after diagnostic was done on my washing machine,I was told it was ok except the motor..Then, why was the control panel replaced if it really didn't need it..Update: Technician came back and put original panel back on and refunded me my money..TY Mr Bob..

Richard Smith came to my home and fixed my microwave today. He was extremely professional, taught me a couple things about microwaves and made me feel like my service call was a priority. If I have any other appliance issues in the future I will be using this company again and asking for Richard.

I have a Kitchenaid dishwaser that needed to be serviced under warranty. The tech came out and found the problem and a recall was also discovered. Several weeks go by to get the parts and the tech comes back out and conducts the repair. All is good except he forgot to put the dishwasher diverter disk back in the dishwasher. Washing performance to obviously poor now with no water going to the middle and top rack. I find out the diverter disk is missing and call Mr. Bob's and leave a message. Three days go by and no return call so I call. They call the tech, tech says he doesn't have the diverter so that's it. I can order a new one. How about you order a new one so I can replace the one your tech took with him?

Same day service! They were able to come out and replace the heating element for my dryer. Very professional and friendly and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call Mr. Bob's for all future services!

The adage about a happy wife is a happy life is true. Her washing machine was sitting full of water when we got home from church, not good. Quick review and found the drain pump was not working, Called Mr. Bob's this morning, they had a replacement and I got it and installed in less than an hour. Working great, not a new machine (yeah!) and life is good again. Thanks to all that you guys do for us.

As always, on top of the game for local appliance repair parts! My Roper dryer door switch broke, called them up, drove down for the part, and 20 minutes later, I am drying clothes again :) Support our Local Small Businesses!! I could have saved like $4 on the internet, but who wants to wait a week for delivery when you can get a part locally the same day!

I've used Mr. Bob's before... good folks, fair prices and home owned and operated. Latest call was for for an heating element for a GE oven. Had it in stock and was cheaper than ordering online. And, the money stayed in the local economy.
