I needed to have my furbaby's shots updated and have her spayed. The staff was so friendly and quickly got her an appointment for both. I would also like to mention that the cost was significantly lower than other places I've been. Thank you for taking care of our dog!

Today, I brought my senior cat, Sunflower, in for a physical and vaccinations. She received outstanding, gentle and thorough care from Dr. Carter and the tech. They even had a little kitty bed for her during her exam. Normally she howls on the way home; today she was quiet and relaxed. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl!

Today we had to put our aging cat Hank to sleep. As all pet owners know, this is a difficult decision and very stressing. The whole staff at the clinic were so empathetic and caring. Their assistance in this process helped greatly. We have been through this before with another vet and there was no hint of care about what we may be feeling. From start to finish of what felt to be the worst day of my life the team here at WVC were amazing! It’s been 5 days since I put my 12 year old lab to rest and they even sent a hand written card. They go above and beyond. I will forever be grateful for the care they had for my hemi ♥️

Dr. Carter and her staff are extremely helpful and take the time to answer your questions. They are compassionate and treat your pet as if they are their own! Rocket is anxious when he goes in for his appointment, but they are patient with him and are usually dodging kisses by the end of the visit!!

I take my dog Tito to this vet. He is a sport and show dog. His care is super important to me and Dr Carter did the most thorough exam I have ever had done on any of my animals! She noticed a tight hip I hadn’t even noticed & going forward we did more stretching with his trainer & chiro to help it get more flexibility & now has the same flexibility as his other hip!She was very knowledgeable on specific concerns I had via my dog’s genetic testing results (MDR1 carrier). We were able to make great decisions for his heartworm & flea and tick prevention using the knowledge she had of that mutation & her medication knowledge. She really cares & her techs are amazing as well!She truly is looking at the full picture of your animal’s health & I could not recommend this clinic more. I am so thankful they came to our town!

I needed a script filled for my dog and spoke to the clinic before coming in. They charged $50 non refundable fee before coming in. As soon as I walked in they had an additional bill for me to get the script I needed filled.The fee was an additional $150.I don't understand why they didn't tell me they wouldn't fill the script without additional tests before I went in and lost my$50.The script was for pain meds for my dog who, on occasion, needs pain relief for a day and then he's fine.The vet told me to give him a vitamin if he's in pain.Clinics should be upfront with their fees. And not telling people to give their dog a vitamin for pain.

Please read all or none:This place has had a terrible reputation, the former individual that ran it was not pleasant to the point of me hearing stories about how people wanted to lay hands on him.I have to say I went in today and it was awesome, wonderful young ladies that treated my pet and I like family.Please don't listen to how "it used to be"It's a great place with wonderful people and I would recommend it to anyone.

Vet care is great....however front officetold me I had to pay for canceling an appointment!!! I had enough respect tocall ahead to cancel due to another issue & they have the balls totell me " you have to pay for canceling "No way am I going to pay $25....I hope the guy in front office is funnybecause he sure is stupid!!!!!!! Youare wrong & greedy to charge hard working people for canceling an appointment & telling me it's not fairto others.....your customer serviceneeds a person with. people skillsnot some judgemental know it alloffice worker....Mr know it allyou are wrong!!!You need some people skills & learn about customer service! NotANTI CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been going here for 21 years, the old owner was the best, the new owners not so if you miss a appointment they want you to pay a $50.00 fee, said we would have to pay this fee or they would not see my dogs again, i have 3 dogs who get all there shots and whatever else they need. Horrible business. I don't think so, my friends dog got hit by a car and they would not even look at her, had to go to Clifton and she died on the way there. Stay away from these money hounds. Things happen and to be charged because you couldn't make an appointment is ludicrous, I own 2 companies and if every time I charged a customer for not showing up for an appointment I would be out of customer s , be understanding that life happens shouldn't justify a penalty, being under staffed doesn't warrant charging customer for a no show, but don't worry my 3 dog's will not be coming back, how's that $50 charge sound now. Some business owner's don't have a clue.

I took both my dogs up there for a rabies vaccine. I think it strange I could use in there with them. I don't trust very many people so I really have no idea if they Really got the shot. I'm just saying. My dogs are my babies I wouldn't ever let a nurse take my baby in another room and give them a shot. Seeing is believing. I think it's just easier on the staff, but I won't go back.
