afraid of my well behaved dogs, on short leashes, who were not barking, growling or otherwise. A disappointing visit.

Staff was very accommodating and explained what the were doing in detail. Mixed breed with a double coat was trimmed and bathed perfectly. Will be back for sure.

Horrible service. Waited for over 30 minutes. Finally got someone to help and the employee went to help another person and never came back. When we walked up front she was visiting with another employee and we could not get help to check out. So we left our items in the buggy and left the store. We will not be returning to this store

We have had our dogs groomed at three different Petco locations and were pleased but then we took our German Wire Haired Pointer/Labradoodle to Wichita Falls' PETCO. We showed the length we wanted--4 plus said to trim her face so we could see her eyes. We heard no word for 3.5 hours so called. We were told she was ready. I told the groomer, "that's not my dog" as he came out with a shaved large dog. The dog heard my voice and jumped to reach me--it was Daisy! They had shaved her allover--muzzle to the tip of her tail. Unbelievable, as you DO NOT SHAVE a double coat dog esp a wire haired! We were irate so they gave us the $128 refund but now our dog will freeze and no telling how long to regrow her once lovely wavy coat if it does grow back in the same shape. BEWARE as they do not listen nor care to be schooled in grooming specific hair types.

Nothing against the employee working at all. She was great and doing all she could and I want to emphasize this before telling my experience. The grooming part of the store is under staffed and she needed help. She was swamped and working by herself. I dropped my dog off at 2 and didn’t get a call that she was ready so I showed up 5 min before closing at 7:55pm. My dog was traumatized and wouldn’t come out of the kennel and was still wet and nails weren’t cut/trimmed. I understand that my dog is a little difficult at the groomers but I feel like if there were 2 or more employees working my experience would’ve been much better and I along with other customers wouldn’t have to wait so long. My dog is a biter when it comes to her nails so I had to hold her down while the employee cut her nails. I said I was fine with a muzzle but I guess if that’s against policy they could've been done if there were 2 people working. I was charged closed to a $100 for a very poor service. I would only try this again if my next visit was free or I got a refund. I am in the process of finding a groomer for my dog

Idk about anyone else . So I guess what i am saying . Is. Every time I walk in this place, I already know to be ready to empty my pockets. By the time I get to leave. It is expensive. But it is for the love of God. That we make sure to care for our pets the best we possibly can. And this place is very capable of helping you do so. It is a good place and I'd say the money spent here is well worth it .🐢😊🤔😁

Worst employees, rude, no help, no thank you. If there was a better closer place I'd go there. Terrible service and a dump on top of that.I went back to buy my fish and the little employee in that department was rude and needs to be fired. She told me she " would not sell me any fish" since I told her I flushed one of my molly fish for attacking others. I asked her if she was kidding and she said no seriously would not sell me anymore fish. Short white young girl with long black hair. I'll never go back to this store if she is still employed there.

This was my mini dachshund's full grooming. They were kind and easy with her. She was mad at me the rest of the day, but that's just her attitude when bathed. :) Girl got an attitude. Everyone at Petco was wonderful.

So so thankful for the ladies working there on Fathers Day who help us scan a microchip and find the owners of a lost dog. They were patient and kind and did all the could to help us reunite the pup and it’s family!!

When you can walk in a business and are greeted immediately and basically catered to and treated as a person you want to go back. When you return on another visit and receive the treatment you had the first time you become a lifetime customer. My experience is not common among any big box store. Kudos to the management and staff of this location, corporate should take note. The selection and prices are comparable to other pert stores and was told to save receipt in case I needed to return an item. I did have to and it was a pleasant no hassle experience. Good to see the proper way of running a business is not dead.

They take the best care of our English Bulldog, Bernard, and make him look so handsome. He loves going for his "spa day" and he makes sure everyone there knows that he has arrived and is ready for his pampering. He prances out the door and wants everyone to see how gorgeous he is.
