They don't have prices on none of their stuff it's insulting to go in there because you don't know what you're gonna pay until you get to the counter so I won't go back until they start pricing their product

The self dog wash is very convenient, I do have to warn however... if you have a big dog like we do, it can be tricky getting them up on the bath stall. It worked out though. I do wish they had a dryer though, towels are alright, but, a dryer would have been better.

They sell products they don't stand behind. In 2016 we bought a Toro 3225 zero turn mower and it threw a rod through the side of the block last Summer (2021). We changed oil every season and was never low. Berend said the motor had a 3 year warranty. A little over a year out of warranty and the motor trashes out. Berend parts department wanted to sell me a motor for $1,300 and change an charge over $200 in shipping. They didn't discount the motor, just shipping. They don't stand behind what they sell. Will never spend another $ with them. I'd rather trade with a business that stands behind what they sell.

Went for the dog grooming with my sister. They're usually better than this time. The poor little dog was shaved to close and there was blood.

I took four lawnmowers to have tuneups and adjustments. When I went to pick them up I discovered the blades where not sharpened and balanced correctly.and the mower deck was full of oil and the dipstick still had old oil on it. The drive belts where not replaced. It was just a big waste of $400.00. They had the mowers for four weeks.I do have to say they offered to fix the situation but for how long and at what cost. I would my recommend berends for mower repairs. Oh they also fight you on warranty work they don’t honor warranties

Store is Always clean, stocked well. Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeble. Theres more there, than just a feed store. They even groom animals and have a nice selection of clothes and boots you wont find in a walmart or target. Great selection of cat and dog supplies.
