After the CLOWNS at Petco razor burned our fur baby, not to mention $120 for a cut, we knew we were changing locations.My wife has used Lowe's before as a pet Motel, our dog came back as happy as ever. Wonderful service!This time was for a groom. Presley was cut to perfection, the Gentleman I spoke with very nice, the cost was 1/3 of the Chain store.Lowe's Pet Motel has our business!!

Kelly and his staff are amazing. We had lost power due to the storm Thursday night. My dogs were not handling the heat very well. Thankfully Lowes Pet Motel had an opening for private room with AC, and welcomed us with open arms. It was a relief for me to get them to a cool environment. I honestly can’t thank them enough.

Had to board my German Shepherd for nearly 2 weeks but my vet was full for the dates I needed so I emailed Lowe's Pet Motel. They were able to accommodate us on short notice and even had options for extra exercise and other doggy enrichment which my boy loved. My dog came back happy and healthy, and I can't thank Lowe's enough for taking such good care of him while I was away.

I had to kennel two standard poodle puppies for the weekend. They had a wonderful experience and were well taken care of by the staff. They were just learning to ride and go places and this has added to their training in a positive manner. Both puppies had room to run and play as well as an indoor space to nap. The oldest was not sure he wanted to leave. That tells me they had a positive experience. They were just learning to travel and are ready for more adventures because of the wonderful care they received. I wanted to make sure their first kennel experience was a good one and it was indeed. I highly recommend Lowe's Pet Motel & Grooming.

They kept my German Sheppard Jax for a 4 night stay. My German Sheppard is very wary of others and every time I called to check on him they assured me that he was doing just fine. He was very happy and it let me know he was in good hands! I highly recommend lowes pet motel! Thanks again for taking care of my fur baby!

We (my husband, myself and 2 dogs) were traveling through Texas when we started having mechanical issues in Witchita Falls which made it impossible to stay in our Motorhome due to extreme heat and no AC. I googled boarding facilities and called La Chateau boarding, first. I explained the desperate situation that I was in and was told “we are full” so, I asked for a referral close to where we were and was told “I don’t know any” then when pressed for some type of help finding a place, she said dryly “you can try calling a vet, they board” so, I took a chance calling Lowe’s…Wow! Mr Kelly, the owner, not only answered on his day off, he came in to hold my dogs! Integrity and compassion goes a long way with me! Forever grateful ❤️

I have taken my dogs here multiple times for boarding and they’re well cared for and happy when I pick them up! The staff are professional and get us in and out quickly. Animals are well loved here!

Just had our dog groomed here again today. We've been using Lowe's for over 6 years and never ever been worried about the care, comfort, or safety of our pet while he is there. Quality haircut and nail trim for a great price by some awesome people. Our pup ALWAYS come home showing off how handsome he is after his haircut.

I have used this facility for many years with 3 different pets. Never any problems. Always gives me a personal update about them when I pick up. They never seem stressed, pick up parasites, or dirty after visiting. I am a groomer myself but last year I had a major surgery and wouldn't be able to wash my own dog for a while after boarding, and the owner did a wonderful job with my Pyrenees for me. I would trust my pets with him if I could no longer groom.

I boarded my dog here for 4 day and 3 nights. When I dropped my dog off I brought 7 baggies of dog food to make it easy to provide his usual twice a day feeding routine. I had hopped my dog would be care for and I payed for a few play sessions per day.When I picked my usually exciting and cheerful dog he was anything but cheerful. They opened the door and he ran to the back corner of the room and wood not make eye contact with anyone or even look up. He was in the back corner of the room shaking. I reached out to pet him and he dropped to the floor in fear of being hit again. Once he smelled me he went crazy and was so excited that his horrible ordeal was finally over. On top of the abuse he had suffered I also seen that there was no food in his prison cell and 6 of the 7 food bags I had provided where still unopened. I highly encourage everyone to look elsewhere and report all abuse there pets have suffered here.

I have finally found a new, affordable boarding facility for my furbabies. I love this place! I have horrible separation anxiety when I am away from my dogs, but Mr. Lowes’s professionalism and kindness gave me a confidence and peace I didn’t know existed. I was able to enjoy my time away with my family, knowing my furbabies were in good hands. We will definitely be back!!!

Owner Kelly is so kind and helpful even in last minute situations. It was my first experience in boarding our pet and will definitely feel comfortable and happy to do it again here. The facility was clean when arriving to bring my pet in and all the dogs seemed happy and well taken care of.

We have always used Lowe's Pet Motel and Suites. We have never had a problem with fleas or ticks. The staff has always been friendly and work with us. Back in June we planned to be gone just a few days, the days turned into over a week because of a death in the family. Lowe's was so good about extending our dogs stay. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs pet boarding.

These people are so amazing! What was supposed to be a short boarding time ended up being 9 nights due to the winter storm! No problem at all for them. They had a generator to keep their kennels nice and warm. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be using them again!

My dog boarded at Lowes Pet Motel over Father's Day weekend. He ultimately died from a medical condition shortly after picking him up and he seemed ill at the time of pickup. I stated in my previous review and still maintain that I do not believe Lowe's had anything to do with my dog's cause of death. The reason for my negative review had to do with what I felt was a lack of customer service by not acknowledging my email telling them what happened. Shortly after writing the review, the owner contacted me and stated that they never received the email. Since we had communicated several times prior to the boarding, I never gave a thought to this being the reason for the lack of response. They have gone above and beyond by offering a full refund for the boarding.

I just got my 2 dogs out of their service. I was very unimpressed both with the professionalism as well as the level of caring and empathy of the man that I met. I did get my babies back alive and parasite free and I guess that is the absolute minimum I could expect. I boarded them together for their own peace of mind , when asked if they ate...he replied "Someone did , the food was gone" .I will never use this place again , this is really just a pet warehouse, the animals are just dollars to them not someones family. Lowes is twice the cost and half of the service of my usual boarder who happened to be full this weekend, in the future we just will not go out of town rather than use this warehouse.
