My mother shops here and had a horrible experience today with the general manager Jennifer. She made a comment about how much stuff my mom was buying. It didn't end there. She had a bad attitude and had the audacity to push off items off the counter to make my mother pick it up. Jenn stated she has job security and not worried about it. I have reported her. If I need to shop with my mother to ensure she isn't bullied then I will.

There is absolutely no way to get to anything anymore. There are nothing but carts around every single corner all lined up against the merchandise Multiple boxes scattered down the aisle cat litter every where. This is all a lawsuit just waiting to happen. Alot of elderly people come to this store and now they have no room to shop at all. It's insane watching this store take a nose dive. For three years the white bluff store was absolutely gorgeous and now my goodness. It's a sad sight to see. What happened ?

Probably one of the better Dollar General’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. Normally most always have boxes of stock lining every isle, but this one isn’t usually that way. They may occasionally have some out but a employee is typically trying to get it put away. This location also has a good selection of decor and usually has products that you may need last minute. The only reason I deducted a star is because of stock. I’m not sure if it’s the issue of just getting shipments because of the economy, but recently the shelves have seemed more empty than usual. However, The friendliness of the staff has been great. These folks are always welcoming, wishing you a great day etc. I’ve never seen them be short with customers.

The GM is a horrible person that enjoys being rude and bullying elderly customers. Apparently being there for 17yrs has made her a miserable see you next Tuesday

The new manager Jenn is very rude and has been made the store hard to get up between the store several's a trip haseredI have all most fallen at least 3 or more times because of stuff in the middle of the several's and if a store person moves it Jenn the store manager puts it backShe has had many people leave the job do to her bullying then to leave there jobShe also talks to customers about the staff baddy be hind there back

Delicious. Every time I go to subway, I always have to ask for them to give more veggies. One thing I dont understand is why most all subway employees seem irritated ALL the time. Different stores, different cities. No matter how nice guests are to them.

Here had some extremely cute decor for a really good price!I got a really cute fake flower for only 2$. The only reason why I'm giving this 4 stars is beacuase they didn't have a squeegee unfortunately😔 . So I basically got stuff I don't need there lol 😆

Use to love this store, but each time I see employees be more rude to customers specially older ppl. A few days happen to us. I reported to Corporate. Hopefully they do something. They forget they get a check thanks to all the customers that go buy. I wont be back here again.

I really am pleased with the cleanliness of this store. Love how they set up the seasonal. Always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Exceptional customer service!

These gals at the new Dollar General near Whitebluff....are there to help even the silliest women and genuinely care and are so kind it impresses my heart Everytime because they're also very professional, knowledgeable and they know their store and customers by name....not cuz they have to but because they're so thoughtful and gentle but firm women....I love them and will go to no other store period...thank you Beth!

I feel safe here. All the staff and most of the customers wear masks. I take it seriously. I've seen too many people get sick from covid. It's not just on TV, it's here in Whitney.

They sell phones that don't get service even at the place they're selling them at...I understand it's the middle of nowhere, but verizon doesn't get service out there, only AT&T does.

Pleasant unfortunately none of the dollar generals in my area are carrying the fire log at this time which was really what I wanted but was glad to find grocery items I wanted easy
