I went to Jersey Mike's Subs after receiving a coupon in the mail from one of those flyers. It has been quite some time since I've been in there. I must say that I was blown away with the superb remodel as it went more into the calming blue beach scene with fantastic customer service. Food was delivered fast and fresh and tasty too!.Parking: Since it is located in a strip mall, there are plenty of space available for parking.

This store location is currently running a promotion that supports the local food bank. When I asked if they were still running the promotion, the manager stated only if we already had the coupons, we are out. I responded ok, thank you, and proceeded to order our food and pay. While paying another customer came up and asked the same question behind me, the manager proceeded to hand them some coupons. This comes across as very unprofessional.The food is expensive compared to other similar locations with more options.The atmosphere is clean, and the other employees were kind and courteous.

Jerks! Some black guy never stopped laughing at everything from the time I walked up to the counter until I left. There were five employees there that were silently listening to him talk about other employees. So, I order after he yelled I can help you down here when you are ready. I looked at this busy menu as everyone starred at me. Yikes. I ordered and the poor timid white guy asked if I wanted this Mike's way. Sure. I asked if he could toast it. Sure. He cut the sandwich in half and put it in the oven without folding the top bun over so the meat and cheese could melt. OK. This black guy yelled we have to cut in in half when we toast the. Sure. The young white kid asked if I wanted the regular vegesSure. I dare not open my mouth around this black dude. All of a sudden the black dude is yelling from the other side of the line that it will be $23.--. You put your card in this machine. I said that I did not think there was enough money on my card and I would be right back with another card. There was total silence that you could here a pin drop. I calmly walked out without any laughter from the black guy and never went back.

Really pleasant folks working here. Sandwiches we're very good. Kinda cold in the dining room. Bring a jacket if you cold natured.Every time I review a Jersey Mike's they lose a start on their iced tea. Just not Texas quality. This NJ chain needs to figure out that iced tea is serious business in TX. They should take a lesson from McAlister's, it's right across the street.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches. Well worth it.I have an issue with the staff. I come in on pickup orders and generally 3-5 staff standing around the back with never a “hello,” and especially no “Thank you.”Yes, I do tip. I’ll reconsider this in the future.Great food with fair service doesn’t equal an excellent experience.

Wasn't greeted, asked what I needed or helped. The staff was too busy playing around and cursing in front of customers to even care. Professionalism is dead along with common sense. Too much playing, not enough working. It's great that the workers get along but when u comes to work; the customer, EVERY CUSTOMER should be treated like a guest bcuz THEY ARE. Money is too tight for these restaurants to act as if there aren't other establishments customers can eat at.It's all fun and games until no one comes in and the business gets closed. Managers should take who they hire more seriously. It matters more than they think

I travel the USA for work and frequently go to jersey mikes, its my favorite lunch spot.To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The guy taking my order messed it up and I over heard him mess it up, so quickly I restated my order so it would be correct. Regardless of this he still ignored me. The guy at the register was incredibly rude. The whole team looked like they were scatter brained and we’re all over the place. I’ve been to nearly 20 different Jersey mikes and would return to all of them BUT this one.Disappointing.I am editing this because after bringing it to their attention before leaving, they were extremely kind and did everything they could to make it better. I would indeed come back.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a Jersey Mike's.I'm also being completely fair as I've had awesome experiences at multiple stores in San Antonio and clearly understand how these stores are supposed to operate.I think this is the second google review I've ever written andfirst let me say that I've been a big promoter of the brand(and still am) but I would not recommend this *specific store*.I'm a DoD service member working at Sheppard AFB and today was the third time I'd purchased a sandwich(the number 9) from here. Every time the store was dirty(gross surfaces, drink dispensers dirty and disheveled) and the service slow. Never a greeting when I'd walk in. Today was the day that just sent me over the edge. All three tea brewers/dispensers didn't have their respective lids on..so I could just look in at the tea inside.They also ran out of lettuce and didn't even offer to cut more when I said I liked extra lettuce on my sub. I asked what looked like the GM if they had more lettuce in the back and he said "it's the same as what we got here." -- literally didn't make sense. If I was in more of a hurry I would have just told him I'd wait for them to cut more.I have a close friend who's an owner/operator of 5 stores in San Antonio and he's going to get me in touch with the area director and store owner for this location so hopefully we can get this addressed and resolved.

The food a one of the staff was great. But the soda machine had black flakes in everything drink we tried to get and when brought to the attention of the manager he ignored the problem. And let the next customer just get drinks without even cleaning the machine.

Staff is friendly and very efficient when making their sandwiches. They are quick and know what needs to be done to make ke the customers happy. This place reminds me of home so I eat here a lot. It can be a little pricey but rhe food is so worth the money. I always get a # 13 which it an Italian but the steak it really amazing too. So much good food to choose from

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time the other day. My turkey sandwich Mike's Way was so bland. I think they forgot the Mike's Way. The white bread was fine and seemed fresh. The provolone was very mild and lacked flavor. I wish I could have subbed pepper jack or any cheese with flavor. Lettuce and tomato were fine. There was plenty of turkey that tasted pretty good. But with no dressing or vinegar/oil, it was pretty dry. It was just a big plain turkey sandwich. Since I almost always want turkey, I most likely won't be trying them again. The other two (hot) sandwiches in our order were good, so three stars.

Love Jersey Mikes subs but service at this one was really bad. Came in to no line and stood at the counter for probably 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Finally a girl with red hair asked us if we knew what we were having. Maybe she was too busy but barely even an ounce of common courtesy towards us. The other guy looked brand new but at least he wasn’t rude. Solid sandwich but service needs some work.

I went by there for lunch the other day and only 1 person was working, she made the sandwich for the person in front of me and then took her cash to pay with the same gloves she made her sandwich, well that's okay, but then she went to make my sandwich with the same gloves- absolutely gross and unsanitary. You would think that in the world we live in today with all the COVID, people would be more aware of this type of thing. I did not have her fix my sandwich and walked out.

Hello,Im really getting tired of this. I love JM's subs. Here recently (past 2 or 3 months), JM's doesnt listen to my order. I get covered in tomatoes when I don't want any - had to correct that today. I get jalapeños piled on my sub when I asked for just a few - had to correct that. AND, I get my subs dunked in 'Mike's Way' when I always tell them I don't want my sub 'Mike's Way' - after I had already paid, just felt like walking out without my food. Add to the fact that I feel pushed thru the line whenever I'm there.Sometimes, I go to JM's at around 830pm and find its closed when all schedules say open until 9pm - service really sucks after 8pm-ish.Also, if you go and there are more than 2 workers present, it appears to be social hour for them when the focus should be on the customer and their order. I am almost afraid to wonder what goes on behind their counter that I don't see.Waiting for you to fix yourself,MIKE

I’d give the subs a 5 Star but the service lately has been lacking. The employees would rather talk to themselves than the guests. They can’t seem to keep a consistent group of employees so every time I go in it seems like someone doesn’t know what to do. I’ve been in there when the older guy (I think he’s the manager) is there and he’s always angry and yelling at his employees. If you need to talk to them take it in the back not where guests see you. On top of that I ALWAYS get a #9 and without a doubt I have to remind them every time that it comes with bacon and mayo, the one time I wasn’t paying attention they left it off.

I know that they hired more then one person to work here, so please don't have one person working the store at a time. This poor guy had a line, and he was trying to go as fast as he can, along with phone calls and keeping people in line happy. Sandwich is great he did a great job. Just wish he had some help.
