I needed to replace a hose this morning that got ruined during a fundraiser car wash for my daughter’s dance team. I told the two ladies behind the counter what it was for, and they each promptly donated the amount of the hose out of their own pockets so our girls wouldn’t be out any money! It was the kindest gesture and it truly made mine and the girls’ whole day. The dancers of of Beauty N Grace Studio THANK YOU!!

Be wary!This place WAS a great little hardware store until the acting manager felt it appropriate to allow another employee to suggest that I was lying when I tried to return a power tool I had purchased a few days earlier, claiming that the tape that was keeping the box shut was put on by me, when it wasn't. While I was there, I pulled three other boxes from the shelf with the exact same tape keeping them sealed.... so it seems THEY tape the boxes to avoid having to return things because they were "opened". When I called them out, they threatened to call the police if I didn't leave.Neither Lowes nor Home Depot have EVER questioned a return and have certainly never called me a liar or tried to give me less than I paid for the item price shown on the receipt. I'll happily drive 50 miles well out of my way to give the thousands of dollars I'd previously happily spent with them and would have continued to spend every year at Keith Ace Hardware rather than ever give them another single penny again.Shop here at your own risk, folks! If you do, don't be surprised if they screw you too. They simply don't act in good faith and their customer service sucks... really really bad.

Very nice place, well stocked and organized, but more importantly, they always seem to have what I need, with the staff ready to assist if needed. Cashiers are always pleasant. Recommended!

(Updated with an extra 2 stars due to personal reply...And it's hard for a business to control parking situation with multiple businesses nearby) Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a nightmare on weekends and firewood is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED.

I love the service here BUT, they have a bunch of low quality products. Today I bought a Vermont amrican router bit set. It fell apart one hour old! This has ruined a $300counter top.i try to shop local . This time I had to drive to a big box store. I should have not bought trash tools spent the extra hour going to waco. (Which I had to do anyway). So I returned all of the purchase. More than. Bit, I do take responsibility for knowing tool was not the best quality. If I don't buy Chinese products that cuts 80% of ace's products.

One of the best experiences I've had at an Ace or any hardware store! Denise was very welcoming and took more than enough time explaining product differences. Travis was also very nice and helpful. He even pointed out a mistake we made when we thought we grabbed two of the same items but actually had two similar but different items. Saved us a headache and another trip back to the store to say the least. If you have the choice to go to other hardware stores I would highly recommend going to the Whitney store.

Wal Mart told us that they couldn't help us with our broken car key at all. Travis at Keith's Ace Hardware in Whitney fixed it even faster than I broke it! Eternally grateful! Great customer service too!

Since the Keith's bought this store, they have done nothing but Impress me,,,,They've done a full rebuild inside the store, drastically increased inventory, and provided top notch, individual customer service,,,,each employee I've met has truly wanted to HELP and the store is clean, well organized, and worth trying before you drive anywhere else,,,,including Tuckers,,,,,Ace EARNS your business and the pricing is better in many cases than HD, Lowe's, and Tuckers,,,,,go for it and see for yourself!! You will not be dissappointed!!

I had problems with my chain saw blades being sharpened. Had to take them to Westerauto to have them fixed. Westernauto was also a better deal...When I told the manager at Ace that I would not do business there again, he let me know he was not sorry...

Great help on a Sunday morning with water heater connections. Got me fixed up and back to house to finish repairs. So nice to have a business in Whitney open past noon on Saturday. What a 21st century concept! Welcome to Whitney, Keith's Ace Hardware!
