When I walked in to the store there was no one to be found, after ringing the bell at the register, still no one, once I had to track down an knock on the office door to find an employee. The girl Kayman seemed like it was such an inconvenience that she had to get up to actually do her job an help a customer, very rude an unfriendly. Seemed like she didn't want to do her job or deal with customers. Don't think she should be in customer service if this is how she is literally everytime I go into the store. Nor does she seem like she needs a job on the outside world if she can't stay out of the office I suggest an at home office job.

Today, August 2 , 2022 around 425 pm..I entered the store to purchase a few items, noticed a new self check out installed which was in use, I called for cashier to check me out and was rudely informed that per the corporate office we were to use the self check out unless we were purchasing tobacco products and she refused to check me out...this is unacceptable customer service ...not a happy customer

The girl with the long brown hair was so nice. The store is clean and well stocked with a variety of different items. The prices on some things of course are over priced but works in a pinch. I think if they could get the local rif raffs to not hang out in the parking lots would be great!

This store is an unfound treasure. Aisles and aisles of unfound treasures. It's as though you've been dropped into a Mecca of fine shopping. I cherish every moment I have in this stylish building.SERIOUSLY, it's a Dollar General. You get what you need and move on. No better or worse than others!

I just got in town, for vacation, and stopped at this dollar general because it’s so close to my air bnb & the clerk, Leah was unnecessarily rude to my friend and I. She made snarky comments to us like, “y’all are probably bad kids” (We are grown adults). She just made me feel very uncomfortable. Not the best way to begin a vacation. Thank you, Leah.

No Dairy Pure milk in stock...one less customer fo you. Between you guys not keeping the store hours that are posted on your door. And decided to discontinue the BEST MILK (outside of BRAUMS) since Borden, I am done shopping with you guys. I know you don't care and you'll be fine. You got plenty of crack heads and your R.B. White Bluff residents to keep you going. Who really gives a hoot about the lifers in Whitney that have been here FOREVER#

This is one of the cleanest, most organized Dollar General stores I have been in. Apparently good management at this location and they run a tight ship. Good little country store.

I think if you spend over a hundred dollars on a Saturday the clerk should give you the 5 dollars off automatically if you forgot your coupon frustrated this are time of crisis. Just aggravated

Was told I would receive a criminal trespass if I came back . Asked why and they had no reason other than my ex wife I divorced 2 years prior just didnt want me or my kids to shop there.
