This was a very hard store to walk around in much less shop in!! There was stuff everywhere, the shelves were not organized & since there were many empty shelves you'd think they could make things look better by spreading stuff out & making it more accessible !!Really bad area wouldn't come here after dark, there were several men hanging out in the parking lot, yelling & arguing

This is a solid location but they need to do a little better about the amount of clutter in this store and outside the store. The issue is there is a large trash pile next door which is then blown over to them and to add on to this there is a large homeless presence there so be pretty armed to be asked for money if you arrive here. Not a bad location just needs some love

I was in the other day and they had a new girl at the register and she was having a hard time she asked for help and the girl that was suppose to be helping her was very rude I'm assuming because she had to stop what she was doing to help. But that's her job is to teach her not to be rude to her and make her feel stupid in front of customers. This store and the people there are very rude.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. A few of the aisles were difficult to navigate, but they were stocking the shelves. Not that big of deal, though. I got everything I needed... And a few things I didn't LOL. The Gelato was calling my name!!!

I was in this store last week. The store obviously has been moved around quite a bit. The manager (a brown haired, short, 'older' woman) was walking around ranting and raving about how they were trying to get stock out. She blocked off one aisle in particular that we were shopping on and yelled " I don't want to get SUED for a trip and fall." This shocked me to hear her yell it so unprofessionally out.The lines were horribly long and the cashier couldn't keep up with the demand of customers. When she called for the manager's help the manager replied "FOR WHAT?" This was also yelled across the store. I patiently waited in line with my kids, paid for our purchase and got the heck out of that store.I won't be shopping there again.By the way, I hate the new arrangement...it doesn't work. I have been shopping there for at least 10 years...

The Family Dollar I just went to on Brook Ave in Wichita Falls Texas was so dirty, crammed with junky merchandise and overall had a very bad smell. I admit it's been along time since I walked into one of these stores but they had twleve pack of diet cokes at a decent price, next time I'll just pay a little more and go elsewhere. Just changed it from 2 stars to 1 and that's barely a one.
